Abstract
本发明公开了一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料及其制备方法,涉及水性涂料领域。由如下重量份的原料制备得到:30‑50份的水性羟基丙烯酸分散体、5‑15份有机氟乳液、5‑20份的固化剂、2‑5份的助溶剂、1‑5份的有机硅酮粉、0.05‑0.5份的纳米氧化锌、0.05‑0.5份的纳米二氧化钛、0‑10份的荧光粉、0.1‑0.2份的pH调节剂、0.1‑0.2份的消泡剂、2‑5份的成膜助剂、0.3‑0.5份的分散剂、0.3‑0.5份的基材润湿剂、5‑10份的去离子水、0.5‑1.0份的增稠剂。该涂料具有良好的耐水性能,适于长时间接触水;涂层表面能低、具有持久杀菌的效果;还有一定的自清洁效果,防指纹、油污等印记,保持表面光洁;并且具有爽滑的手感,绚丽的外观,夜光效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水性涂料领域,具体涉及竹木、高分子材料的渔具用涂料。
背景技术
目前,由于长时间接触水,渔具用涂料多为油性涂料,VOC含量高,随着环保意识的增强,低VOC含量的水性涂料逐渐被人们接收。本发明提供一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料,通过合理的搭配,使涂层能够适用于木材、塑料、玻璃钢表面,具有较好的外观、良好的耐水性能和抑菌效果(防霉抑菌)。
VOC含义:挥发性有机化合物(volatile organic compounds);VOC是挥发性有机化合物的英文简称,通常所说的墙面漆中对人体有害的化学物质(重金属除外)就是指VOC。这些挥发性有机化合物包括甲醛、氨、乙二醇、酯类等物质。当VOC达到一定浓度时,会引起头痛、恶心、呕吐、乏力等症状,严重时甚至引发抽搐、昏迷,伤害肝脏、肾脏、大脑和神经系统,造成记忆力减退等严重后果。而常用的涂料为溶剂性涂料,常温下可以释放出甲苯、苯、二甲苯等多种挥发性有机化合物。即还污染环境,加重光化学烟雾污染、区域灰霾、酸雨等大气复合污,又给人带来健康危害。近年来,环境越来越恶化,雾霾越来越严重,社会对环保的要求越来越高,发展环保的涂料已经成为人们的共识。其中涂料水性化作为一种有效的途径,但是即便是水性涂料,仍然含有一定量的VOC,所以开发出性能优良、VOC含量超低的涂料成为涂料行业的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料及其制备方法,该涂料具有良好的耐水性能,适于长时间接触水;涂层表面能低、具有持久杀菌的效果;还有一定的自清洁效果,防指纹、油污等印记,保持表面光洁;并且具有爽滑的手感,绚丽的外观,夜光效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料,由如下重量份的原料制备得到:30-50份的水性羟基丙烯酸分散体、5-15份有机氟乳液、5-20份的固化剂、2-5份的助溶剂、1-5份的有机硅酮粉、0.05-0.5份的纳米氧化锌、0.05-0.5份的纳米二氧化钛、0-10份的荧光粉、0.1-0.2份的pH调节剂、0.1-0.2份的消泡剂、2-5份的成膜助剂、0.3-0.5份的分散剂、0.3-0.5份的基材润湿剂、5-10份的去离子水、0.5-1.0份的增稠剂。
优选的,水性羟基丙烯酸分散体为上海源禾化工有限公司的ACURE 960;其具有优异的耐化学性、耐水性和耐久性,光泽高、硬度高,与甲醚化氨基树脂相容性好。
优选的,固化剂为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)的亲水改性脂肪族聚异氰酸酯;如,拜耳的(Bayhydur)401-70,加入Bayhydur 401-70与羟基丙烯酸反应进行成膜,可改善水性双组分聚氨酯涂料的性能。
优选的,有机氟乳液为东莞市谷邦纳米材料有限公司的TK-3011有机氟(PVDF)乳液,其自洁性和抗污性强。
优选的,成膜助剂为广州宇泰化工科技有限公司的丙二醇苯醚类的环保净味型成膜助剂AF和美国伊士曼的醇酯-12成膜助剂两者的混合物,其中,成膜助剂AF和醇酯-12的重量比为1:1至1:2。
优选的,助溶剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯;如,美国陶氏化工的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,是性能优良的低毒高级工业溶剂,本发明中,主要用于溶解固化剂。
优选的,有机硅酮粉为聚甲基硅倍半氧烷;如,广州巴泰化工有限公司的BT-9273硅酮粉。采用特殊工艺技术制成的真球形结构聚硅氧烷聚合物类的高性能有机无机杂化材料,具有不溶不熔的热固性,集无机粉体和有机粉体的优点为一体,具有良好的润滑性,还能促进颜料分散,防止颜料和粉粒结块。主要性能表现在:(1)可以使涂料的使用温度增加;(2)可以提高涂料的力学性能;(3)可以使防止金属粉等沉降团聚;(4)良好的耐水、耐污效果,具有自清洁和耐擦洗性能。能够提高涂膜疏水、疏油渍、防滑痕、防指纹印记等效果。
优选的,纳米氧化锌为南通达西浓纳米科技有限公司的纳米氧化锌粉体(纳米氧化锌体积蓬松、粒径小、比表面积大,用量少,抑菌灭菌性能优异,与纳米银杀菌相比:纳米银杀菌效果显著,但其针对良性细胞也有损伤,而锌为人体必需元素,安全健康;纳米银易变色,影响色光,纳米氧化锌则避免此缺点;纳米银属接触式杀菌,而纳米氧化锌不仅接触式杀菌,在光和水的条件下依然可以起到很好的抑菌灭菌效果。)
优选的,纳米二氧化钛为济宁华凯树脂有限公司的TTP-A10纳米氧化钛,添加纳米钛白粉(TiO2)使得本发明水性漆具有杀菌、防污、除臭、自洁的功效。
优选的,分散剂为聚酯改性聚磷酸酯类分散剂。如(埃夫科纳)AFCONA的AFCONA-5010。AFCONA-5010专为无机粒子而设计的高效分散剂,在羟基丙烯酸双组份涂料中还具有催化反应的作用。
优选的,基材润湿剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类的润湿剂。如(迪高)TEGO的Tego-100、(埃夫科纳)AFCONA的AFCONA-3031中的一种或两种。两种助剂均可以起到增滑剂、流平剂的作用,使漆膜达看起来比较丰满。
优选的,pH值调节剂为二甲基乙醇胺、多功能助剂AMP-95中的一种或两种;调节体系的酸碱性,一般水性涂料pH值在8-9之间,这两种pH值调节剂不但具有调节pH值的效果,而且本身是有机物质,具有一定的辅助成膜的特性。
荧光粉为市售水性荧光粉,如深圳市耀德圣科技有限公司的荧光粉(根据客户要求进行调节颜色,具有荧光效果。
优选的,增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂。如宁柏迪的聚氨酯型增稠剂PS202。
优选的,消泡剂为磷酸脂类疏水性消泡抑泡剂和有机硅类消泡剂两者的混合物。磷酸脂类疏水性消泡抑泡剂,如MOUSSEX公司的941PL(在水性体涂料体系,少量添加并不会影响漆膜外观,并具备良好的消泡抑泡效果);有机硅类消泡剂,如(比克公司)BYK的消泡作用助剂BYK-028或BYK024,两种类型消泡剂混合使用,磷酸脂类疏水性消泡抑泡剂和有机硅类消泡剂重量比在1:1左右。
上述渔具用水性炫彩涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤a,先将1/2的去离子水、1/2的pH值调节剂、分散剂、1/2的消泡剂、纳米氧化锌、有机硅酮粉、纳米二氧化钛、荧光粉进行混合,搅拌,得到混合物;
步骤b,搅拌条件下依次添加水性羟基丙烯酸分散体、有机氟乳液、剩余1/2去离子水、成膜助剂、1/2的pH值调节剂、1/2的消泡剂、基材润湿剂;然后加入步骤a所得混合物,搅拌;加入增稠剂,搅拌,调整粘度至25℃的涂-4杯粘度为60-90s,作为A组份;
步骤c,干燥条件下将固化剂溶解在助溶剂中,密封保存作为B组份;
步骤d,使用时,将A组分、B组份混合使用,其中,A组分与B组份的重量比为5:1。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明选用水性羟基丙烯酸分散体和高沸点环保的成膜助剂,得到高光泽、高装饰性、高疏水性的水性漆涂层,其中制备的水性涂料VOC≤60g/L,气味非常低,比现有涂料更加环保,防止污染环境;
水性羟基丙烯酸分散体与异氰酸酯固化剂反应,形成的网络结构,涂层耐候性好,漆膜致密,耐水等性能好;有机氟乳液能够穿插在网络结构中,不但能够提高涂层的柔韧性,而且能够提高涂层的疏水、耐污性能。但是添加量需要适量,太少提高的性能不明显,过量会降低涂层致密度,耐水性能会降低。同时,适量的有机氟乳液能够提升涂层厚度,降低由于厚涂导致的水与异氰酸酯固化剂反应形成的起泡问题;
(2)本发明选用高沸点环保的成膜助剂AF(沸点℃242.7℃)和醇酯-12成膜助剂(沸点247℃),两种成膜助剂均为环保助剂,是乳液聚合物的强溶剂。可以有效降低乳胶漆的最低成膜温度,提高乳胶漆的耐擦洗性及涂膜质量。能明显改善成膜性能,提高漆膜的光泽度、强度以及抗粉化性能和增进流平性;优异的湿膜性能、提高耐候性及展色性;
(3)本发明选用有机硅酮粉为聚甲基硅倍半氧烷,在成膜性能方面:达到良好的耐水、耐污效果,具有自清洁和耐擦洗性能,能轻松擦掉无尘粉笔、粉尘和茶渍、油污等多种涂鸦物质或生活污渍,反复污染擦拭持久性好(自清洁特性,达到荷叶效应)。在稳定性和使用性方面:具有良好的润滑性,还能促进颜料分散,防止颜料和粉粒结块。主要性能表现在:1)可以使涂料的使用温度增加;2)可以提高涂料的力学性能;3)可以使防止粉料等沉降团聚;
(4)本发明中使用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)的亲水改性脂肪族聚异氰酸酯作为固化剂,大大提高涂料的硬度和光泽,反应迅速,成模快;
(5)本发明涂料涂层具有较好的耐磨、抑菌效果;
(6)本发明通过引入纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛达到持久、温和杀菌的目的,并且对接触的皮肤刺激小;
(7)本涂料具有良好的耐水性能,适于长时间接触水;涂层表面能低、具有持久杀菌的效果;还有一定的自清洁效果,防指纹、油污等印记,保持表面光洁;并且具有爽滑的手感,绚丽的外观,夜光效果。本发明通过合理的搭配,使涂层能够适用于木材、塑料、玻璃钢表面,具有较好的外观、良好的耐水性能和抑菌效果(防霉抑菌),具体涉及竹木、高分子材料的渔具用涂料,延长渔具使用时间。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明;
本发明的实施例所用部分原料的种类、生产厂家如下:
水性羟基丙烯酸分散体为上海源禾化工有限公司的ACURE 960;
固化剂为拜耳的(Bayhydur)401-70;
有机氟乳液为东莞市谷邦纳米材料有限公司的TK-3011有机氟(PVDF)乳液;
成膜助剂为广州宇泰化工科技有限公司的丙二醇苯醚类的环保净味型成膜助剂AF和美国伊士曼的醇酯-12成膜助剂两者的混合物,其中,成膜助剂AF和醇酯-12的重量比为1:1至1:2;
助溶剂为美国陶氏化工的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯;
有机硅酮粉为广州巴泰化工有限公司的BT-9273硅酮粉;
纳米氧化锌为南通达西浓纳米科技有限公司的纳米氧化锌粉体;
纳米二氧化钛为济宁华凯树脂有限公司的TTP-A10纳米氧化钛;
分散剂为埃夫科纳的AFCONA的AFCONA-5010;
基材润湿剂为迪高TEGO的Tego-100、埃夫科纳AFCONA的AFCONA-3031中的一种或两种;
pH值调节剂为德国巴斯夫公司的二甲基乙醇胺、美国陶氏化工的多功能助剂AMP-95中的一种或两种;
荧光粉为市售水性荧光粉,如深圳市耀德圣科技有限公司的荧光粉(根据客户要求进行调节颜色,具有荧光效果;
增稠剂为宁柏迪的聚氨酯型增稠剂PS202;
消泡剂为磷酸脂类疏水性消泡抑泡剂和有机硅类消泡剂两者的混合物。磷酸脂类疏水性消泡抑泡剂为MOUSSEX公司的941PL;有机硅类消泡剂为比克公司BYK的消泡作用助剂BYK-028或BYK024,两种类型消泡剂混合使用,磷酸脂类疏水性消泡抑泡剂和有机硅类消泡剂重量比为1:1。

上述渔具用水性炫彩涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤a,按照所述原料配比,先将1/2的去离子水、1/2的pH值调节剂、分散剂、1/2的消泡剂、纳米氧化锌、有机硅酮粉、纳米二氧化钛、荧光粉进行混合,以1000r/min的速度搅拌15分钟,得到混合物;
步骤b,按照所述原料配比,500r/min的速度搅拌条件下依次添加水性羟基丙烯酸分散体、有机氟乳液、剩余1/2去离子水、成膜助剂、1/2的pH值调节剂、1/2的消泡剂、基材润湿剂,1000r/min的速度搅拌10分钟;然后加入步骤a所得混合物,600r/min的速度搅拌10分钟;加入增稠剂,500r/min的速度搅拌10分钟,调整粘度至25℃的涂-4杯粘度为60-90s,作为A组份;
步骤c,干燥条件下将固化剂溶解在助溶剂中,密封保存作为B组份;
步骤d,使用时,将A组分、B组份混合使用,其中,A组分与B组份的重量比为5:1。
上述实施例1-3制得的渔具用水性炫彩涂料的测试结果见表2:

本发明渔具用水性炫彩涂料具有良好的耐水性能,适于长时间接触水;涂层表面能低、具有持久杀菌的效果;还有一定的自清洁效果,防指纹、油污等印记,保持表面光洁;并且具有爽滑的手感,绚丽的外观,夜光效果。
本发明通过合理的搭配,使涂层能够适用于木材、塑料、玻璃钢表面,具有较好的外观、良好的耐水性能和抑菌效果(防霉抑菌),具体涉及竹木、高分子材料的渔具用涂料,延长渔具使用时间。
Claims (10)
1.一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料制备得到:30-50份的水性羟基丙烯酸分散体、5-15份有机氟乳液、5-20份的固化剂、2-5份的助溶剂、1-5份的有机硅酮粉、0.05-0.5份的纳米氧化锌、0.05-0.5份的纳米二氧化钛、0-10份的荧光粉、0.1-0.2份的pH调节剂、0.1-0.2份的消泡剂、2-5份的成膜助剂、0.3-0.5份的分散剂、0.3-0.5份的基材润湿剂、5-10份的去离子水、0.5-1.0份的增稠剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料,其特征在于所述水性羟基丙烯酸分散体为上海源禾化工有限公司的ACURE 960。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料,其特征在于所述固化剂为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI的亲水改性脂肪族聚异氰酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料,其特征在于所述有机氟乳液为东莞市谷邦纳米材料有限公司的TK-3011有机氟PVDF乳液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料,其特征在于所述成膜助剂为广州宇泰化工科技有限公司的丙二醇苯醚类的环保净味型成膜助剂AF和美国伊士曼的醇酯-12成膜助剂两者的混合物,其中,成膜助剂AF和醇酯-12的重量比为1:1至1:2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料,其特征在于所述助溶剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料,其特征在于所述有机硅酮粉为聚甲基硅倍半氧烷。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料,其特征在于所述分散剂为聚酯改性聚磷酸酯类分散剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料,其特征在于所述基材润湿剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类的润湿剂;pH值调节剂为二甲基乙醇胺、多功能助剂AMP-95中的一种或两种;增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂;消泡剂为磷酸脂类疏水性消泡抑泡剂和有机硅类消泡剂两者的混合物。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种渔具用水性炫彩涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤a,先将1/2的去离子水、1/2的pH值调节剂、分散剂、1/2的消泡剂、纳米氧化锌、有机硅酮粉、纳米二氧化钛、荧光粉进行混合,搅拌,得到混合物;
步骤b,搅拌条件下依次添加水性羟基丙烯酸分散体、有机氟乳液、剩余1/2去离子水、成膜助剂、1/2的pH值调节剂、1/2的消泡剂、基材润湿剂;然后加入步骤a所得混合物,搅拌;加入增稠剂,搅拌,调整粘度至25℃的涂-4杯粘度为60-90s,作为A组份;
步骤c,干燥条件下将固化剂溶解在助溶剂中,密封保存作为B组份;
步骤d,使用时,将A组分、B组份混合使用,其中,A组分与B组份的重量比为5:1。
