Abstract
Description

CO2透過速度の測定は、23℃及び大気圧で方法ISO 15105-1を用いて実施した。使用された装置は、Versaperm Permeability Meter MK IVであった。CO2 CP Gradeを使用し、Tは23℃であり、試験は、大気圧(990~1015 mbar)で行った。下の表に報告される透過速度の値は、cm3(STP)mm/m2気圧日としてこの方法に従って表す。
降伏歪み及び切断時伸びは、10mm/分の変形速度で23℃においてタイプV検体を使ってASTM D638に従って測定した。
ポリマーマトリックスへの組み入れ前の黒鉛粒子の粒子径D90は、方法ISO 13390に従ってレーザー回折で測定した。
黒鉛のBET比表面積は、ASTM D6556-04に従って測定した。
Claims (15)
- - 少なくとも1つのフッ化ビニリデン(VDF)ポリマー、
- VDFポリマーの100重量部に対して1~100重量部、好ましくは2~50重量部、より好ましくは2~30重量部、さらにより好ましくは3~20重量部の複数の黒鉛の粒子
を含む、ポリマー組成物、好ましくは熱可塑性ポリマー組成物であって、
- 前記黒鉛の粒子が、50μm未満、好ましくは2~30μm、より好ましくは2~20μm、さらにより好ましくは2~10μmのレーザー散乱で測定されるD90粒子径及び10~50m2/g、好ましくは15~35m2/gのBET比表面積を有する、ポリマー組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1つのVDFポリマーが熱可塑性ポリマーである、請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の組成物を含む、管状物品。
- 層の1つが請求項3に記載の管状物品である、多層パイプ。
- 少なくとも1つのVDFポリマーを含み黒鉛化合物を含まない層が、前記管状物品の内表面の少なくとも一部に接着されている、請求項4に記載の多層パイプ。
