Description

2)曝気条件において、pH1の合成海水(3.56%wtのNaCl+0.1MのH2SO4)中、60℃において212時間浸漬させた。
腐食率=8.76×104×((重量損失(g)/(曝露された表面積(cm2)×密度(g/cm3)×浸漬時間(時))
を使用して推定した。

Claims (16)
- WCを含む硬質相およびバインダー相を含む超硬合金であって、
超硬合金のバインダー相含有量が、7~11wt%の間であり、
超硬合金が、5.9~9wt%のNi;0.45~0.75wt%のCr;0.55~0.85wt%のMoおよび85~95wt%のWCを含み、
WCの粒度が、線形切片によって決定された0.1~2μmの範囲である
ことを特徴とする、超硬合金。 - 超硬合金におけるCr/(Ni+Cr+Mo)の商wt%が、0.03~0.1の範囲である、請求項1に記載の超硬合金。
- 超硬合金におけるMo/(Ni+Cr+Mo)の商wt%が、0.04~0.12の範囲である、請求項1または2に記載の超硬合金。
- 7.0~11.0wt%のバインダー相を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の超硬合金。
- WCの粒度が、線形切片によって決定された0.2~1.0μmの範囲である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の超硬合金。
- WCの粒度が、線形切片によって決定された0.4~0.8μmの範囲である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の超硬合金。
- 7.0~8wt%の範囲のNiを含む、請求項1に記載の超硬合金。
- 0.55~0.75wt%の範囲のCrを含む、請求項1に記載の超硬合金。
- 0.65~0.8wt%の範囲のMoを含む、請求項1に記載の超硬合金。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の超硬合金を含む、部材。
- チョーク弁、制御弁、弁座、プラグ座、フラック座、ケージ、ケージアセンブリ、シールリング、流体および/またはスラリーの通過流を可能にする弁の部材部分のいずれか1つを含む、請求項10に記載の部材。
- WCを含む硬質相およびバインダー相を含む超硬合金物品を作成する方法であって、該方法が、
