Abstract
Description
本発明の発光機構は、少なくとも一つの発光ダイオードと、前記発光ダイオードに位置する光学ユニットと、当該光学ユニットに設置され且つ当該発光ダイオードに対応する少なくとも一つの調光ユニットと、を含む。当該調光ユニットは、対応する前記発光ダイオードの真上に位置する遮光部材を含み、当該遮光部材のサイズは、その真下の発光ダイオードのサイズ以上であり、且つ隣接する遮光部材は互いに接触しない。
本発明のバックライトモジュールは、前述の複数の発光機構と、前記発光機構の光学ユニットの上方に位置する拡散板と、を含む。

Claims (20)
- 少なくとも一つの発光ダイオードと、
前記発光ダイオードに位置する光学ユニットと、
前記光学ユニットに設置され且つ前記発光ダイオードに対応して設置され、対応する前記発光ダイオードの真上に位置する遮光部材を備え、前記遮光部材のサイズがその真下の発光ダイオードのサイズ以上であり、且つ隣接する遮光部材が互いに接触しない少なくとも一つの調光ユニットと、
を含むことを特徴とする発光機構。 - 前記遮光部材のサイズがその真下の発光ダイオードのサイズよりも大きく、且つ、2×H×tanθ≦Aの式を満たし、ここで、Hは前記光学ユニットと前記発光ダイオードとの間の距離であり、θは前記発光ダイオードの放射角度であり、Aは前記遮光部材のサイズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光機構。
- 前記調光ユニットは、前記光学ユニットにおける前記発光ダイオードに対向する一側に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発光機構。
- 前記調光ユニットは、前記光学ユニットにおける前記発光ダイオードに背向する一側に設置され、前記遮光部材のサイズは、その真下の発光ダイオードのサイズよりも大きく、且つ、2×(H+T1)×tanθ≦Aを満たし、ここで、T1は前記発光ダイオードの真上に位置する前記光学ユニットの厚さであり、Hは前記光学ユニットと前記発光ダイオードとの間の距離であり、θは前記発光ダイオードの放射角度であり、Aは前記遮光部材のサイズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光機構。
- 前記光学ユニットは、上面及び下面を有し、前記下面は、少なくとも一つの凹溝を有し、前記光学ユニットは、前記凹溝で前記発光ダイオードに覆われ且つ前記発光ダイオードと接触せず、前記発光ダイオードの底面は、前記光学ユニットの底面よりも低く、前記調光ユニットは、前記光学ユニットの前記上面に設置され、Hは、前記光学ユニットの凹溝の表面と前記発光ダイオードの表面との間の距離であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の発光機構。
- 前記光学ユニットは前記発光ダイオードに覆われ、且つ前記発光ダイオードの底面は前記光学ユニットの底面と同一平面上にあり、前記調光ユニットは前記光学ユニットにおける前記発光ダイオードに背向する一側に設置され、前記遮光部材のサイズは、2×(T1-T2)×tanθ≦Aの式を満たし、ここで、T1は前記光学ユニットの厚さであり、T2は前記発光ダイオードの厚さであり、θは前記発光ダイオードの放射角度であり、Aは前記遮光部材のサイズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光機構。
- 前記光学ユニットは、前記発光ダイオードに直接貼り合い且つ接触していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発光機構。
- Aが前記遮光部材のサイズであり、Pが隣接する発光ダイオードの間隔であり、Wが前記発光ダイオードの幅であると定義した場合、0.45×P×W×10-3≦A<5×P×W×10-3の関係式を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光機構。
- Aが前記遮光部材のサイズであり、Pが隣接する発光ダイオードの間隔であり、Wが前記発光ダイオードの幅であると定義した場合、さらに、1×P×W×10-3≦A≦2.7×P×W×10-3の関係式を満たすことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の発光機構。
- 前記光学ユニットは、上面及び下面を有し、前記下面は少なくとも一つの凹溝を有し、前記光学ユニットは前記凹溝で前記発光ダイオードに覆われ且つ前記発光ダイオードと接触しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光機構。
- 前記遮光部材は、少なくとも一つの貫通孔を有することで、下方の発光ダイオードの光線を前記貫通孔から上方へ出光させることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の発光機構。
- 前記遮光部材は、対応する前記発光ダイオードの真上に位置する中心と、前記中心の周りに間隔を空けて配列された複数の貫通孔と、を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発光機構。
- 前記遮光部材は、対応する前記発光ダイオードの真上に位置する中心を有し、前記貫通孔は、前記中心の位置にあることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発光機構。
- 前記調光ユニットはさらに、対応する前記遮光部材の上方に設置され且つ前記貫通孔を覆う少なくとも一つの透光部材を含み、且つ、前記透光部材の光線透過効率は、前記遮光部材の光線透過効率よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発光機構。
- 前記光学ユニットの上面及び下面には、微細構造が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発光機構。
- 前記微細構造は、前記発光ダイオードを中心として同心円状に配列され、且つ前記微細構造は、前記発光ダイオードを中心として同心円状に配列され、且つ、前記微細構造は前記発光ダイオードに隣接すると比較的疎に分布し、前記発光ダイオードから離れると比較的密に分布することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の発光機構。
- 請求項1乃至16のいずれかに記載の複数の発光機構と、
前記発光機構の光学ユニットの上方に位置する拡散板と、
を含むことを特徴とするバックライトモジュール。 - 回路基板と、前記回路基板に設置された反射片と、をさらに含み、
前記反射片は間隔を空けた貫通溝を有し、前記発光ダイオードは前記貫通溝を経てマトリックス状に前記回路基板に配列され、前記光学ユニットはマトリックス状に前記反射片に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の発光機構。 - 前記発光機構の各光学ユニットは連続的に接続されて一体型を形成することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の発光機構。
- 前記発光機構の各光学ユニットは、互いに接触しないことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の発光機構。
