Abstract
Description
フォリン酸の(6S)ジアステレオマーを選択的に結晶化することにより、達成される。
MTHFジコリン中の結晶水は、(Karl Fischer(KF)による水分析及び微量分析)により、1.6と算出された。
融点は、(示差走査熱量測定(DSC))により、232乃至233℃と検出された。
X線回折分析は、表7のとおりである。
融点は、(DSC)により、232乃至233℃と検出された。
L-MTHFモノジメチルアミノエタノール(L-MTHFモノデアノール)中の結晶水は、(熱重量分析法(TG)、KF及び微量分析)により、1.5であった。
融点は、(DSC)により、194℃と計測された。
X線回折分析は、表11のとおりである。
融点は、(DSC)により、157℃と計測された。
X線回折分析は、次のとおりである。
L-MTHFジN-メチルアミノエタノール(L-MTHF di NMAE)中の結晶水は、(KFと微量分析)により、1.5であった。
融点は、(DSC)により、199℃と計測された。
X線回折分析は、表16のとおりである。
L-MTHFジ2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパノール中の結晶水は、(KFと微量分析)により、1.5であった。
X線回折分析は、表19のとおりである。
Claims (12)
- テトラヒドロ葉酸アニオンと有機カチオンとから成る結晶性葉酸塩において、前記アニオンは5-メチル-(6S)-テトラヒドロ葉酸であり、前記カチオンは有機化合物であり、前記有機化合物は、コリン、2-ジメチルアミノエタノール、N-メチルアミノエタノール、及び2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパノールから成る群から選択されたアルカノールアミンであることを特徴とする、結晶性葉酸塩。
- 請求項1に記載された結晶性葉酸塩において、前記葉酸塩は、有機溶媒中で高い溶解度を有する、前記結晶性葉酸塩。
- 請求項1又は2に記載された結晶性葉酸塩において、前記有機化合物は、ジ-コリンである、前記結晶性葉酸塩。
- 請求項1又は2に記載された結晶性葉酸塩において、前記有機化合物は、モノ-2-ジメチルアミノエタノールである、前記結晶性葉酸塩。
- 請求項1又は2に記載された結晶性葉酸塩において、前記有機化合物は、ジ-2-ジメチルアミノエタノールである、前記結晶性葉酸塩。
- 請求項1又は2に記載された結晶性葉酸塩において、前記有機化合物は、ジ-N-メチルアミノエタノールである、前記結晶性葉酸塩。
- 請求項1又は2に記載された結晶性葉酸塩において、前記有機化合物は、ジ-2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパノールである、前記結晶性葉酸塩。
- 請求項1又は2に記載された結晶性葉酸塩において、前記テトラヒドロ葉酸アニオンは5-メチル-(6S)-テトラヒドロ葉酸であり、前記有機カチオンはジ-コリンであることを特徴とする、前記結晶性葉酸塩。
- 請求項1又は2に記載された結晶性葉酸塩において、前記テトラヒドロ葉酸アニオンは5-メチル-(6S)-テトラヒドロ葉酸であり、前記有機カチオンはモノ-2-ジメチルアミノエタノールであることを特徴とする、前記結晶性葉酸塩。
- 請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか一項に記載された少なくとも一つの葉酸塩を主要な活性化合物として含有し、かつ、少なくとも薬学的に許容可能な賦形剤を含有する、医薬組成物。
- 請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか一項に記載された葉酸塩であって、前記葉酸塩は、薬剤、食品添加物又は栄養補助食品として使用するための葉酸塩であり、また、テトラヒドロ葉酸の投与によって良い影響を受ける欠乏症や障害の予防及び/又は治療用の葉酸塩である、前記葉酸塩。
- テトラヒドロ葉酸アニオンと有機カチオンとから構成される、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載された結晶性葉酸塩の生成方法において、有機溶媒と水の混合物の全重量の0.2乃至12重量パーセントの範囲内の水を含有する有機溶媒から、前記葉酸塩を結晶化させる工程を含む、前記生成方法。
