Abstract
Description
図1は、気体状の媒体のための本発明による弁装置100の第1実施例の縦断面図を示す。弁装置100は、圧縮された流体、特に水素を蓄えるための本発明によるタンク装置1内に配置されている。
弁装置100はここでは溶融安全弁としてまたは熱作動式の圧力除去装置(thermally-activated pressure relief device(TPRD))として構成されている。つまり、例えば110℃を下回る温度において弁装置100は閉鎖されたままの状態にとどまるので、タンク2内で高圧下にある気体状の媒体はタンク2内に閉じ込められている。例えば110℃の温度を上回ると、バイメタルとして構成されたスプリングエレメント8内で温度変化が生ぜしめられ、それによって、バイメタル内の2種類の金属の異なる熱膨張係数に基づいて、バイメタルおよびひいてはスプリングエレメント8の変形を生ぜしめる。これは、閉鎖部材14において力の変化を生ぜしめるので、閉鎖部材14はシール座16から持ち上がり、通過開口22を開放する。気体状の媒体は、タンク2から通過開口22を介して出口開口40に向かって流れる。閉鎖部材14は開放し、ここでは弁装置100の内室42内に侵入する。

Claims (8)
- 気体状の媒体、特に水素のための弁装置(100)であって、弁ハウジング(6)を有しており、該弁ハウジング(6)内に配置された、縦軸線(18)に移動可能な閉鎖部材(14)を有しており、該閉鎖部材(14)は、通過開口(22)を開閉するためのシール座(16)と協働し、この際に、前記弁ハウジング(6)内に少なくとも1つのスプリングエレメント(8)が配置されていて、該少なくとも1つのスプリングエレメント(8)が前記閉鎖部材(14)および前記弁ハウジング(6)に支えられている形式のものにおいて、
前記少なくとも1つのスプリングエレメント(8)がバイメタルより製作されていることを特徴とする、弁装置(100)。 - 前記バイメタルの温度変化によって前記通過開口(22)が開放可能および閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の弁装置(100)。
- 前記閉鎖部材(14)が円錐形の領域(141)を有していて、該円錐形の領域(141)が前記シール座(16)と協働することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の弁装置(100)。
- 前記閉鎖部材(14)が円錐形に拡張した領域(302)を有していて、該円錐形に拡張した領域(302)が前記シール座(16)と協働することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の弁装置(100)。
- 圧縮された流体、特に水素を蓄えるためのタンク装置(1)において、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置(100)およびタンク(2)を備えている、タンク装置(1)。
- 前記タンク(2)がネック領域(28)を備えたタンクハウジング(3)を有しており、前記ネック領域(28)内に前記弁装置(100)が配置されており、この場合、前記弁ハウジング(6)が前記タンクハウジング(3)内に少なくとも部分的に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記シール座(16)が前記タンクハウジング(3)の円錐形に拡張した領域(37)に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 燃料電池装置において、燃料電池を駆動するための水素を蓄えるための、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載のタンク装置(1)を有する燃料電池装置。
