Description
この例では、安定化剤を製造し、それらの抗酸化能力を決定した。
この例では、FAMEを例1で製造した安定化剤と混合することにより、バイオディーゼル組成物を製造した。このバイオディーゼル組成物における安定化剤の量は500ppmであった。安定化剤は、FAMEの酸化を低減又は阻害するのに適した抗酸化能力を有する。
Claims (14)
- 安定化剤を含むバイオディーゼル組成物であって、前記安定化剤は、360g/mol以上5000g/mol以下の重量平均分子量を有する解重合リグニンを含み、前記解重合リグニンのTEAC値は、解重合前の対応するリグニンのTEAC値の50%以下であり、前記解重合リグニンの重量平均分子量は、前記対応するリグニンの重量平均分子量の60%以下であるバイオディーゼル組成物。
- 前記解重合リグニンのTEAC値が、解重合前の対応するリグニンのTEAC値の40%以下、又は30%以下、又は20%以下である請求項1に記載のバイオディーゼル組成物。
- 前記解重合リグニンが、420~4000g/mol、又は500~3600g/mol、又は700~3000g/molの重量平均分子量を有する請求項1または請求項2に記載のバイオディーゼル組成物。
- 前記解重合リグニンの重量平均分子量が前記対応するリグニンの重量平均分子量の50%以下、又は40%以下である請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のバイオディーゼル組成物。
- 前記バイオディーゼル組成物が、15ppm以下の硫黄、若しくは10ppm以下の硫黄を含むか、又は実質的に硫黄を含まない請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のバイオディーゼル組成物。

- 前記バイオディーゼル組成物が、250~1000ppmの前記安定化剤を含む請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のバイオディーゼル組成物。
- 前記バイオディーゼル組成物が、1重量%以下の化石炭素、若しくは0.5重量%以下の化石炭素を含むか、又は実質的に化石炭素を含まない請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバイオディーゼル組成物。
- バイオディーゼル組成物用安定化剤の製造方法であって、
リグニンを準備する工程と、
前記リグニンの抗酸化能力を高めるために、前記リグニンを解重合プロセスに供して、360g/mol以上5000g/mol以下の重量平均分子量を有する解重合リグニンを得る工程であって、前記解重合リグニンのTEAC値は、解重合前の対応するリグニンのTEAC値の50%以下であり、前記解重合リグニンの重量平均分子量は、前記対応するリグニンの重量平均分子量の60%以下である工程と
を備える方法。 - 前記解重合プロセスが、塩基触媒分解プロセス又は酵素による解重合プロセスである請求項10に記載の方法。
- 安定化剤を含むバイオディーゼル組成物の製造方法であって、前記安定化剤をバイオディーゼルと組み合わせる工程を備え、前記安定化剤は、360g/mol以上5000g/mol以下の重量平均分子量を有する解重合リグニンを含み、前記解重合リグニンのTEAC値は、解重合前の対応するリグニンのTEAC値の50%以下であり、前記解重合リグニンの重量平均分子量は、前記対応するリグニンの重量平均分子量の60%以下である方法。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のバイオディーゼル組成物を含むディーゼル燃料。
- バイオディーゼル組成物の酸化を低減するためのバイオディーゼル組成物における安定化剤としての解重合リグニンの使用であって、前記解重合リグニンは、360g/mol以上5000g/mol以下の重量平均分子量を有し、前記解重合リグニンのTEAC値は、解重合前の対応するリグニンのTEAC値の50%以下であり、前記解重合リグニンの重量平均分子量は、前記対応するリグニンの重量平均分子量の60%以下である使用。
