c)テルルが酸化状態+4又は+6を有する可溶性テルル塩、
d)好ましくはスルホン酸塩としての追加金属Ce、Dy、Pb、Bi、Al、Ga、Ge、Fe、In Co、Ni、Cu、Sn、Sb、Rh、Ru、Ir、Pt、Auのうちの1つ以上の可溶性塩、
e)アラニン、アスパラギン酸、システイン、グルタミン、グルタミン酸、グリシン、リジン、ロイシン、メチオニン、フェニルアラニン、フェニルグリシン、プロリン、セリン、チロシン、バリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのアミノ酸
を有する水性、酸性、及びシアン化物非含有の電解質が使用されることを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 合金コーティング全体に対して20at%以下のテルルを含む、銀を主に含有する電解析出された銀パラジウム合金コーティングであって、
金属Ce、Dy、Pb、Bi、Al、Ga、Ge、Fe、In、Co、Ni、Cu、Sn、Sb、Rh、Ru、Ir、Pt、Auのうちの1つ以上を追加的に含むことを特徴とする、合金コーティング。 - 前記追加の金属又は複数の金属が、前記合金コーティング中に40at%以下の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の合金コーティング。
- 銀が、前記合金コーティング中に60at%超の量で含有されることを特徴とする、請求項1及び/又は2に記載の合金コーティング。
- パラジウムが、前記合金コーティング中に0.1~30at%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の合金コーティング。
- テルルが、前記合金コーティング中に0.1~10at%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の合金コーティング。
- 250Hv超の硬度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の合金コーティング。
- 銀を主に含有し、合金コーティング全体に対して20at%以下のテルルを有する、銀-パラジウム合金コーティングの電解析出のための方法であって、
以下の組成:
a)可溶性銀塩
b)可溶性パラジウム塩、
c)テルルが酸化状態+4又は+6を有する可溶性テルル塩、
d)金属Ce、Dy、Pb、Bi、Al、Ga、Ge、Fe、In、Co、Ni、Cu、Sn、Sb、Rh、Ru、Ir、Pt、Auのうちの1つ以上の可溶性塩、
e)アラニン、アスパラギン酸、システイン、グルタミン、グルタミン酸、グリシン、リジン、ロイシン、メチオニン、フェニルアラニン、フェニルグリシン、プロリン、セリン、チロシン、バリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのアミノ酸
を有する水性、酸性、及びシアン化物非含有電解質が使用されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記電解析出中の前記電解質のpH値が、2未満であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記電解質の密度が、23℃で1.0~1.5であることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記電解析出中の電流密度が、前記コーティング方法及び施設技術に応じて、0.1~100A/dm2であることを特徴とする、請求項7~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電解析出が、30℃~90℃の温度で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項7~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 電気接触材料の耐食性を向上させるために、端部コーティングとして又は中間コーティングとしての、前記電気接触材料における、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の合金コーティングの使用。
