Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- 炭化水素供給物の脱水素のためのプロセスであって、
少なくとも1つのパラフィンを含む炭化水素供給流を、移動床反応器を含む脱水素ユニットに提供することと、
前記供給流を、脱水素条件下で前記反応器中の触媒と接触させることであって、前記触媒が、通常の動作範囲内の粒径を有する、接触させることと、
少なくとも1つのオレフィンを含む流出流を前記反応器から除去することと、
前記反応器を継続して動作させながら、前記触媒の一部分を定期的に除去し、前記除去した触媒の前記部分を新鮮な触媒と交換することであって、前記除去した触媒の前記部分が、前記通常の動作範囲内の粒径を有する、交換することと、を含む、プロセス。 - 前記除去した触媒の前記部分が、前記脱水素ユニット中の前記触媒の総量の5重量%〜50重量%である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒の前記部分が、所定の時間スケジュールで除去される、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記除去及び交換した触媒の前記部分が、前記脱水素ユニット中の前記触媒の総量の10重量%〜20重量%である、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒が、動作時間の60〜120日間毎に除去及び交換される、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒の前記部分を除去し、前記除去した触媒の前記部分を新鮮な触媒と交換することが、前記反応器の計画された停止の所定の時間前に中断される、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記所定の時間が、前記反応器の前記計画された停止の6〜12ヶ月前である、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応器の動作時間が、前記触媒の前記部分を除去して、前記除去した触媒の前記部分を新鮮な触媒と交換することのない前記反応器の動作時間に対して少なくとも20%増加する、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記除去した触媒の前記部分が、前記少なくとも1つのオレフィンの生成速度を測定すること、前記炭化水素供給物の消費速度を測定すること、前記交換した新鮮な触媒の費用を測定すること、前記反応器にわたる温度低下を測定すること、又は前記少なくとも1つのパラフィン若しくは前記少なくとも1つのオレフィン若しくはその両方の濃度を、前記反応器の出口で測定すること、のうちの1つ以上によって決定される、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスの少なくとも1つのパラメータを検知し、前記検知から信号又はデータを生成すること、
信号を生成して送信すること、又は
データを生成して送信すること、のうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
