Abstract
Description
前記ポリマーマトリックスが、以下の成分:
a)主成分としての、すなわち少なくとも50重量部程度の低粘度PVDF、および
b)1重量部〜50重量部、好ましくは1.5重量部〜40重量部、より好ましくは2重量部〜30重量部、特に好ましくは2.5重量部〜20重量部、とりわけ好ましくは3重量部〜10重量部のアクリレートコポリマーであり、無水カルボン酸単位を有する単位を1重量%〜30重量%、好ましくは2重量%〜25重量%、より好ましくは4重量%〜20重量%、特に好ましくは5重量%〜15重量%含むアクリレートコポリマー
を含み、前記成分a)およびb)の重量部の合計が100である混合物を、少なくとも80重量%程度、好ましくは少なくとも85重量%程度、より好ましくは少なくとも90重量%程度、特に好ましくは少なくとも95重量%程度含み、
前記複合材料中の前記連続繊維の体積比率がさらに10重量%〜80重量%、好ましくは15重量%〜75重量%、より好ましくは20重量%〜70重量%、よりいっそう好ましくは25重量%〜65重量%、特に好ましくは30重量%〜60重量%、とりわけ好ましくは35重量%〜55重量%であり、
前記ポリマーマトリックスと前記連続繊維の百分率が、それぞれ、前記複合材料の総質量または総体積に対するものである、複合材料
によって解決される。
I.14重量%〜80重量%、好ましくは20重量%〜70重量%、より好ましくは30重量%〜65重量%、特に好ましくは40重量%〜60重量%の下記式のエステル単位、
(式中、Rはメチル、エチル、プロピルまたはブチルであり、R1は水素またはメチルである。)
II.10重量%〜75重量%、好ましくは20重量%〜65重量%、より好ましくは25重量%〜50重量%、特に好ましくは30重量%〜40重量%の下記式のイミド単位、
(式中、R4は、独立して、1〜8個の炭素原子を有する、好ましくは1〜4個の炭素原子を有する、より好ましく水素またはメチルを有する脂肪族または脂環式ラジカルであり、R3は、独立して、メチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチルまたはフェニルであり、mは0または1である。)
III.1重量%〜20重量%、より好ましくは1.5重量%〜15重量%、特に好ましくは2重量%〜5重量%の下記式の酸単位、
(式中、R2は水素またはメチルである。)
IV.1重量%〜30重量%、好ましくは2重量%〜25重量%、より好ましくは4重量%〜20重量%、特に好ましくは5重量%〜15重量%の下記式の酸無水物単位
(式中、R5は、独立して、1〜8個の炭素原子を有する、好ましくは1〜4個の炭素原子を有する、より好ましくは水素またはメチルを有する脂肪族または脂環式ラジカルであり、nは0または1である。)
を含み、前記単位I、II、IIIおよびIVは、合計で100重量%になる。
I.外面がポリアミド成形材料またはPVDF成形材料で構成される、単層または複数層の管状ライナーと、
II.ポリマーマトリックスとその中に埋め込まれた連続繊維からなる複合材料で構成される補強プライであり、前記ポリマーマトリックスが、以下の成分:
a)主成分として、すなわち少なくとも50重量部程度の低粘度PVDF、および
b)1重量部〜50重量部、好ましくは1.5重量部〜40重量部、より好ましくは2重量部〜30重量部、特に好ましくは2.5重量部〜20重量部、とりわけ好ましくは3重量部〜10重量部のアクリレートコポリマーであり、カルボン酸無水物基を有する単位を1重量%〜30重量%、好ましくは2重量%〜25重量%、より好ましくは4重量%〜20重量%、特に好ましくは5重量%〜15重量%含むアクリレートコポリマー
を含み、かつ前記成分a)および成分b)の重量部の合計が100である混合物を、少なくとも80重量%程度、好ましくは少なくとも85重量%程度、より好ましくは少なくとも90重量%程度、特に好ましくは少なくとも95重量%程度含み、前記複合材料中の前記連続繊維の体積比率がさらに10%〜80%、好ましくは15%〜75%、より好ましくは20%〜70%、よりいっそう好ましくは25%〜65%、特に好ましくは30%〜60%、とりわけ好ましくは35%〜55%であり、前記ポリマーマトリックスと前記連続繊維の百分率が、それぞれ、前記補強プライの総質量または総体積に対するものである補強プライとを含み、
III.任意で、ポリアミドマトリックスとその中に埋め込まれた連続繊維からなる複合材料のさらなる補強プライであり、前記ポリアミドマトリックスがポリアミドを少なくとも80重量%程度、好ましくは少なくとも85重量%程度、より好ましくは少なくとも90重量%程度、特に好ましくは少なくとも95重量%程度含み、前記複合材料中の前記連続繊維の体積比率がさらに10%〜80%、好ましくは15%〜75%、より好ましくは20%〜70%、よりいっそう好ましくは25%〜65%、特に好ましくは30%〜60%、とりわけ好ましくは35%〜55%であり、前記ポリアミドマトリックスと前記連続繊維の百分率が、それぞれ、前記補強プライの総質量または総体積に対するものである補強プライを含んでよく、
IV.任意で、ポリマー材料からなる外側カバー層を含んでよい
熱可塑性複合パイプ(TCP)によって解決される。
a)ポリアミド成形材料のライナー/本発明のPVDF複合層/ポリアミド成形材料のカバープライ、
b)PVDF成形材料のライナー/本発明のPVDF複合層/PVDF成形材料のカバープライ、
c)PVDF成形材料のライナー/本発明のPVDF複合層/ポリアミド成形材料のカバープライ、
d)ポリアミド成形材料のライナー/本発明のPVDF複合層/PVDF成形材料のカバープライ、
e)ポリアミド成形材料の内層とPVDFの外層を有する2層ライナー/アクリレートコポリマーブレンド/本発明のPVDF複合層/PVDF層/アクリレートコポリマーブレンド/ポリアミド成形材料のカバープライ
f)ポリアミド成形材料の内層とPVDFの外層を有する2層ライナー/アクリレートコポリマーブレンド/本発明のPVDF複合層/PVDF成形材料のカバープライ、
g)PVDFまたはポリアミド成形材料のライナー/本発明のPVDF複合層/ポリアミドマトリックスを有する複合層/PVDFまたはポリアミド成形材料のカバープライ。
上記テープの一方向プライ(8個)を圧密し、半製品を得た後(10バール、240℃、保持時間5分)、平面試験片での、ASTM D2344−16に準拠して測定された層間せん断強度は、59MPaであることがわかった。
規定値に至るまで、前記試験片では、炭素繊維からのマトリックスの剥離は観察されなかった;したがって、本試験は、マトリックスと連続繊維の接着状態を示す。
比較のために、アクリレートコポリマーは使用せずに、実施例と同様にして半製品を作製した。半製品を同等に圧密した後、ASTM D2344−16に準拠して測定された層間せん断強度は、17MPaであることがわかった。
Claims (9)
- ポリマーマトリックスとその中に埋め込まれた連続繊維からなる複合材料であり、
前記ポリマーマトリックスが、以下の成分:
a)主成分としての、すなわち少なくとも50重量部程度の低粘度PVDF、および
b)1重量部〜50重量部のアクリレートコポリマーであり、無水カルボン酸単位を有する単位を1重量%〜30重量%含むアクリレートコポリマー
を含み、前記成分a)および成分b)の重量部の合計が100である混合物を、少なくとも80重量%程度含み、
前記複合材料中の前記連続繊維の体積比率が10重量%〜80重量%であり、
前記ポリマーマトリックスと前記連続繊維の百分率が、それぞれ、前記複合材料の総質量または総体積に対するものである、複合材料。 - 前記PVDFがホモポリマーまたはコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の複合材料。
- 前記アクリレートコポリマーが以下の単位:
I.14重量%〜80重量%の下記式のエステル単位、
(式中、Rはメチル、エチル、プロピルまたはブチルであり、R1は水素またはメチルである。)
II.10重量%〜75重量%の下記式のイミド単位、
(式中、R4は、独立して、1〜8個の炭素原子を有する、好ましくは1〜4個の炭素原子を有する、より好ましく水素またはメチルを有する脂肪族または脂環式ラジカルであり、R3は、独立して、メチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチルまたはフェニルであり、mは0または1である。)
III.1重量%〜20重量%の下記式の酸単位、
(式中、R2は水素またはメチルである。)
IV.1重量%〜30重量%の下記式の酸無水物単位
(式中、R5は、独立して、1〜8個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族または脂環式ラジカルであり、nは0または1である。)
を含み、
前記単位I、II、IIIおよびIVは、合計で100重量%になること
を特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2記載の複合材料。 - 一方向に連続する繊維強化テープであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項記載の複合材料。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項記載の複合材料をストランド形に切断することによって製造される、長さ4mm〜60mmの長細繊維強化ペレット。
- 内側から外側に向かって、以下の構成要素:
I.外面がポリアミド成形材料またはPVDF成形材料で構成される、単層または複数層の管状ライナーと、
II.ポリマーマトリックスとその中に埋め込まれた連続繊維からなる複合材料で構成される補強プライであり、前記ポリマーマトリックスが、以下の成分:
a)50重量部〜99重量部のPVDF、および
b)1重量部〜50重量部のアクリレートコポリマーであり、カルボン酸無水物基を有する単位を1重量%〜30重量%含むアクリレートコポリマー
を含み、かつ前記成分a)および成分b)の重量部の合計が100である混合物を、少なくとも80重量%程度含み、前記複合材料中の前記連続繊維の体積比率が10重量%〜80重量%であり、前記ポリマーマトリックスと前記連続繊維の百分率が、それぞれ、前記補強プライの総質量または総体積に対するものである補強プライとを含み、
III.任意で、ポリアミドマトリックスとその中に埋め込まれた連続繊維からなる複合材料で構成されるさらなる補強プライであり、前記ポリアミドマトリックスがポリアミドを少なくとも80重量%程度含み、前記複合材料中の前記連続繊維の体積比率がさらに10%〜80%であり、前記ポリアミドマトリックスと前記連続繊維の百分率が、それぞれ、前記補強プライの総質量または総体積に対するものである補強プライを含んでよく、
IV.任意で、ポリマー材料からなる外側カバー層を含んでよい
熱可塑性複合パイプ(TCP)。 - TCPの構造が以下の群:
a)ポリアミド成形材料のライナー/本発明のPVDF複合層/ポリアミド成形材料のカバープライ、
b)PVDF成形材料のライナー/本発明のPVDF複合層/PVDF成形材料のカバープライ、
c)PVDF成形材料のライナー/本発明のPVDF複合層/ポリアミド成形材料のカバープライ、
d)ポリアミド成形材料のライナー/本発明のPVDF複合層/PVDF成形材料のカバープライ、
e)ポリアミド成形材料の内層とPVDFの外層を有する2層ライナー/アクリレートコポリマーブレンド/本発明のPVDF複合層/PVDF層/アクリレートコポリマーブレンド/ポリアミド成形材料のカバープライ
f)ポリアミド成形材料の内層とPVDFの外層を有する2層ライナー/アクリレートコポリマーブレンド/本発明のPVDF複合層/PVDF成形材料のカバープライ、
g)PVDFまたはポリアミド成形材料のライナー/本発明のPVDF複合層/ポリアミドマトリックスを有する複合層/PVDFまたはポリアミド成形材料のカバープライ
から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の熱可塑性複合パイプ。 - 前記TCPがアンビリカル、ライザー、ジャンパーライン、フローライン、介入ライン、ダウンライン、注入ライン、または圧力ラインであることを特徴とする、請求項6または請求項7記載の熱可塑性複合パイプ。
- 原油、粗ガス、三相混合物、加工油、加工ガス、ガソリンもしくは軽油、噴射媒体の輸送、または作動油の誘導のための、請求項6〜請求項8のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性複合パイプの使用。
