Description
前記固定子は、3つの捲回された前記ポールのうちの1つの対称軸が前記長手方向軸(L)に対して70°~110°の間の角度を形成するように、前記ハウジング内に配置されることを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- シェル(1)を内蔵したハウジングと、電気コイルによって励起される固定子(32)および磁化された回転子(71)によって形成されており、ギア列によって出力シャフト(17)を駆動する三相電気モータと、
前記回転子の軸、前記出力シャフトの軸、および平行な中間歯車(18~20)と、を備えており、
前記固定子は、バネ(52)の下部を収容する非絶縁性の孔(53)を有し、前記バネ(52)は前記固定子のヨークの非絶縁区域とプリント回路(22)の導電性グランドトラックとの間に圧縮状態で配置され、前記バネ(52)の周面は、前記バネが前記プリント回路によって圧縮されると、前記孔(53)の非絶縁性の内面と接触する、メカトロニックアクチュエータ。 - 前記シェル(1)の底部は、この孔(53)に対向する側に段付き又は傾斜した表面を有し、横断面に平行でない前記バネの下端(54)を収容するための区域を形成する、請求項1に記載のメカトロニックアクチュエータ。
- 電子部品の全ては、前記固定子(32)に面する前記プリント回路(22)の表面に、はんだ付けされており、
前記プリント回路は、前記回転子の軸を通すための孔を有する、請求項1に記載のメカトロニックアクチュエータ。 - 前記プリント回路は、3つの前記電気コイルの接続スタッドを挿入するためのスズめっきされた孔(27~31、23~26)を有する、請求項1に記載のメカトロニックアクチュエータ。
- 前記プリント回路は、電気コネクタのピンを挿入するためのスズめっきされた孔(27~31、23~26)を有し、前記ピンは全て、機械軸に平行に前記プリント回路の表面に向って伸びている、請求項1に記載のメカトロニックアクチュエータ。
- 前記固定子は、3つの捲回されたポール(41~43)を有し、互いに隣り合う捲回されたポールの対称軸が120°の機械角度を形成し、前記ハウジングは、電子回路も内蔵している、請求項1に記載のメカトロニックアクチュエータ。
- 前記プリント回路は、前記歯車のうちの1つの機械軸を通すための少なくとも1つの孔またはノッチを有する、請求項1に記載のメカトロニックアクチュエータ。
- 前記プリント回路は、電気コネクタ(14)の接続に対応する前記プリント回路(22)の後部を除いて、横断面上への投影が、前記固定子に外接する円の横断面上への投影に内接するような大きさを有する、請求項1に記載のメカトロニックアクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジングは、相補的な前記シェル(1)と閉鎖カバー(2)とを備え、
前記シェルの側面の1つは、2つの歯車(17および19)の間に配置された貫通キャビティ(39)によって貫通された内側突起(36)と、キャビティ(40)によって貫通された第2の突起(39)とを有し、
前記カバー(2)は、前記キャビティ(39、40)に適合し、機械軸の上端の案内軸受(62~65)よりも長い長さの、2つのスタッド(60、61)を有し、
前記案内軸受(62~65)は、前記カバーの内面に伸びている、請求項8に記載のメカトロニックアクチュエータ。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジングの3つの隅に配置された3つの固定延伸部(3~5)を有し、
前記延伸部(3~5)の各々は、孔(6~8)によって横断され、
前記孔の軸は、前記モータおよび前記歯車の機械軸に平行であり、
或る前記延伸部(5)は、適合ハウジング内に位置決めタブ(9)を有し、
別の前記延伸部(4)は、前記ハウジングが前記位置決めタブ(9)に対して旋回されるときのクリップ爪(11)を有する、請求項1に記載のメカトロニックアクチュエータ。 - 前記ハウジングは、相補的な前記シェルと閉鎖カバーとを備え、前記カバーは、前記プリント回路(22)のためのストッパを形成する少なくとも1つのスタッド(66~69)を有し、前記ストッパは、前記プリント回路がその公称位置にあるときに、前記プリント回路と接触しない、請求項1に記載のメカトロニックアクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジングは、相補的な前記シェルと閉鎖カバーとを備え、
前記カバーはまた、前記固定子のためのストッパを形成する少なくとも1つのスタッド(70)を有し、
前記ストッパは、前記固定子がその公称位置にあるときに、前記固定子と接触しない、請求項11に記載のメカトロニックアクチュエータ。
