Claims (10)
- 第1プラグ部(10)を含む第1接続ユニット(1)と、
固定台(20)と、第2プラグ部(30)と、駆動部(40)と、弾性復帰部材(60)と、を含む第2接続ユニット(2)と、を含み、
前記第2プラグ部(30)は、前記固定台(20)に移動可能に設けられ、且つ前記第1プラグ部(10)と挿入嵌合する突出位置及び前記第1プラグ部(10)と分離する後退位置を有し、
前記駆動部(40)は、前記固定台(20)に移動可能に設けられ、連動装置(50)を介して前記第2プラグ部(30)に接続されることで、前記第2プラグ部(30)を後退位置と突出位置との間で移動するように駆動し、
前記弾性復帰部材(60)は、前記固定台(20)と前記駆動部(40)との間に設けられることを特徴とする、LED筐体の接続装置。 - 前記連動装置(50)は、前記固定台(20)に揺動可能に設けられる揺動レバー(51)を含み、前記揺動レバー(51)の第1端は前記第2プラグ部(30)に可動的に接続され、前記揺動レバー(51)の第2端は前記駆動部(40)に可動的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続装置。
- 第1スライド溝(71)と、前記第1スライド溝(71)内に設けられる第1ピン軸(72)と、をさらに含み、前記第1ピン軸(72)及び前記第1スライド溝(71)のうちの一方は前記揺動レバー(51)の第1端に設けられ、他方は前記第2プラグ部(30)に設けられ、前記固定台(20)は第1ガイド構造(21)をさらに含み、前記第2プラグ部(30)は前記第1ガイド構造(21)のガイド作用で前記後退位置と前記突出位置との間を移動することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の接続装置。
- 第2スライド溝(73)と、前記第2スライド溝(73)内に設けられる第2ピン軸(74)と、をさらに含み、前記第2ピン軸(74)及び前記第2スライド溝(73)のうちの一方は前記揺動レバー(51)の第2端に設けられ、他方は前記駆動部(40)に設けられ、前記固定台(20)は第2ガイド構造(22)をさらに含み、前記駆動部(40)は前記第2ガイド構造(21)のガイド作用で移動することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の接続装置。
- 前記弾性復帰部材(60)はバネであり、前記駆動部(40)は駆動ロッド(41)と、前記駆動ロッド(41)の第1端に位置する当接部(42)と、を含み、前記駆動ロッド(41)は前記第2ガイド構造(22)内に設けられ、前記バネは前記駆動ロッド(41)に嵌設されるとともに、前記固定台(20)と前記当接部(42)との間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の接続装置。
- 前記駆動部(40)は駆動ロッド(41)と、前記駆動ロッド(41)の第2端に設けられるストッパ部(43)と、を含み、前記駆動ロッド(41)は前記第2ガイド構造(22)内に設けられ、前記第2ピン軸(74)は前記揺動レバー(51)の第2端に設けられ、前記第2スライド溝(73)は前記ストッパ部(43)に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の接続装置。
- 前記第1ガイド構造(21)は収容ケースであり、前記第2プラグ部(30)は前記収容ケース内に設けられ、前記収容ケースに第3スライド溝(75)が設けられ、前記第1ピン軸(72)は前記第3スライド溝(75)を貫通することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の接続装置。
- ピン軸孔(76)と、前記ピン軸孔(76)を貫通する第3ピン軸(77)と、をさらに含み、前記ピン軸孔(76)と前記第3ピン軸(77)のうちの一方は前記固定台(20)に設けられ、他方は前記揺動レバー(51)に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の接続装置。
- 第1LED筐体(3)と、第2LED筐体(4)と、前記第1LED筐体(3)と前記第2LED筐体(4)との間に設けられる接続装置と、を含むLED表示装置であって、
前記接続装置は、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置であることを特徴する、LED表示装置。 - 前記接続装置の第1接続ユニット(1)は前記第1LED筐体(3)に設けられ、前記接続装置の第2接続ユニット(2)は前記第2LED筐体(4)に設けられ、前記第2LED筐体(4)の側壁に前記接続装置の第2プラグ部(30)及び駆動部(40)が通る開口が設けられ、前記接続装置の固定台(20)は、別部材、又は、前記第2LED筐体(4)の構造の一部で形成されるものであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のLED表示装置。
