Claims (8)
- 第1方向に沿って積層された複数の蓄電セルと、
前記複数の蓄電セルの積層体の両端に設けられるエンドプレートと、
前記エンドプレートおよび前記複数の蓄電セルを前記第1方向に拘束する拘束部材とを備え、
前記拘束部材は、薄肉部と、厚肉部とを含み、前記薄肉部と前記厚肉部とが一体成形され、
前記薄肉部と前記厚肉部との間の段差面が、前記第1方向から前記エンドプレートに当接する、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記エンドプレートは、アルミニウムまたは鋳鉄からなる、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記拘束部材は、アルミニウム、鉄またはステンレスからなる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記複数の蓄電セルは、電極端子と、筐体とを各々含み、
前記筐体は、前記電極端子が設けられる上面と、前記上面に対向する底面とを有し、
前記薄肉部および前記厚肉部は、前記上面および前記底面に対向するフランジ部を含む、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 複数の蓄電セルを第1方向に沿って積層する工程と、
積層された前記複数の蓄電セルの両端にエンドプレートを設ける工程と、
拘束部材を準備する工程と、
前記エンドプレートおよび前記複数の蓄電セルを前記拘束部材によって前記第1方向に拘束する工程とを備え、
前記拘束部材を準備する工程は、薄肉部と厚肉部とを一体成形し、前記薄肉部と前記厚肉部との間に段差面を形成することを含み、
前記薄肉部と前記厚肉部との間の段差面が、前記第1方向から前記エンドプレートに当接する、蓄電モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記段差面を形成することは、前記薄肉部と前記厚肉部との間の段差部に切削加工を施すことを含む、請求項5に記載の蓄電モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記薄肉部と前記厚肉部とを一体成形することは、母材に熱間プレスを施すことを含む、請求項5または請求項6に記載の蓄電モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記薄肉部と前記厚肉部とを一体成形することは、段差部を有する部材を押出成形することを含む、請求項1または請求項7に記載の蓄電モジュールの製造方法。
