Abstract
Description
実施例1では、上記混合物における亜鉛粒子61と酸化アルミニウム7の含有量を、亜鉛粒子61を10重量%、酸化アルミニウム7を3重量%とした。また、混合物の焼成温度を、390℃とし、摺動部材41を生成した。
実施例2-実施例6では、混合物の焼成温度を400℃、420℃、450℃、450℃、480℃、420℃、420℃、の各々とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして摺動部材41を生成した。
実施例7-実施例8では、上記混合物における亜鉛粒子61と酸化アルミニウム7の含有量を、亜鉛粒子61を15重量%、酸化アルミニウム7を4重量%とした。また、混合物の焼成温度を、420℃とし、摺動部材41を生成した。
実施例9-実施例10では、混合物の焼成温度を510℃とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして摺動部材41を生成した。
比較例1-比較例2では、混合物の焼成温度を370℃とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして比較摺動部材を生成した。

Claims (6)
- ポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂と、
前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂中に分散された亜鉛粒子と、
前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂と前記亜鉛粒子との間に介在されたフッ化亜鉛と、
からなる摺動部材。 - 前記フッ化亜鉛は、前記亜鉛粒子の全周に渡って存在する、
請求項1に記載の摺動部材。 - 5重量%以上15重量%以下の前記亜鉛粒子と、
前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂中に分散された2重量%以上4重量%以下の酸化アルミニウムと、
を含む請求項1または請求項2に記載の摺動部材。 - 基材上に、請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載の摺動部材を備えたシフトフォーク用ブシュ。
- 亜鉛粒子とポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂との混合物を390℃以上500℃以下で焼成する焼成工程、
を含む摺動部材の製造方法。 - 基材上に供給された、亜鉛粒子とポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂との混合物を、390℃以上500℃以下で焼成する焼成工程、
を含むシフトフォーク用ブシュの製造方法。
