- 意匠面を有する射出発泡成形体であって、
前記意匠面の表面粗さの数値は、0.5~1.2μmである射出発泡成形体。 - 請求項1に記載の射出発泡成形体であって、
射出発泡成形時の発泡樹脂材料の粘度は、500~1500Pa・Sの範囲内である射出発泡成形体。 - 請求項1~2のいずれか1項に記載の射出発泡成形体であって、
射出前のキャビティ内ガス圧力は0.3~0.8MPaである射出成形発泡体。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の射出発泡成形体であって、
発泡セルサイズの大きさは、直径0.3mm以下である射出発泡成形体。 - 意匠面を有する射出発泡成形体を成形する成形金型であって、
前記意匠面を形成する金型内面の表面粗さの数値は、3~10μmである成形金型。
