Claims (4)
- 金属からなり、少なくとも一方向に開口するケース本体と、
前記ケース本体内に配置された蓄電モジュールと、
金属からなり、前記ケース本体の開口を塞ぐように前記ケース本体に溶接された閉塞板と、
前記ケース本体の内面及び前記閉塞板の内面を被覆する絶縁シートと、
絶縁性を有する材料からなり、前記ケース本体の内面と前記閉塞板の内面との境界部を被覆する被覆部と、を備える、蓄電装置。 - 体積抵抗率が1.0×106Ω・cm以上である、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 金属からなり、内面に絶縁シートが設けられており少なくとも一方向に開口するケース本体と、金属からなり、内面に絶縁シートが設けられており前記ケース本体の開口を塞ぐ形状を有する閉塞板と、を準備する準備工程と、
前記ケース本体内に蓄電モジュールを配置する配置工程と、
前記閉塞板によって前記ケース本体の開口が閉塞されるように前記ケース本体に前記閉塞板を溶接する溶接工程と、
前記ケース本体の内面と前記閉塞板の内面との境界部を被覆する被覆部が形成されるように、前記ケース本体外から前記ケース本体内に絶縁性を有する絶縁性材料を注入する注入工程と、を備える、蓄電装置の製造方法。 - 前記注入工程では、前記絶縁性材料として5Pa・s以上の粘度を有する材料を注入する、請求項3に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
