Abstract
Description
本発明は、セラミックグリーンシートを製造するために使用する離型フィルムに関するものである。 The present invention relates to a release film used for manufacturing ceramic green sheets.
従来より、積層セラミックコンデンサや多層セラミック基板といった積層セラミック製品を製造するには、セラミックグリーンシートを成型し、得られたセラミックグリーンシートを複数枚積層して焼成することが行われている。 Conventionally, in order to manufacture multilayer ceramic products such as multilayer ceramic capacitors and multilayer ceramic substrates, ceramic green sheets are molded, and a plurality of the obtained ceramic green sheets are laminated and fired.
セラミックグリーンシートは、チタン酸バリウムや酸化チタンなどのセラミック材料を含有するセラミックスラリーを離型フィルム上に塗工することにより成型される。離型フィルムとしては、フィルム基材にポリシロキサン等のシリコーン系化合物が剥離処理されたものが使用されている。この離型フィルムには、当該離型フィルム上に成型した薄いセラミックグリーンシートを当該離型フィルムから破断等することなく剥離できる剥離性が要求される。 A ceramic green sheet is formed by coating a release film with a ceramic slurry containing a ceramic material such as barium titanate or titanium oxide. As the release film, a film base material subjected to release treatment with a silicone-based compound such as polysiloxane is used. The release film is required to have releasability such that a thin ceramic green sheet molded on the release film can be separated from the release film without breaking or the like.
In recent years, along with the miniaturization and high performance of electronic devices, multilayer ceramic capacitors and multilayer ceramic substrates have been miniaturized and multi-layered, and ceramic green sheets have been made ultra-thin. If the ceramic green sheet becomes ultra-thin and has a thickness of, for example, 1 μm or less after drying, defects such as pinholes and thickness unevenness are likely to occur in the ceramic green sheet when the ceramic slurry is applied and dried. Become. In addition, when the molded ceramic green sheet is peeled off from the release film, the strength of the ceramic green sheet is reduced, which may cause problems such as breakage.
In order to solve the former problem,
また、主として活性エネルギー線硬化性成分の硬化物によって、離型層の表面が高平滑となり、セラミックグリーンシートにピンホールや厚みむら等の欠陥が発生することを効果的に防止・抑制することができるとともに、離型層がシリコーン系成分またはその硬化物を含有し、離型層の弾性率が4.0GPa以上であると、離型フィルムからセラミックグリーンシートを正常に剥離することができると提案されている(特許文献2、参照)。 In addition, the surface of the release layer becomes highly smooth mainly due to the cured product of the active energy ray-curable component, and the occurrence of defects such as pinholes and thickness unevenness in the ceramic green sheet can be effectively prevented and suppressed. In addition, when the release layer contains a silicone-based component or a cured product thereof and the elastic modulus of the release layer is 4.0 GPa or more, the ceramic green sheet can be normally released from the release film. (See Patent Document 2).
しかしながら、特許文献2のように表面特性、弾性率の離型フィルムを使用しても、グリーンシートの塗布や、さらにその上に電極を形成する際、それらのスラリーの溶剤により離型層が浸食され、グリーンシートの剥離力が重剥離化してグリーンシートが破断したり、グリーンシートが剥がれないなどの問題が依然として存在した。 However, even if a release film with surface characteristics and elastic modulus is used as in Patent Document 2, the release layer is eroded by the solvent of the slurry when the green sheet is applied and the electrodes are formed thereon. However, there still existed problems such as the peel strength of the green sheet becoming heavy and the green sheet being broken, or the green sheet being unable to be peeled off.
本発明は、このような実状に鑑みてなされたものであり、セラミックグリーンシートにピンホールや厚みむら等の欠陥が発生することを防止・抑制するとともに、セラミックグリーンシート成型時のセラミックスラリーの溶剤や、電極形成時の電極用スラリーの溶剤などの耐溶剤性に優れることで、超薄膜のセラミックグリーンシートを製造する場合であっても、剥離性にも優れたセラミックグリーンシート製造用離型フィルムを提供することを目的とする。 The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and prevents and suppresses the occurrence of defects such as pinholes and thickness unevenness in ceramic green sheets, and provides a solvent for ceramic slurry during molding of ceramic green sheets. and a release film for manufacturing ceramic green sheets that has excellent releasability even when manufacturing ultra-thin ceramic green sheets due to its excellent resistance to solvents such as the solvent of electrode slurry during electrode formation. intended to provide

According to the present invention, mainly due to the cured product of (meth)acrylic acid ester, the surface of the release layer becomes highly smooth, and the occurrence of defects such as pinholes and thickness unevenness in the ceramic green sheet can be effectively prevented. can be suppressed. In addition, the release layer at the time of forming the ceramic green sheet contains a silicone-based component or a cured product thereof, and the diiodomethane contact angle θ 1 on the release layer surface and the release layer surface after the release film is immersed in toluene When the difference (θ 1 - θ 2 ) of the diiodomethane contact angle θ 2 is 3.0° or less as an absolute value, the slurry solvent used in the manufacturing process of the ceramic green sheet does not erode the ceramic green sheet. 従って、本発明に係るセラミックグリーンシート製造用離型フィルムによれば、離型層の表面が高平滑となり、セラミックグリーンシートにピンホールや厚みむら等の欠陥が発生することを効果的に防止・抑制することができ、さらにはセラミックグリーンシートとの剥離性にも優れるものである。 Therefore, according to the release film for producing a ceramic green sheet according to the present invention, the surface of the release layer becomes highly smooth, and defects such as pinholes and thickness unevenness are effectively prevented from occurring in the ceramic green sheet. In addition, it is excellent in releasability from the ceramic green sheet.
以下、本発明の実施形態について説明する。
図1に示すように、本発明の一実施形態に係るセラミックグリーンシート製造用離型フィルム(以下、単に「離型フィルム」という場合がある。)1は、フィルム基材13と、フィルム基材13の第1の層11の表面111(図1では上面)の上に積層された離型層14とを備えて構成される。そして、基材フィルム13は、基材フィルム13の第1の層11の表面111と反対側の表面を形成する第2の層12が存在することが好ましい。
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
As shown in FIG. 1, a release film for producing a ceramic green sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as "release film") 1 includes a

The area surface average roughness (Sa) of the
一方、フィルム基材13の第2の層12の表面112(第1の層の表面と反対側の面;図1では下面;「裏面」という場合がある。)における領域表面平均粗さ(Sa)は、5~50nmであり、10~30nmであることが好ましい。また、フィルム基材13の第2の層12の表面112における最大突起高さ(Rp)は、30~1000nmであり、50~300nmであることが好ましい。
On the other hand, the area surface average roughness (Sa ) is 5 to 50 nm, preferably 10 to 30 nm. The maximum projection height (Rp) on the
When the area average surface roughness (Sa) of the
When the maximum protrusion height (Rp) on the
また、フィルム基材13の第2の層12の表面112における領域表面平均粗さ(Sa)および最大突起高さ(Rp)を上記のような範囲とすると、巻取り時の巻きずれを効果的に抑制することができるため、巻き取り張力を高める必要がなく、それにより、巻き取り張力に起因する巻き芯部の変形を抑制することが可能となる。
Further, when the area surface average roughness (Sa) and the maximum protrusion height (Rp) on the
なお、フィルム基材13の第1の層11の表面111と逆の面(第2の層12の表面112)に、後述する離型層14と同じ層を設けたり、または離型層14とは異なる層を設けたりしてもよい。
On the opposite side of the

The film substrate may be a single layer or a multilayer of two or more layers, but preferably has a first layer substantially free of inorganic particles on at least one side. In the case of a laminated film having a multilayer structure of two or more layers, a second layer capable of containing particles or the like is provided on the opposite side of the release layer of the first layer that does not substantially contain inorganic particles. It is preferable to have As a laminated structure, the layer on the side to which the release layer is applied is the first layer, the layer on the opposite side is the second layer, and the other core layer is the third layer. Laminated structures such as release layer/first layer/second layer or release layer/first layer/third layer/second layer may be mentioned. Of course, the third layer may have a multi-layer structure. Alternatively, the second layer may be free of particles. In that case, it is preferable to provide a coating layer containing particles and a binder on the second layer in order to impart lubricity for winding the film into a roll.
In the film substrate of the present invention, it is preferred that the first layer forming the surface to be coated with the release layer substantially does not contain inorganic particles. Here, when the below-described anchor coat layer or the like is provided on the first layer, it is preferable that the coat layer does not substantially contain inorganic particles, and the area surface average roughness (Sa) after lamination of the coat layer is the above preferably within range. In the present invention, "substantially free of inorganic particles" means a content of 50 ppm or less, preferably 10 ppm or less, most preferably a detection limit or less when the inorganic elements are quantified by fluorescence X-ray analysis. do. This is because even if inorganic particles are not positively added to the film, contaminants derived from foreign substances and dirt adhering to the lines and equipment in the raw material resin or film manufacturing process peel off and mix into the film. This is because there are cases.
In the film substrate of the present invention, the second layer forming the surface opposite to the surface to which the release layer is applied preferably contains particles from the viewpoint of film slipperiness and ease of air release, particularly Silica particles and/or calcium carbonate particles are preferably used. The content of particles contained is preferably 5000 to 15000 ppm in total of particles in the second layer. When the total amount of silica particles and/or calcium carbonate particles is 5000 ppm or more, when the film is wound into a roll, air can be released uniformly, and the roll shape and flatness are good, resulting in an ultra-thin ceramic layer. It becomes suitable for the production of green sheets. Further, when the total amount of silica particles and/or calcium carbonate particles is 15000 ppm or less, aggregation of the lubricant is less likely to occur, and large protrusions are not formed.
As the particles contained in the second layer, inert inorganic particles and/or heat-resistant organic particles can be used in addition to silica and/or calcium carbonate. Silica particles and/or calcium carbonate particles are preferably used from the viewpoint of transparency and cost, but other usable inorganic particles include alumina-silica composite oxide particles and hydroxyapatite particles. Examples of heat-resistant organic particles include crosslinked polyacrylic particles, crosslinked polystyrene particles, and benzoguanamine particles. When silica particles are used, porous colloidal silica is preferable, and when calcium carbonate particles are used, light calcium carbonate surface-treated with a polyacrylic acid-based polymer compound is preferable from the viewpoint of preventing the lubricant from falling off. .
上記第2の層に添加する粒子の平均粒子径は、0.1μm以上2.0μm以下が好ましく、0.5μm以上1.0μm以下が特に好ましい。粒子の平均粒子径が0.1μm以上であれば、離型フィルムの滑り性が良好であり好ましい。また、平均粒子径が2.0μm以下であれば、離型層表面の粗大粒子によるセラミックグリーンシートにピンホールが発生するおそれがなく好ましい。 The average particle size of the particles added to the second layer is preferably 0.1 μm or more and 2.0 μm or less, and particularly preferably 0.5 μm or more and 1.0 μm or less. If the average particle size of the particles is 0.1 μm or more, the slipperiness of the release film is good, which is preferable. In addition, if the average particle size is 2.0 μm or less, it is preferable because there is no fear of generating pinholes in the ceramic green sheet due to coarse particles on the surface of the release layer.
上記第2の層には素材の異なる粒子を2種類以上含有させてもよい。また、同種の粒子で平均粒径の異なるものを含有させてもよい。 The second layer may contain two or more types of particles made of different materials. Further, particles of the same type but different in average particle diameter may be contained.
なお、粒子の平均粒子径の測定方法は、加工後のフィルムの断面の粒子を透過型電子顕微鏡または走査型電子顕微鏡で観察を行い、凝集していない粒子100個を観察し、各粒子の最大径を粒子径とし、その平均値をもって平均粒子径とする方法で行う。 In addition, the method for measuring the average particle size of the particles is to observe the particles in the cross section of the film after processing with a transmission electron microscope or scanning electron microscope, observe 100 particles that are not agglomerated, and measure the maximum particle size of each particle. The diameter is defined as the particle diameter, and the average value thereof is defined as the average particle diameter.
第2の層に粒子を含まない場合は、第2の層上に粒子を含んだコート層で易滑性を持たせることが好ましい。本コート層は、特に限定されないが、フィルムの製膜中に塗工するインラインコートで設けることが好ましい。第2の層に粒子を含まず、第2の層上に粒子を含むコート層を有する場合、コート層の表面は、上述の第2の層の領域表面平均粗さ(Sa)と同様の理由により、領域表面平均粗さ(Sa)が5~50nmの範囲であることが好ましい。 When the second layer does not contain particles, it is preferable that a coating layer containing particles is provided on the second layer to provide slipperiness. Although the present coat layer is not particularly limited, it is preferably provided as an in-line coat that is applied during film formation. When the second layer does not contain particles and has a coat layer containing particles on the second layer, the surface of the coat layer has the same reason as the area surface average roughness (Sa) of the second layer described above. Therefore, the region surface average roughness (Sa) is preferably in the range of 5 to 50 nm.
上記離型層を設ける側の層である第1の層には、ピンホール低減の観点から、滑剤などの粒子の混入を防ぐため、再生原料などを使用しないことが好ましい。 From the viewpoint of reducing pinholes, it is preferable not to use recycled raw materials in the first layer, which is the layer on which the release layer is provided, in order to prevent inclusion of particles such as lubricant.
上記離型層を設ける側の層である第1の層の厚み比率は、基材フィルムの全層厚みの20%以上50%以下であることが好ましい。20%以上であれば、第2の層などに含まれる粒子の影響をフィルム内部から受けづらく、領域表面平均粗さSaが上記の範囲を満足することが容易であり好ましい。基材フィルムの全層の厚みの50%以下であると、第2の層における再生原料の使用比率を増やすことができ、環境負荷が小さくなり好ましい。 The thickness ratio of the first layer, which is the layer on which the release layer is provided, is preferably 20% or more and 50% or less of the total layer thickness of the base film. If it is 20% or more, the inside of the film is less likely to be affected by the particles contained in the second layer, etc., and it is easy for the region surface average roughness Sa to satisfy the above range, which is preferable. When the total thickness of the base film is 50% or less of the thickness of all layers of the base film, the use ratio of the recycled raw material in the second layer can be increased, and the environmental load is reduced, which is preferable.
また、経済性の観点から上記第1の層以外の層(第2の層もしくは前述の第3の層)には、50~90質量%のフィルム屑やペットボトルの再生原料を使用することができる。この場合でも、第2の層に含まれる滑剤の種類や量、粒径ならびに領域表面平均粗さ(Sa)は、上記の範囲を満足することが好ましい。 In addition, from the viewpoint of economy, it is possible to use 50 to 90% by mass of recycled raw materials of film scraps and PET bottles for layers other than the first layer (the second layer or the above-mentioned third layer). can. Even in this case, it is preferable that the type, amount, particle size and area surface average roughness (Sa) of the lubricant contained in the second layer satisfy the above ranges.
また、後に塗布する離型層などの密着性を向上させたり、帯電を防止するなどのために第1の層及び/または第2の層の表面に製膜工程内の延伸前または一軸延伸後のフィルムにコート層を設けてもよく、コロナ処理などを施すこともできる。 In addition, the surface of the first layer and / or the second layer in order to improve the adhesion of the release layer etc. to be applied later or to prevent electrification, before stretching in the film forming process or after uniaxial stretching A coating layer may be provided on the film, and a corona treatment or the like may be applied.
The
It should be noted that conventional silicone resin-based release agents tend to conform to the surface shape of the
The (meth)acrylic acid ester of the release agent composition is not particularly limited as long as it is a component that is cured by irradiation with active energy rays without interfering with the effects of the present invention, and may be any monomer, oligomer or polymer. or a mixture thereof. This (meth)acrylic acid ester is preferably a (meth)acrylate compound. In addition, in this specification, a (meth)acrylate-based compound means both an acrylate-based compound and a methacrylate-based compound. The same applies to other similar terms. When the main component of the
The (meth)acrylate compound is preferably at least one selected from polyfunctional (meth)acrylate monomers and (meth)acrylate oligomers, particularly trifunctional or higher (meth)acrylate monomers and (meth) It is preferably at least one selected from acrylate oligomers, more preferably a tri- or higher functional (meth)acrylate monomer. By being trifunctional or higher, the curability of the release agent composition is excellent, and the surface releasability of the resulting
Examples of polyfunctional (meth)acrylate monomers include trimethylolpropane tri(meth)acrylate, dipentaerythritol tri(meth)acrylate, dipentaerythritol tetra(meth)acrylate, and propionic acid-modified dipentaerythritol tri(meth)acrylate. , pentaerythritol tri(meth)acrylate, propylene oxide-modified trimethylolpropane tri(meth)acrylate, tris((meth)acryloxyethyl) isocyanurate, propionic acid-modified dipentaerythritol penta(meth)acrylate, dipentaerythritol hexa( meth)acrylate, caprolactone-modified dipentaerythritol hexa(meth)acrylate, and the like. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
多官能(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーとしては、例えば、ポリエステルアクリレート系オリゴマー、エポキシアクリレート系オリゴマー、ウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマー、ポリエーテルアクリレート系オリゴマー、ポリブタジエンアクリレート系オリゴマー、シリコーンアクリレート系オリゴマー等が挙げられる。 Examples of polyfunctional (meth)acrylate oligomers include polyester acrylate oligomers, epoxy acrylate oligomers, urethane acrylate oligomers, polyether acrylate oligomers, polybutadiene acrylate oligomers, and silicone acrylate oligomers.
ポリエステルアクリレート系オリゴマーは、例えば、多価カルボン酸と多価アルコールの縮合によって得られる両末端に水酸基を有するポリエステルオリゴマーの水酸基を(メタ)アクリル酸でエステル化することにより、あるいは、多価カルボン酸にアルキレンオキシドを付加して得られるオリゴマーの末端の水酸基を(メタ)アクリル酸でエステル化することにより得ることができる。 Polyester acrylate-based oligomers are produced, for example, by esterifying the hydroxyl groups of a polyester oligomer having hydroxyl groups at both ends with (meth)acrylic acid obtained by condensation of a polycarboxylic acid and a polyhydric alcohol, or by esterifying a polycarboxylic acid can be obtained by esterifying the terminal hydroxyl group of the oligomer obtained by adding an alkylene oxide to (meth)acrylic acid.
エポキシアクリレート系オリゴマーは、例えば、比較的低分子量のビスフェノール型エポキシ樹脂やノボラック型エポキシ樹脂のオキシラン環に、(メタ)アクリル酸を反応しエステル化することにより得ることができる。また、エポキシアクリレート系オリゴマーを部分的に二塩基性カルボン酸無水物で変性したカルボキシル変性型のエポキシアクリレート系オリゴマーを用いることもできる。 Epoxy acrylate-based oligomers can be obtained, for example, by reacting (meth)acrylic acid with oxirane rings of relatively low-molecular-weight bisphenol-type epoxy resins or novolak-type epoxy resins for esterification. A carboxyl-modified epoxy acrylate oligomer obtained by partially modifying an epoxy acrylate oligomer with a dibasic carboxylic acid anhydride can also be used.
ウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマーは、例えば、ポリエーテルポリオールやポリエステルポリオールとポリイソシアナートの反応によって得られるポリウレタンオリゴマーを、(メタ)アクリル酸でエステル化することにより得ることができる。 A urethane acrylate oligomer can be obtained, for example, by esterifying a polyurethane oligomer obtained by reacting a polyether polyol or polyester polyol with a polyisocyanate with (meth)acrylic acid.
ポリエーテルアクリレート系オリゴマーは、ポリエーテルポリオールの水酸基を(メタ)アクリル酸でエステル化することにより得ることができる。 A polyether acrylate-based oligomer can be obtained by esterifying the hydroxyl groups of a polyether polyol with (meth)acrylic acid.
上記の多官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマーおよび多官能(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーは、それぞれ1種を単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。また、多官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマーと多官能(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーとを組み合わせて用いることもできる。 The above polyfunctional (meth)acrylate monomers and polyfunctional (meth)acrylate oligomers may be used singly or in combination of two or more. A polyfunctional (meth)acrylate monomer and a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate oligomer can also be used in combination.
離型剤組成物において、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルは、1種を単独で用いてもよいし、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。 In the release agent composition, the (meth)acrylic acid esters may be used singly or in combination of two or more.
The silicone-based component of the release agent composition is not particularly limited as long as it can impart desired release properties to the surface of the
As a method for adjusting the compatibility between the polyorganosiloxane as the silicone-based component of the release agent composition and the (meth)acrylic acid ester as the binder, the binder ( There is a method of selecting a type in which polydimethylsiloxane is added to the side chain of the acrylic main chain, which is excellent in compatibility with the meth)acrylic acid ester. Even with polydimethylsiloxane, which is a silicone main chain, appropriate compatibility with the binder can be achieved by selecting a polyorganosiloxane having appropriate polarity. The polarity of polyorganosiloxane can be referred to, for example, BYK Coating Ink Additives Catalog (2016.06 (44th edition)).
When the main chain of the silicone-based component of the release agent composition is polyorganosiloxane, the reactive functional group may be introduced at one end of the polyorganosiloxane, or may be introduced at both ends. , may be introduced into the side chain. Examples of reactive functional groups include (meth)acryloyl groups, vinyl groups, maleimide groups, epoxy groups, carboxyl groups, isocyanate groups, and hydroxyl groups. A (meth)acryloyl group, a vinyl group and a maleimide group, which can be cured at the same time as the energy beam irradiation), are preferred. At least two or more of these reactive functional groups are preferably introduced into one molecule of polyorganosiloxane. Two or more of these reactive functional groups may be introduced into one molecule of polyorganosiloxane.
本発明で用いる主鎖がポリオルガノシロキサンである離型剤としては、市販のものを用いることもできる。市販されているものとしては、BYK-UV3505, BYK-UV3575, BYK-UV3500(BYK社製)などが例として挙げられる。本発明では、使用するバインダー種によって、相溶性を向上させるために適切なポリオルガノシロキサン種を選定することが好ましい。 As the release agent having a polyorganosiloxane main chain used in the present invention, a commercially available release agent can also be used. Commercially available products include BYK-UV3505, BYK-UV3575, and BYK-UV3500 (manufactured by BYK). In the present invention, it is preferable to select an appropriate polyorganosiloxane species to improve compatibility depending on the binder species used.
離型剤組成物のシリコーン系成分の主鎖がアクリルの場合、一分子内に(メタ)アクリロイル基とポリオルガノシロキサン基を有する紫外線硬化型アクリル共重合ポリマーを用いることが好ましい。 When the main chain of the silicone-based component of the release agent composition is acrylic, it is preferable to use an ultraviolet curable acrylic copolymer having a (meth)acryloyl group and a polyorganosiloxane group in one molecule.
As a mold release agent, when using an ultraviolet ray-curable acrylic copolymer that has a (meth)acryloyl group and a polyorganosiloxane group in one molecule, compared to silicone oils represented by polydimethylsiloxane, the acrylic site , the compatibility with the binder component is improved, the curability of the binder component and the release agent is improved in the release layer processing step, and the amount of unreacted release agent is reduced. Furthermore, by using a UV-curable acrylic copolymer having a (meth)acryloyl group and a polyorganosiloxane group in one molecule, not only a crosslinked structure is formed between the binder component and the release agent, but also hydrogen Since intermolecular interactions such as bonds and van der Waals forces are also formed, there is no possibility that the release layer will be eroded by the organic solvent, which is preferable. In the present specification, an ultraviolet ray-curable acrylic copolymer having a (meth)acryloyl group and a polyorganosiloxane group in one molecule may be hereinafter also referred to as a (meth)acryloyl group-containing copolymerized acrylic silicone.
本発明で用いる紫外線硬化型アクリル共重合ポリマーは、市販のものを用いることもできる。市販されているものとしては、GL-02R、GL-04R(以上、共栄社化学社製)、8SS-723(大成ファインケミカル社製)、TA37-400A(日立化成社製)などが例として挙げられる。 Commercially available products can also be used as the UV-curable acrylic copolymer used in the present invention. Examples of commercially available products include GL-02R, GL-04R (manufactured by Kyoeisha Chemical Co., Ltd.), 8SS-723 (manufactured by Taisei Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.), and TA37-400A (manufactured by Hitachi Chemical Co., Ltd.).
なお、離型剤組成物において、シリコーン系成分は、1種を単独で用いてもよいし、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。 In addition, in the release agent composition, the silicone-based component may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
The mass ratio of the silicone-based component to the total mass of the (meth)acrylic acid ester and the silicone-based component in the release agent composition is preferably 0.2 to 5% by mass, particularly 1.0 to 2.0% by mass. It is preferably 5% by mass. Further, the absolute value of the difference (θ 1 - θ 2 ) between the diiodomethane contact angle θ 1 on the release layer surface and the diiodomethane contact angle θ 2 on the release layer surface after the release film was immersed in toluene was 3.0°. By setting the composition and the mass ratio of the silicone-based component to the above range, the ceramic slurry can be applied to the surface of the

Here, when ultraviolet rays are used as the active energy rays with which the release agent composition is irradiated, the release agent composition preferably further contains a photopolymerization initiator. By containing a photopolymerization initiator in this way, the (meth)acrylic acid ester (and the silicone-based component) can be efficiently cured, and the polymerization curing time and the amount of light irradiation can be reduced.
Specific examples of photopolymerization initiators include benzophenone, acetophenone, benzoin, benzoin methyl ether, benzoin ethyl ether, benzoin isopropyl ether, benzoin isobutyl ether, benzoin benzoic acid, benzoin methyl benzoate, benzoin dimethyl ketal, 2,4 -diethylthioxanthone, 1-hydroxycyclohexylphenyl ketone, benzyldiphenylsulfide, tetramethylthiuram monosulfide, azobisisobutyronitrile, benzyl, dibenzyl, diacetyl, β-chloranthraquinone, (2,4,6-trimethyl benzyldiphenyl)phosphine oxide, 2-benzothiazole-N,N-diethyldithiocarbamate and the like. In particular, 2-hydroxy-1-{4-[4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propionyl)-benzyl]-phenyl}-2-methylpropan-1-one, which is said to have excellent surface curability, 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl-ketone, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-propan-1-one, 2-methyl-1-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-morpholinopropane-1 -one is preferred, especially 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-propan-1-one, 2-methyl-1-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-morpholinopropan-1-one preferable. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
光重合開始剤は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルおよび活性エネルギー線硬化性を有するシリコーン系成分(例えば、反応性官能基として(メタ)アクリロイル基、ビニル基またはマレイミド基を有するポリオルガノシロキサン)の合計100質量部に対して、1~20質量部、特に3~15質量部の範囲の量で用いられることが好ましい。 Photopolymerization initiator is the sum of (meth)acrylic acid ester and active energy ray-curable silicone component (for example, polyorganosiloxane having (meth)acryloyl group, vinyl group or maleimide group as a reactive functional group) It is preferably used in an amount of 1 to 20 parts by weight, particularly 3 to 15 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight.
離型層14を構成する離型剤(離型剤組成物を含む)は、必要に応じて、シリカ、帯電防止剤、染料、顔料その他の添加剤を含有してもよい。これらの添加剤は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルおよびシリコーン成分の合計100質量部に対して、0.1~50質量部の範囲の量で用いられることが好ましい。
A release agent (including a release agent composition) constituting the

The
活性エネルギー線としては、通常、紫外線、電子線等が用いられる。活性エネルギー線の照射量は、エネルギー線の種類によって異なるが、例えば紫外線の場合には、光量で50~1000mJ/cm2が好ましく、特に100~500mJ/cm2が好ましい。また、電子線の場合には、10~500kGy程度が好ましい。 As the active energy rays, ultraviolet rays, electron beams, and the like are usually used. The amount of active energy ray irradiation varies depending on the type of energy ray. For example, in the case of ultraviolet rays, the amount of light is preferably 50 to 1000 mJ/cm 2 , particularly preferably 100 to 500 mJ/cm 2 . In the case of an electron beam, it is preferably about 10 to 500 kGy.
上記活性エネルギー線の照射により、離型剤組成物中の(メタ)アクリル酸エステルは硬化する。また、離型剤組成物中のシリコーン系成分が活性エネルギー線硬化性の反応性基を有する場合には、当該シリコーン系成分も硬化する。これにより、高平滑で、セラミックスラリーがはじき難く、かつセラミックグリーンシートの剥離性に優れた離型層14が形成される。
The (meth)acrylic acid ester in the release agent composition is cured by irradiation with the active energy ray. Moreover, when the silicone-based component in the release agent composition has an active energy ray-curable reactive group, the silicone-based component is also cured. As a result, the
本実施形態に係る離型フィルム1において、セラミックスラリーが成型される面である離型層14の表面(図1では上面)における領域表面平均粗さ(Sa)は8nm以下であり、かつ最大突起高さ(Rp)は50nm以下である。本明細書における領域表面平均粗さ(Sa)および最大突起高さ(Rp)は、非接触表面形状計測システム(菱化システム社製、VertScan R550H-M100)を使用して測定した値とする。
In the
The surface of the
The surface properties of the
離型層14の表面の領域表面平均粗さ(Sa)は、好ましくは7nm以下であり、特に好ましくは5nm以下である。また、離型層14の表面の最大突起高さ(Rp)は、好ましくは50nm以下であり、特に好ましくは30nm以下である。
The area average roughness (Sa) of the surface of the
The elastic modulus of the
なお、本明細書における離型層の弾性率の測定は、23℃の雰囲気下、ナノインデンテーション試験により行われる。具体的には、アルミニウム製の台座に接着したガラス板上に、10mm×10mmサイズに裁断した離型フィルム1の基材の裏面側を2液系エポキシ接着剤で固定し、微小硬度評価装置を使用(試験例では、MTS社製の「NanoIndenter SA2」を使用)して行う。
In addition, the measurement of the elastic modulus of the release layer in this specification is performed by a nanoindentation test in an atmosphere of 23°C. Specifically, on a glass plate adhered to an aluminum pedestal, the back side of the base material of the

(Comparative example 2)
A release film was produced in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the thickness of the release agent layer was changed as shown in Table 1. In Comparative Example 2, the thickness of the release layer was small, and the inhibition of surface hardening peculiar to radical polymerization occurred remarkably. Therefore, the peeling force became heavy.
(比較例3)
剥離剤組成物Cにおける(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとシリコーン系成分の質量割合を表1に示すように変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして剥離フィルムを作製した。比較例3ではシリコーン系成分の質量割合が多いため、離型層の弾性率が低下し、離型層表面の耐溶剤性も悪化した。そのため、剥離力が重くなった。
(Comparative Example 3)
A release film was produced in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the mass ratio of the (meth)acrylic acid ester and the silicone component in the release agent composition C was changed as shown in Table 1. In Comparative Example 3, since the mass ratio of the silicone-based component was large, the elastic modulus of the release layer decreased and the solvent resistance of the surface of the release layer also deteriorated. Therefore, the peeling force became heavy.
(Comparative Example 4)
100 parts by mass of thermosetting addition reaction silicone (product name: KS-847H, manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., solid content concentration 30%) is diluted with toluene, and a platinum catalyst (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., CAT-PL- 50T) were mixed to prepare a release agent solution having a solid content of 5.0% by mass. The resulting release agent solution was evenly spread on one surface of the same substrate as in Example 1 (the surface of the first layer) so that the resulting release agent layer had a thickness of 0.3 μm after drying. and dried at 140° C. for 1 minute to form a release agent layer, which was used as a release film. In Comparative Example 4, since the silicone-based component was the main component, the elastic modulus of the release layer was remarkably low, and the solvent resistance was remarkably deteriorated. Therefore, the peeling force was too heavy and could not be peeled off.

[Test Example 4] (Evaluation of change in contact angle of release layer)
The release films obtained in Examples and Comparative Examples were allowed to stand under conditions of 25° C. and 50% RH using a contact angle meter (manufactured by Kyowa Interface Science Co., Ltd., fully automatic contact angle meter DM-701). A droplet of diiodomethane (drop volume: 0.9 μL) was formed on the surface of the release layer of the release film, and the contact angle was measured. For the contact angle, the contact angle 30 seconds after dropping on the release film was adopted, and the average value of the values measured five times was adopted.
Next, the release film used for measurement was cut into a size of 5 cm×5 cm, and immersed in a glass tray containing 30 mL of toluene at a liquid temperature of 25° C. for 5 minutes with the release layer surface facing down. The immersed release film was taken out, air-dried for 15 minutes with the release layer surface up, and then vacuum-dried overnight at 25°C. The release film thus obtained after immersion in toluene was measured by the same method as the method for measuring the contact angle.
When the initial diiodomethane contact angle on the release layer surface before immersion in toluene measured by the above method is θ 1 , and the diiodomethane contact angle on the release layer surface after immersion in toluene is θ 2 , θ 1 - θ 2 The absolute value was taken as the change in contact angle before and after immersion in toluene. The contact angle change was evaluated according to the following criteria.
◎: |θ 1 −θ 2 | < 1.0°
