Claims (7)
- (a)第1ハウジングと、該第1ハウジングに保持される電線と、前記第1ハウジングに保持され、前記電線の導電線に接続される本体部及び第1の方向に延在する接触部を含む第1端子とを備える第1コネクタと、
(b)第2ハウジングと、該第2ハウジングに保持され、前記第1の方向に延在する接触部を含む第2端子とを備え、回路基板の表面に実装される第2コネクタと、を具備するコネクタであって、
(c)前記第1コネクタは、前記第2コネクタに対して前記第1の方向に移動させられた後に、前記第2コネクタに対して前記第1の方向に直交する第2の方向に移動させられて前記第2コネクタと嵌合し、前記第1端子の接触部は、前記第1コネクタが前記第2コネクタに対して前記第2の方向に移動させられると、前記第2端子の接触部と接触することを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記第1端子の接触部及び第2端子の接触部は、前記第1の方向に一直線状に延在する請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1コネクタが前記第2コネクタに対して前記第1の方向に移動させられたときは、前記第1端子の接触部と第2端子の接触部とは接触しない請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第2端子の接触部は、その先端に形成された接触先端部を含み、該接触先端部は、前記第1端子の接触部に向けて膨出するように湾曲し、前記第1端子の接触部の最先端近傍に接触する請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第2端子は前記回路基板に接続されるテール部を含み、前記第1端子の本体部及び第2端子のテール部は前記第2の方向に延在し、前記第1端子の接触部と第2端子の接触部とが接触すると、前記第1端子と第2端子とを結ぶ伝送経路は略クランク形状となる請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1コネクタは、第1ハウジングの周囲の少なくとも一部を覆う第1シェルを更に備え、前記第2コネクタは、第2ハウジングの周囲の少なくとも一部を覆う第2シェルと、該第2シェルに回動可能に取付けられたアクチュエータとを更に備え、該アクチュエータが回動すると、前記第1コネクタは前記第2の方向に移動させられる請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1シェルは、前記第1ハウジングの前面の少なくとも一部を覆う前面部を含み、前記アクチュエータはロック凸部を含み、該ロック凸部は、前記アクチュエータが回動すると、前記前面部を押して前記第1コネクタを前記第2の方向に移動させ、前記アクチュエータの回動が完了すると、前記前面部に形成された前面ロック凹部に係合されてロックされる請求項6に記載のコネクタ。
