Abstract
Description
入口から出口に流れる途中の流路を切り換える切換弁装置であって、
前記入口から延びる流路を2つの流路の一方に切り換える第1弁と、
前記第1弁の下流側に設けられ、前記途中の流路に接続される外部流路で減圧されることにより生じる差圧により前記途中の流路を切り換える第2弁と、を備えている。
これによれば、第1弁の入口側の流路の切り換え動作に応じて下流側に差圧が生じ、該差圧に基づいて第2弁が動作して途中の流路の切り換えが行われるので、簡素な構造で入口側の流路と出口側の流路との間の途中の流路を簡便に切り換えることができる。
これによれば、第2弁の弁体は、入力流路の高い流体圧により閉弁方向への力を受けるので一方の弁座に当接した状態を維持することができる。
これによれば、高圧側の受圧当接部の受圧面が流体圧を受けて該受圧当接部の当接面が一方の弁座に接触したときに、低圧側の受圧当接部の当接面と他方の弁座とが離間し、低圧側の受圧当接部の当接面と他方の弁座との間で出口への流路を形成することができる。
これによれば、付勢手段の付勢力により弁体の姿勢または挙動が安定するため、弁体のがたつきを抑えることができる。
前記ハウジングは、前記入口から前記第2弁を駆動させる第1室に延びる第1流路と、前記入口から前記第2弁を駆動させる第2室に延びる第2流路と、を有していてもよい。
これによれば、第1弁及び第2弁が構成されるハウジングに第1流路と第2流路が設けられているため、切換弁装置の構造を簡素にできる。

Claims (5)
- 入口から出口に流れる途中の流路を切り換える切換弁装置であって、
前記入口から延びる流路を2つの流路の一方に切り換える第1弁と、
前記第1弁の下流側に設けられ、前記途中の流路に接続される外部流路で減圧されることにより生じる差圧により前記途中の流路を切り換える第2弁と、を備えている切換弁装置。 - 前記第2弁は、対向して配置される一対の弁座と、前記一対の弁座のうち一方に当接し他方から離間するように移動可能な弁体と、を有するポペットバルブである請求項1に記載の切換弁装置。
- 前記弁体は、受圧面と該受圧面の背面側に設けられ弁座に当接する当接面を有する受圧当接部が対向して一対配置されている請求項2に記載の切換弁装置。
- 前記第2弁は、前記一方の弁座または前記他方の弁座の少なくとも一方に前記受圧当接部の当接面を付勢する付勢手段を有している請求項3に記載の切換弁装置。
- 前記第1弁及び前記第2弁は、1つのハウジング内に構成されており、
前記ハウジングは、前記入口から前記第2弁を駆動させる第1室に延びる第1流路と、前記入口から前記第2弁を駆動させる第2室に延びる第2流路と、を有している請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の切換弁装置。
