Abstract
Description
前記粉体から粉体膜を形成する基板と、
前記粉体供給器と前記基板とに電圧を印加することで、当該粉体供給器からの粉体を静電力により前記基板に導く直流電源と、
前記粉体供給器と前記基板との間に配置されて、当該粉体供給器から当該基板に至る粉体を通過させる通過口を有するマスキング部材とを備える静電成膜装置であって、
前記マスキング部材が、形成される粉体膜に非接触の状態で配置されているものである。
前記スペーサが、前記基板に形成される粉体膜よりも外側に配置されているものである。
前記マスキング部材から分離した前記粉体が前記基板に形成された粉体膜に付着しないようにする粉体回避手段と、
前記粉体が前記基板に形成された粉体膜に付着しない状態で、前記直流電源による前記粉体供給器および前記マスキング部材への電圧の印加を遮断する電圧遮断機構とをさらに備えるものである。
退避された前記マスキング部材から前記粉体を除去する清掃機構をさらに備えるものである。
前記静電成膜装置の基板として前記電極集電体を準備する工程と、
前記静電成膜装置により、前記電極集電体である基板に前記粉体膜を形成する工程とを備える方法である。

Claims (8)
- 粉体を供給する粉体供給器と、
前記粉体から粉体膜を形成する基板と、
前記粉体供給器と前記基板とに電圧を印加することで、当該粉体供給器からの粉体を静電力により前記基板に導く直流電源と、
前記粉体供給器と前記基板との間に配置されて、当該粉体供給器から当該基板に至る粉体を通過させる通過口を有するマスキング部材とを備える静電成膜装置であって、
前記マスキング部材が、形成される粉体膜に非接触の状態で配置されていることを特徴とする静電成膜装置。 - 前記マスキング部材と前記基板との間に配置されたスペーサをさらに備え、
前記スペーサが、前記基板に形成される粉体膜よりも外側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電成膜装置。 - 前記スペーサが、絶縁体であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の静電成膜装置。
- 前記スペーサが、弾性を有し、前記マスキング部材および前記基板に密着していることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の静電成膜装置。
- 前記直流電源が、前記マスキング部材にも前記基板と同極の電圧を印加するものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の静電成膜装置。
- 前記粉体供給器と前記基板との間の電界が所定値未満になるまで、当該粉体供給器と前記基板とを離間させる移動機構と、
前記マスキング部材から分離した前記粉体が前記基板に形成された粉体膜に付着しないようにする粉体回避手段と、
前記粉体が前記基板に形成された粉体膜に付着しない状態で、前記直流電源による前記粉体供給器および前記マスキング部材への電圧の印加を遮断する電圧遮断機構とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の静電成膜装置。 - 前記粉体回避手段が、前記マスキング部材から分離した前記粉体が前記基板に形成された粉体膜に付着しない位置まで、前記マスキング部材を退避させる退避機構であり、
退避された前記マスキング部材から前記粉体を除去する清掃機構をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の静電成膜装置。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の静電成膜装置を使用する、電極集電体および粉体膜を有する全固体二次電池の製造方法であって、
前記静電成膜装置の基板として前記電極集電体を準備する工程と、
前記静電成膜装置により、前記電極集電体である基板に前記粉体膜を形成する工程とを備えることを特徴とする全固体二次電池の製造方法。
