Abstract
Description

図1を参照すると、例示的フィルム100の断面図が示されている。フィルム100は、ベース層102、外側層104、及び内側層106からなる多層フィルムである。ベース層102は、外側層104と内側層106との間に配置されている。ベース層102、外側層104及び内側層106は、合計の厚さが15~30ミクロンの間の厚さである。いくつかの構成では、ベース層102、外側層104及び内側層106の合計の厚さは、20ミクロンの厚さである。いくつかの構成では、外側層104及び内側層106の厚さは、それぞれ1~2ミクロンの間の厚さである。いくつかの構成では、ベース層102、外側層104及び内側層106は、共押出工程によって形成され、互いに結合される。押出し工程の後、フィルム100は、コアの周りに巻かれてもよい。

様々な実施形態において、本明細書に記載される発明は、フィルム100に包装されたシガレットパック(例えば、図5に示されるようなシガレットパック300)を製造する方法に関する。図6を参照すると、例示的実施形態による、フィルム100に包装されたシガレットパックを製造する方法600のフロー図が示されている。方法600は、シガレットパック製造機によって実行されてもよい。
Claims (31)
- 紙材で形成された本体と;
前記紙材で形成された上部と;
前記上部及び前記本体により形成された中央区画と;
フィルムで形成された包装材と
を備えるパッケージであって、前記フィルムが、
第1の融点を有する第1の材料を含む第1の層と;
第2の融点を有する第2の材料を含む第2の層と、
ここで、前記第2の融点は前記第1の融点より低く、前記第2の層の第1の面は前記第1の層の第1の面に結合されている;
前記第2の層の第2の面に塗布された防湿コーティングであって、金属酸化物を含む防湿コーティングと
を備える、パッケージ。 - 前記フィルムが、前記第2の材料を含む第3の層をさらに備え、前記第3の層の第1の面が、前記第1の層の第2の面に結合され、前記第1の層の前記第2の面が、前記第1の層の前記第1の面とは反対側である、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記フィルムが、前記第3の層の第2の面に塗布された前記防湿コーティングをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記第1の材料が、第1のポリ乳酸材料であり、前記第2の材料が、第2のポリ乳酸材料である、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記第1のポリ乳酸材料又は前記第2のポリ乳酸材料の少なくとも一方が、トウモロコシベースである、請求項4に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記第1の材料が、バイオベースのポリプロピレンである、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記防湿コーティングが、透明である、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記防湿コーティングが、酸化アルミニウム、酸化チタン、又は酸化アルミニウムチタンの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記フィルムが、1日当たり1平方メートル当たり4グラム未満の透湿度を有する、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記フィルムが、1日当たり1平方メートル当たり2グラム未満の透湿度を有する、請求項9に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記フィルムが、15~30ミクロンの厚さである、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 防湿コーティングを有するフィルムの製造方法であって、
第1の融点を有する第1の材料を含む第1の層を形成することと;
第2の融点を有する第2の材料を含む第2の層を形成することと、
ここで、前記第2の融点は前記第1の融点より低く;
前記第2の層の第1の面が、前記第1の層の第1の面に結合されており;
前記第2の層の第2の面を、金属酸化物を含む防湿コーティングでコーティングすることと、
ここで、前記第2の層の前記第2の面が、前記第2の層の前記第1の面とは反対側である、
を含む方法。 - 前記フィルムをコアの周りに巻き取って、前記フィルムのロールを形成することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料を含む第3の層を形成することをさらに含み、前記第3の層の第1の面が、前記第1の層の第2の面に結合されている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の層の第2の面を前記防湿コーティングでコーティングすることをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。

- 前記第1のポリ乳酸材料又は前記第2のポリ乳酸材料の少なくとも一方が、トウモロコシベースである、請求項19に記載の方法。
