Claims (5)
- 少なくとも一つの可動接点、及び、少なくとも一つの固定接点を備える接点開閉部と、
前記可動接点が対応する前記固定接点に接触し、また、引き離されるようにする開閉駆動部と、
前記接点開閉部の少なくとも一対の入出力端に電気的に接続される少なくとも二対の入出力タブ端子と、
前記開閉駆動部の制御用端子に電気的に接続される一対の制御用タブ端子とを備え、
前記各入出力端に、2つの前記入出力タブ端子が電気的に接続されており、これら2つの前記入出力タブ端子は、これらの厚み方向に互いに並ぶように、近接して配置され、
前記入出力タブ端子、及び、前記制御用タブ端子は、いずれも、厚み及び幅が同一であるかまたは同レベルである、タブ端子を備えるパワーリレー。 - 前記各入出力端と、これに電気的に接続される2つの前記入出力タブ端子は、金属製の一つの板片から曲げ加工により得られうる一つのコの字状の端子部材により形成されている、請求項1に記載のパワーリレー。
- 前記コの字状の端子部材の一部が、前記固定接点をなしている、請求項2に記載のパワーリレー。
- 定格通電電流が30Aよりも大きく、前記各入出力タブは、厚みが1mm以下であり、幅が7mm以下である、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のパワーリレー。
- 前記開閉駆動部がプランジャを備え、前記プランジャの作動端部には、2つの前記可動接点を備えた導電性の可動端子部が備えられ、前記可動接点が対応する前記固定接点に接触した際には、2つの前記入出力タブ端子が互いに電気的に接続される、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のパワーリレー。
