前記補助駆動輪用出力軸のプロペラシャフト側の端部は中空とされて前記プロペラシャフトにおける自在継手の構成部材に設けられたジョイント部にスプライン嵌合される嵌合部を有し、
前記補助駆動輪用出力軸の前記嵌合部と前記プロペラシャフトの前記ジョイント部とのスプライン嵌合は非圧入嵌合であり、
前記ジョイント部の車体前後方向一方側の端部には、車体前後方向一方側に延びて、且つ前記ジョイント部より外径が小さく形成されたセンタリング部が設けられ、
前記センタリング部の車体前後方向一方側の端部には、車体前後方向他方側に延びるボルト穴が設けられ、
前記補助駆動輪用出力軸は、前記嵌合部より車体前後方向一方側において前記補助駆動輪用出力軸の径方向内側に延びて、前記センタリング部に対応するセンタリング穴を有するフランジ部を備え、
前記フランジ部より車体前後方向一方側には、スペーサが配置され、
前記スペーサより車体前後方向一方側には、前記スペーサに車体前後方向一方側から前記センタリング部の前記ボルト穴に向けて挿通されて、前記ボルト穴に取り付けられるボルト部材が配置され、
前記ジョイント部に設けられた前記センタリング部が前記補助駆動輪用出力軸の前記フランジ部の前記センタリング穴に挿入されることにより、前記ジョイント部が前記補助駆動輪用出力軸にセンタリングされ、
前記フランジ部が前記スペーサと前記ジョイント部との間に挟まれて、且つ前記ボルト部材が前記ボルト穴に取り付けられることにより、前記プロペラシャフトを前記補助駆動輪用出力軸に組み付けるように構成されていることを特徴とする。
前記補助駆動輪用出力軸の前記嵌合部の車体前後方向他方側に設けられて、前記補助駆動輪用出力軸と前記ジョイント部との間をシールする第1のシール部材と、
前記スペーサの外周面に設けられて、前記スペーサ保持部と前記スペーサとの間をシールする第2のシール部材とが配置されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 変速機の出力軸に連結されて車体前後方向一方側に延びる主駆動輪用出力軸と、前記主駆動輪用出力軸に平行に配置された補助駆動輪用出力軸と、前記主駆動輪用出力軸から取り出された駆動力を前記補助駆動輪用出力軸に伝達する動力伝達機構とを有し、前記補助駆動輪用出力軸に、車体前後方向他方側に延びると共に前記補助駆動輪用出力軸側の端部に自在継手を有するプロペラシャフトが連結される車両のトランスファ装置であって、
前記補助駆動輪用出力軸のプロペラシャフト側の端部は中空とされて前記プロペラシャフトにおける自在継手の構成部材に設けられたジョイント部にスプライン嵌合される嵌合部を有し、
前記補助駆動輪用出力軸の前記嵌合部と前記プロペラシャフトの前記ジョイント部とのスプライン嵌合は非圧入嵌合であり、
前記ジョイント部の車体前後方向一方側の端部には、車体前後方向一方側に延びて、且つ前記ジョイント部より外径が小さく形成されたセンタリング部が設けられ、
前記センタリング部の車体前後方向一方側の端部には、車体前後方向他方側に延びるボルト穴が設けられ、
前記補助駆動輪用出力軸は、前記嵌合部より車体前後方向一方側において前記補助駆動輪用出力軸の径方向内側に延びて、前記センタリング部に対応するセンタリング穴を有するフランジ部を備え、
前記フランジ部より車体前後方向一方側には、スペーサが配置され、
前記スペーサより車体前後方向一方側には、前記スペーサに車体前後方向一方側から前記センタリング部の前記ボルト穴に向けて挿通されて、前記ボルト穴に取り付けられるボルト部材が配置され、
前記ジョイント部に設けられた前記センタリング部が前記補助駆動輪用出力軸の前記フランジ部の前記センタリング穴に挿入されることにより、前記ジョイント部が前記補助駆動輪用出力軸にセンタリングされ、
前記フランジ部が前記スペーサと前記ジョイント部との間に挟まれて、且つ前記ボルト部材が前記ボルト穴に取り付けられることにより、前記プロペラシャフトを前記補助駆動輪用出力軸に組み付けるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする車両のトランスファ装置。 - 前記フランジ部の車体前後方向の長さは、車体前後方向における前記ジョイント部の車体前後方向一方側の端部と前記スペーサの車体前後方向他方側の端部との間の距離よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のトランスファ装置。
- 前記ジョイント部の車体前後方向一方側の端部には、前記ジョイント部と前記センタリング部との間において、車体前後方向一方側に延びて、且つ前記ジョイント部より外径が小さい一方、前記センタリング部より外径が大きく形成された中間軸部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のトランスファ装置。
- 前記フランジ部の車体前後方向の長さは、車体前後方向における前記中間軸部の車体前後方向一方側の端部と前記スペーサの車体前後方向他方側の端部との間の距離よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両のトランスファ装置。
- 前記補助駆動輪用出力軸は、前記フランジ部より車体前後方向一方側に延びて、且つ前記スペーサが挿入されるスペーサ挿入穴を有するスペーサ保持部を備え、
前記補助駆動輪用出力軸の前記嵌合部の車体前後方向他方側に設けられて、前記補助駆動輪用出力軸と前記ジョイント部との間をシールする第1のシール部材と、
前記スペーサの外周面に設けられて、前記スペーサ保持部と前記スペーサとの間をシールする第2のシール部材とが配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車両のトランスファ装置。
