Claims (6)
- 薬剤投与針組立体であって、
ハブ基部から延びるハブ突出部に第一端を有し、前記ハブ基部に第二端を有するハブ、
上記ハブに固定して結合された、第一端および第二端を有する針であって、上記針の第二端が薬剤カートリッジのセプタムの穿孔のために上記ハブの第二端内に配置されている

上記針の上記第一端を覆うための取り除かれるカバー部材、および、
上記針の上記第二端を覆うための取り除かれるラベルタブを含み、
上記カバー部材は、上記カバー部材と上記ハブ突出部との間に、滅菌シールを提供し、
上記ラベルタブは、上記ラベルタブと上記ハブとの間に、滅菌シールを提供し、
上記カバー部材は、上記ハブ突出部に取り外し可能に結合され、上記ラベルタブは、上
記ハブに取り外し可能に結合され、
上記ハブ、上記カバー部材および上記ラベルタブの少なくとも一つが、生分解性材料で
製造されていることを特徴とする薬剤投与針組立体。 - 請求項1の薬剤投与針組立体であって、
上記生分解性材料が、生分解性の高分子を含むことを特徴とする薬剤投与針組立体。 - 請求項2の薬剤投与針組立体であって、
上記生分解性の高分子が、ポリラクチド、ポリビニルアルコール、および、でんぷんが
充填されたポリプロピレンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする薬剤投与針組立体
。 - 請求項1の薬剤投与針組立体であって、
上記ハブ突出部の上記第一端が上記カバー部材に受け入れられたとき、上記ハブの一部
が露出されることを特徴とする薬剤投与針組立体。 - 請求項1の薬剤投与針組立体であって、
上記カバー部材は、ほぼ、0.0635cm(0.025インチ)の壁の厚みを有する
ことを特徴とする薬剤投与針組立体。 - 請求項1の薬剤投与針組立体であって、
