Claims (10)
- 放射線の入射に伴って光を発生する発光素子と、
前記光を検出する光センサと、
前記発光素子と前記光センサとの間に設けられ、前記光が検出されるまでの遅延時間が小さくなるような前記光の波長のみ透過させるフィルタと、
を備える放射線検出器。 - 前記フィルタは、電界強度のピーク位置に基づいて、透過させる光の波長を決定するように選択される、請求項1に記載の放射線検出器。
- 前記フィルタは、前記波長の光によりキャリアが生成される平均的な位置が、前記ピーク位置に等しくなるように選択される、請求項2に記載の放射線検出器。
- 前記フィルタは、前記光のスペクトル全体での平均的な前記遅延時間と比較して、前記遅延時間が大きい光の波長をカットする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の放射線検出器。
- 前記フィルタは、キャリアが生成される平均的な位置が、前記フィルタを設置しない場合と比較して入射面に近くなるように選択される、請求項1に記載の放射線検出器。
- 前記発光素子に、前記フィルタが透過させる波長を含む波長の前記光を反射する反射材が更に設けられる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の放射線検出器。
- 前記発光素子に反射材が更に設けられ、
前記反射材が設けられることにより、前記光センサに入射する光のスペクトルが、前記発光素子が発生する光のスペクトルよりも、短波長側にシフトする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の放射線検出器。 - 前記発光素子は、前記放射線の入射に伴ってチェレンコフ光を発生し、
前記光センサは、前記チェレンコフ光を検出する、請求項1に記載の放射線検出器。 - 前記フィルタは、青色光を透過させるフィルタである、請求項1に記載の放射線検出器。
- 放射線の入射に伴って光を発生する発光素子と、
前記光を検出する光センサと、
前記発光素子と前記光センサとの間に設けられ、前記光が検出されるまでの遅延時間が小さくなるような前記光の波長のみ透過させるフィルタと、
を備える放射線検出器と、
前記放射線検出器により得られたデータに基づいて、前記放射線のタイミング情報を取得する取得部と、
を備える放射線診断装置。
