Abstract
Description
(実施の形態1)
図1は、実施の形態1に係る歯科用治療装置の外観図を示す。図2は、実施の形態1に係る歯科用治療装置の構成を示すブロック図である。図3は、歯の根管を説明するための概略図である。歯の根管を切削拡大する根管治療は、人により根管が湾曲している程度や根管が石灰化して閉塞している状況などが異なっており、非常に難しい治療である。図3に示す歯900は、大臼歯であり、1つの歯に複数の根管901が含まれている。このような複雑な形状の根管をすべて治療するのは困難である。特に、リ-マ、ファイルなどの切削工具を用いて根管を切削拡大することが困難な部分が存在し、当該部分で根管を切削拡大できずに根管内に歯髄、起炎因子が残ったままになると、術後に炎症が生じる場合があった。
(実施の形態2)
実施の形態1では、各々の期間SPの長さが同じで、各々の停止期間TC2の長さも同じとしてファイル11に高周波電流を通電する歯科用治療装置10について説明した。実施の形態2に係る歯科用治療装置では、各々の期間SPの長さが異なる、また各々の停止期間TC2の長さが異なるとしてファイルに高周波電流を通電する歯科用治療装置について説明する。なお、実施の形態2において、実施の形態1で説明した歯科用治療装置10の構成と同じ構成については同じ符号を付して詳細な説明を繰り返さない。
(実施の形態3)
実施の形態1では、設定操作部15で予め設定してある電流値の高周波電流をファイル11に通電する歯科用治療装置10について説明した。実施の形態3は、ファイル11に通電する高周波電流の電流値の制御について詳しく説明する。なお、実施の形態3において、実施の形態1で説明した歯科用治療装置10の構成と同じ構成については同じ符号を付して詳細な説明を繰り返さない。
(変形例)
前述の実施の形態に係る歯科用治療装置10は、高周波信号発生回路19からファイル11に通電される電流値を検出する検出部20を設けて、制御回路21が、検出部20で検出した電流値と高周波電流を連続通電させた複数の期間TP2との積が所定値以上となるように、ファイル11に通電させる高周波電流の電流値、高周波電流をファイル11に連続通電させる期間TP2、高周波電流をファイル11に連続通電させる期間TP2の回数(個数)、および休止期間TC1のうち少なくとも一方の制御を高周波信号発生回路19に対して行なってもよい。
Claims (13)
- 歯科治療部位に高周波電流を通電する歯科用治療装置であって、
前記歯科治療部位に配置される電極を保持する保持部と、
前記電極に高周波電流を通電する電源部と、
通電操作において、1回の通電する期間と次の1回の通電する期間との間に前記高周波電流を前記電極に通電させることを停止する停止期間を設ける制御を前記電源部に対して行なう制御部と、を備える、歯科用治療装置。 - 前記制御部は、1回の通電する期間に複数の連続通電する期間を含め、隣接する二つの前記連続通電する期間の間を、前記高周波電流を前記電極に通電させることを休止する休止期間で分ける制御を前記電源部に対して行なう、請求項1に記載の歯科用治療装置。
- 複数の前記連続通電する期間の各々の長さは、前記停止期間よりも短い、請求項2に記載の歯科用治療装置。
- 複数の前記連続通電する期間の各々の長さは、200ms以下であり、
前記停止期間の長さは、400ms以上である、請求項3に記載の歯科用治療装置。 - 前記制御部は、複数の前記停止期間を前半の前記停止期間と後半の前記停止期間とに分けた場合、前記前半の前記停止期間を前記後半の前記停止期間に比べて長くする、請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用治療装置。
- 前記制御部は、1回の通電する期間を繰り返す場合に各々の期間の長さを徐々に減少させる、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用治療装置。
- 前記制御部は、1回の通電する期間を繰り返す場合に各々の電流値を徐々に大きくする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用治療装置。
- 前記歯科治療部位は、根管であり、
根管内の前記電極の先端の位置を電気的に測定する根管長測定部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記休止期間または前記停止期間に根管長測定用の測定信号を前記電極に通電させる制御を前記根管長測定部に対して行なう、請求項2~7のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用治療装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記根管長測定部で測定した前記電極の先端の位置に基づいて、前記電極に通電させる高周波電流の電流値、通電する期間、通電する期間の回数、および休止期間のうち少なくとも一つの制御を前記電源部に対して行なう、請求項8に記載の歯科用治療装置。
- 前記電源部から前記電極に通電される電流値を検出する検出部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記検出部で検出した電流値に基づいて、前記電極に通電させる高周波電流の電流値、連続通電する期間、連続通電する期間の回数、および休止期間のうち少なくとも一つの制御を前記電源部に対して行なう、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用治療装置。 - 前記電源部から前記電極に通電される電流値を検出する検出部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記検出部で検出した電流値と高周波電流を通電させた複数の通電する期間との積が所定値以上となるように、前記電極に通電させる高周波電流の電流値、連続通電する期間、連続通電する期間の回数、および休止期間のうち少なくとも一つの制御を前記電源部に対して行なう、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用治療装置。 - 前記高周波電流の周波数は、300kHz以上である、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用治療装置。
- 前記高周波電流の累積通電期間は、1秒以上である、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用治療装置。
