Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施態様に係る引抜成形品の最外層に配置される織物基材の織物組織を示す。引抜成形品を製造するにあたっては、図4に示す引抜成形装置1に織物基材2がセットされ、織物基材2が中子/賦形治具3を用いて複数層に束ねられた上でヒータを備えた金型4に引き込まれ、別途注入された成形用樹脂5と混合される。成形用樹脂5は金型4内で織物基材2に含浸されて硬化し、金型4から引き抜かれ、カッター6で所定の長さに切断されることにより引抜成形品となる。
図4に示した引抜成形装置を用いて、図3(B)の織物組織(4枚3飛び朱子織)を有する織物基材を複数積層して樹脂を含浸させたものを経糸方向に引き抜きながら成形して引抜成形品を製造した。
図4に示した引抜成形装置を用いて、図5(B)の織物組織(平織)を有する織物基材を複数積層して樹脂を含浸させたものを経糸方向に引き抜きながら成形して引抜成形品を製造した。

Claims (2)
- 互いに交差する経糸と緯糸からなる織物基材を積層して樹脂を含浸させたものを経糸方向に引き抜きながら成形してなる引抜成形品であって、最外層に配置される前記織物基材を構成する一の経糸は、隣接する他の経糸と並んで積層方向内側で一の緯糸と交差する交差点を必ず有することを特徴とする引抜成形品。
- 前記経糸が、緯糸と交差する全交差点のうち半分以上の交差点において、隣接する他の経糸と並んで積層方向内側で一の緯糸と交差する、請求項1に記載の引抜成形品。
