- ディスプレイ用データ電圧(VDIS)と第1基準電圧(VPRER)との間の電圧差に基づいて画像を表示するピクセル(PXL)と、

前記センシングチャネル端子と前記第1抵抗との間に連結されたスイッチ(SW1)と、
前記OPアンプの出力端子と前記サンプリング部との間に連結されたスイッチ(SW1a)と、
一側電極(B)が前記OPアンプの非反転入力端子に連結されたキャパシタ(Cy)と、
前記センシングチャネル端子と前記キャパシタの他側電極(A)との間に連結されたスイッチ(SW3)と、
前記OPアンプの非反転入力端子と前記第2基準電圧の入力端子との間に連結されたスイッチ(SW4)とを含む、請求項8に記載の電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第2非反転増幅回路は、
前記SIOセンシング区間内で前記スイッチ(SW1)、前記スイッチ(SW1a)及び前記スイッチ(SW3)がオン状態を維持するうちに前記センシングラインの電圧と前記第2基準電圧との間の電圧差を増幅する、請求項9に記載の電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1基準電圧の入力端子、前記センシングチャネル端子及び前記サンプリング部に連結され、前記SIOセンシング区間内で動作が活性化する第3非反転増幅回路(22-3)をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第3非反転増幅回路は、
反転入力端子(-)、非反転入力端子(+)及び出力端子を有するOPアンプ(AMP)と、
前記OPアンプの反転入力端子に連結された第1抵抗(R1)と、
前記OPアンプの反転入力端子と出力端子との間に連結された第2抵抗(R2)と、
前記センシングチャネル端子と前記第1抵抗との間に連結されたスイッチ(SW1)と、
前記OPアンプの出力端子と前記サンプリング部との間に連結されたスイッチ(SW1a)と、
一側電極(B)が前記OPアンプの非反転入力端子に連結されたキャパシタ(Cy)と、
前記センシングチャネル端子と前記キャパシタの他側電極Aとの間に連結されたスイッチ(SW3)と、
前記OPアンプの非反転入力端子と前記第1基準電圧の入力端子との間に連結されたスイッチ(SW5)とを含む、請求項11に記載の電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第3非反転増幅回路は、
前記SIOセンシング区間内で前記スイッチ(SW1)、前記スイッチ(SW1a)、前記スイッチ(SW3)及び前記スイッチ(SW5)がオン状態を維持するうちに前記センシングラインの電圧と前記第1基準電圧との間の電圧差を増幅する、請求項12に記載の電界発光表示装置。 - 前記センシングチャネル端子と前記サンプリング部との間に連結されたスイッチ(SW2)をさらに含み、
前記スイッチ(SW2)はSIOセンシング区間の間にオフ状態を維持し、前記ピクセルセンシング区間の間にオン状態を維持する、請求項5、8及び11のいずれか一項に記載の電界発光表示装置。 - 前記垂直ブランク区間に先立つ垂直アクティブ区間の長さが前記フレーム周波数に関係なく固定されるが、前記垂直ブランク区間の長さはフレーム周波数によって変わる、請求項3に記載の電界発光表示装置。
- 第1フレーム周波数による前記垂直ブランク区間には前記SIOセンシング区間及び前記ピクセルセンシング区間が全部割り当てられ、
第2フレーム周波数による前記垂直ブランク区間には前記ピクセルセンシング区間のみ全部割り当てられ、
前記第2フレーム周波数は前記第1フレーム周波数より早い、請求項15に記載の電界発光表示装置。
