Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 内燃機関の排ガス装置用の排ガスヒータであって、支持体(12)と、該支持体(12)に支持された通電される少なくとも1つの加熱導体(14)とを備え、該加熱導体(14)は、金属平形材料から分離加工によって提供されている、排ガスヒータ。
- 前記加熱導体(14)は、角隅を有する、好ましくは方形の導体横断面輪郭を備えて形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 前記加熱導体(14)は、前記支持体(12)に保持された保持領域(16)と、排ガス(A)により貫流可能な加熱領域(18)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 前記保持領域(16)は、排ガスヒータ中心軸線(M)に対して前記加熱領域(18)の半径方向外側に配置されており、かつ/または前記保持領域(16)と前記加熱領域(18)とは、好ましくは前記排ガスヒータ中心軸線(M)に対して直交する平面内に実質的に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 前記支持体(12)は、前記加熱導体(14)を半径方向外側で取り囲みかつ前記保持領域(16)に少なくとも一方の軸線方向の側(42,46)において半径方向で被さる支持体ボディ(34)を備え、かつ/または前記支持体(12)は、前記加熱導体(14)の少なくとも一方の軸線方向側(46)に、前記加熱導体(14)を支持する軸線方向の支持装置(56)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 前記支持体ボディ(34)は、前記保持領域(16)に半径方向外側において軸線方向で被さる軸線方向部分(38)と、該軸線方向部分(38)から半径方向内向きに延在しかつ前記保持領域(16)に第1の軸線方向側(42)において少なくとも部分的に半径方向で被さる第1の半径方向部分(40)とを有する第1の支持体ボディ部分(38)と、該第1の支持体ボディ部分(38)に位置固定されていて、前記保持領域(16)に第2の軸線方向側(46)において半径方向で少なくとも部分的に被さる第2の半径方向部分(48)を有する第2の支持体ボディ部分(44)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 前記第1の支持体ボディ部分(38)および/または前記第2の支持体ボディ部分(44)は環状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 前記支持体ボディ(34)と前記保持領域(16)との間に電気的に絶縁性の材料(50)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 前記加熱導体(14)はその加熱領域(18)で、電気的に絶縁性の材料によって実質的に覆われていないことを特徴とする、請求項3から8までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 前記加熱導体(14)はその保持領域(16)に、前記加熱領域(18)よりも大きな導体横断面積を有し、かつ/または前記加熱導体(14)はその加熱領域(18)に、変化する横断面寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項3から9までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 前記保持領域(16)に、前記加熱導体(14)を電気的に接触接続するための2つの接続部分(52,54)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3から10までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 前記加熱導体(14)は少なくともその加熱領域(18)で、少なくとも部分的につづら折り状に延在するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3から11までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 前記加熱導体(14)は、排ガスヒータ中心軸線(M)に対して半径方向に連続して配置された、実質的に周方向に延在する複数の蛇行曲折部分(22,22’,22’’)を有する少なくとも1つの蛇行曲折区画(20)を備え、少なくとも1つ、好ましくは複数の蛇行曲折部分(22)は、第1の周方向端部(24)では、半径方向でより内側に位置決めされた蛇行曲折部分(22,22’)に続いており、第2の周方向端部(26)では、半径方向でより外側に位置決めされた蛇行曲折部分(22,22’’)に続いていることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 周方向で連続した複数の蛇行曲折区画(20)が設けられており、該複数の蛇行曲折区画(20)が周方向で互いにすぐ隣り合わせであるとき、1つの蛇行曲折区画(20)の半径方向内側、好ましくは半径方向で一番内側の蛇行曲折部分(22’)が、半径方向内側の接続領域(30)において、第1の周方向で前記1つの蛇行曲折区画(20)のすぐ隣の1つの蛇行曲折区画(20)の半径方向内側、好ましくは半径方向で一番内側の蛇行曲折部分(22’)に続いており、かつ/または前記1つの蛇行曲折区画(20)の半径方向外側、好ましくは半径方向で一番外側の蛇行曲折部分(22’’)が、半径方向外側の接続領域(32)において、第2の周方向で前記1つの蛇行曲折区画(20)のすぐ隣の1つの蛇行曲折区画(20)の半径方向外側、好ましくは半径方向で一番外側の蛇行曲折部分(22’’)に続いていることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 少なくとも1つ、好ましくは各々の蛇行曲折区画(20)において、前記保持領域(16)は、半径方向で一番外側の蛇行曲折部分(22’’)を提供していることを特徴とする、請求項13または14記載の排ガスヒータ。
- 請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスヒータ(10)を製造するための方法であって、プレート状の金属平形材料中間製品を準備することと、該金属平形材料中間製品から加熱導体(14)を分離加工することとを含む、方法。
- 前記加熱導体(14)を前記金属平形材料中間製品から打抜き加工または切断加工、好ましくはレーザ切断加工またはウォータジェット切断加工によって分離することを特徴とする、請求項16記載の方法。
- 内燃機関用の排ガス装置であって、好ましくは管状の排ガス案内構成要素(66)と、該排ガス案内構成要素(66)内に配置された、好ましくは請求項16または17記載の方法により製造された、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの排ガスヒータ(10)とを備える、排ガス装置。
