Claims (6)
- 電気手術システムであって:
一組のシール電極にACシール信号を提供する電気手術信号発生器シールステージと;
一組の切断電極にAC切断信号を提供する電気手術信号発生器切断ステージと;
を有し、
前記一組のシール電極及び前記一組の切断電極は、少なくとも1つの電極を共通に共有する、
システム。 - 前記電気手術信号発生器切断ステージは、前記一組のシール電極の間に配置された生物学的組織のインピーダンスが第1のインピーダンス閾値に達することに応答して、前記一組の切断電極の間に前記AC切断信号を与えるように構成され;
前記電気手術信号発生器シールステージは、前記一組のシール電極の間に配置された前記生物学的組織の前記インピーダンスが第2のインピーダンス閾値に達することに応答して、前記AC切断信号が前記一組の切断電極の間に与えられている間に始まる、定められた時間インターバルの終わりに、前記一組のシール電極の間の前記ACシール信号を停止するように構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記電気手術信号発生器切断ステージは、前記一組の切断電極の間に配置された前記生物学的組織のインピーダンスが第3のインピーダンス閾値に達することに応答して、前記AC切断信号を停止させるように構成される、
請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記電気手術信号発生器切断ステージは、前記AC切断信号を離散パルスインターバルで提供するように構成され、
前記電気手術信号発生器切断ステージは、前記一組の切断電極の間に配置された生物学的組織のインピーダンス値に基づいて切断信号パルスの数を調節するように構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記電気手術信号発生器切断ステージは、前記AC切断信号を離散パルスインターバルで提供するように構成され、
前記電気手術信号発生器切断ステージは、前記一組のシール電極の間に配置された生物学的組織のインピーダンス値に基づいて切断信号パルスの間の滞留時間を調節するように構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記ACシール信号は前記AC切断信号と同相である、
