Claims (20)
- 拡張可能インプラントであって、

前記下部終板アセンブリに接続され、前記複数の駆動ランプと係合する下部ランプと、を備え、
前記上部および下部終板アセンブリが、幅方向に拡張するように構成されており、
前記アクチュエータおよび/または前記ナットの回転が、前記駆動ランプのうちの1つ以上の動きを引き起こし、それにより、前記上部および下部終板アセンブリの高さ方向の拡張を引き起こす、拡張可能インプラント。 - 前記複数の上部終板が、第1の上部外側終板と、第2の上部外側終板と、前記第1と第2の上部外側終板との間に位置付け可能な第3の上部中央終板と、を含み、前記複数の下部終板が、第1の下部外側終板と、第2の下部外側終板と、前記第1と第2の下部外側終板との間に位置付け可能な第3の下部中央終板と、を含む、請求項1に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記上部および下部中央終板が、前記それぞれの上部および下部外側終板を外側に拡張するように構成されており、それにより、前記インプラントの全幅を拡張する、請求項2に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記外側終板のうちの一方が、細長い溝を含み、他方の外側終板が、前記細長い溝内に受容されるように構成されたピンを保持し、前記外側終板が外側に動くとき、前記ピンが、前記細長い溝の経路に沿って案内される、請求項2に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記細長い溝が、前記外側終板の幅方向に概して平行な拡張を可能にする線形溝である、請求項4に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記中央終板が、前記外側終板の間で、1つ以上の軌道上を滑動するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記中央終板が前記1つ以上の軌道に沿って遠位方向に前進すると、前記外側終板が、幅方向に拡張する、請求項6に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記アクチュエータの前記シャフトが、第1のねじ部と、第2のねじ部と、非ねじ部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記前部ランプが、前記アクチュエータの前記非ねじ部上に位置付けられ、前記中間ランプが、前記第1のねじ部上に位置付けられ、前記後部ランプが、前記第2のねじ部上に位置付けられている、請求項8に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記第1のねじ部が、前記第2のねじ部よりも小さい外径、および前記第2のねじ部と異なる巻き方を有する、請求項8に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記回転可能なナットが、前記後部ランプを前記中間ランプおよび前部ランプと独立して動かすように構成されている、請求項1に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記上部および下部終板アセンブリが、前記インプラントの長手方向軸を中心に受動的に枢動するように構成されている、請求項1記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 移植可能なシステムであって、
拡張可能インプラントであって、前記インプラントが、第1の上部外側終板と、第2の上部外側終板と、前記第1と第2の上部外側終板との間に位置付け可能な第3の上部中央終板と、を含む上部終板アセンブリと、
第1の下部外側終板と、第2の下部外側終板と、前記第1と第2の下部外側終板との間に位置付け可能な第3の下部中央終板と、を含む下部終板アセンブリと、
シャフトと、回転可能なナットと、を有する回転可能なアクチュエータを含むアクチュエータアセンブリと、
前記アクチュエータの前記シャフトに沿って位置付けられている前部ランプと、中間ランプと、後部ランプと、を含む複数の駆動ランプと、
前記上部終板アセンブリに接続され、前記複数の駆動ランプと係合する上部ランプと、
前記下部終板アセンブリに接続され、前記複数の駆動ランプと係合する下部ランプと、を備え、
前記上部および下部終板アセンブリが、前記中央終板が前記外側終板の間で滑動すると、幅方向に拡張するように構成されており、
前記アクチュエータおよび/または前記ナットの回転が、前記駆動ランプのうちの1つ以上の動きを引き起こし、それにより、前記上部および下部終板アセンブリの高さ方向の拡張を引き起こす、拡張可能インプラントと、
前記インプラントを椎間板腔内に配備するように構成されたカニューレを有する挿入器具と、を備え、前記カニューレが、前記インプラントが前記椎間板腔内に進入しすぎるのを防止するようにインプラントと係合するように構成されている一対の対向するタブを含む、移植可能なシステム。 - 前記一対の対向するタブが、前記インプラントの側面の対応するスロットと嵌合するように構成されているT字型タブを含む、請求項13に記載の移植可能なシステム。
- 拡張可能インプラントであって、
概して多角形の形状に関節動作するように構成されている第1の複数のリンクを含む複数の上部終板と、
前記概して多角形の形状に関節動作するように構成されている第2の複数のリンクを含む複数の下部終板と、
シャフトを有する回転可能なアクチュエータを含むアクチュエータアセンブリと、
前記アクチュエータの前記シャフトに沿って位置付けられている前部ランプと、後部ランプと、を含む複数の駆動ランプと、
前記複数の上部終板に接続され、前記複数の駆動ランプと係合する上部ランプと、
前記複数の下部終板に接続され、前記複数の駆動ランプと係合する下部ランプと、を備え、
前記複数の上部および下部終板が、幅方向に拡張するように構成されており、
前記アクチュエータの回転が、前記駆動ランプのうちの1つ以上の動きを引き起こし、それにより、前記上部および下部終板の高さ方向の拡張を引き起こす、拡張可能インプラント。 - 前記第1および第2の複数のリンクがそれぞれ、前記上部および下部ランプと嵌合するようにそれぞれ構成された前部リンクおよび後部リンクを含む、請求項15に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記後部リンクが前部リンクに向かって移動すると、前記第1および第2の複数のリンクが、幅方向に拡張する、請求項16に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記アクチュエータの前記シャフトが、ねじ部と、非ねじ部と、を含み、前記前部駆動ランプが、前記アクチュエータの前記非ねじ部上に位置付けられ、前記後部ランプが、前記アクチュエータの前記ねじ部上に位置付けられている、請求項15に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
- 前記アクチュエータの回転が、前記後部ランプを前記前部ランプから離れるように動かし、この動きが、前記上部および下部ランプを互いに離れるように押圧し、それにより、前記上部および下部終板を高さ方向に拡張する、請求項18に記載の拡張可能インプラント。
