Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a self-supporting paper container using paper as a base material and having a bottom, and the contents can be easily refilled into a pouring container or the like.
Paper containers have a certain degree of rigidity, and especially paper containers with a bottom surface can grab the container body from the left and right, even when the contents are inside, during or after the contents are being poured out. It is a container that is easy to use and dispose of because it can be lifted with a container, and is used for various containers such as liquids and granular contents.
By the way, a paper container that can be sealed is convenient because it is easy to dispose of the container when it is used as a refill container or the like. Generally, a method of sealing the upper surface of a paper container such as a paper cup with a lid material and sealing it is common, and it is often used in a container for storing solid contents such as snack foods.
However, when a liquid other than the solid content is used as the content and the lid material is sealed at the upper end, the sealing property is low and the liquid bite seal cannot be performed, so that a large amount of a substrate such as air enters inside. It had problems such as being prone to deterioration.
With respect to these problems, in
A paper container having a bottom surface and a tubular wall surface in close contact with the peripheral edge of the bottom surface.
The top of the wall surface has a top closing portion in which the inner surfaces are linearly bonded to each other.
The bottom surface proposes a paper container characterized in that the extension direction of the top closing portion is longer than the delivery in the direction orthogonal to the top closing portion.
In the case of the paper container of
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to obtain a paper container having a spout at the time of opening and having a high sealing property so that the contents such as a liquid can be easily refilled into a pouring container or the like.

The foldable paper cup according to
It consists of a laminated sheet made of paper as a base material and having a resin layer that can be fused at least on the inner surface.
A truncated cone, a pyramid with curved corners, or a body with a cylindrical side shape,
A self-supporting paper container with one end of the body at the bottom and a bottom at the bottom.
With the other end of the body as the upper end, the upper end is crushed to form a closed portion in which the inner surfaces are fused in a plane.
The closed portion has a high closed portion having a high height from the bottom on either the left or right side, and a low closed portion having a height from the bottom lower than the high closed portion on the other side.
It is a paper container characterized by providing a fragile line that passes below the lower end of the fusion of the high closure portion and passes above the lower end of the fusion of the low closure portion.
In the paper container of the present invention, since the inner surfaces of the upper ends form a closed portion fused in a plane, the sealing property is high and liquids and the like can be stored.
Further, since the closed portion has a high closed portion at a high height position on the inside of either the left or right side, and only the high closed portion is opened to form a spout, it is necessary to refill it in a pouring container or the like. The spout can be inserted into the pouring container, making it easy to pour liquids and the like without spilling the contents around.

Here, the
For the processing of the biku blade and rotary blade, create a blade with the shape shown in Fig. 3-4 that matches the perforation shape, and sandwich the closed part of the paper container between the receiving plate and the receiving roll that oppose each other. Press, press and process.
For perforation processing by laser light, a gas laser such as a carbon dioxide laser or a nitrogen laser, or a solid laser such as a ruby laser or a YAG laser can be used as the laser light, but the base material layer is particularly surely removed. A carbon dioxide laser is preferable.
As an example of processing a fragile line, a carbon dioxide laser with a wavelength of 10.6 μm is set to a condition such as a speed of 2500 mm / sec with an output of 21 watts, and a perforated shape such as the fragile line in Fig. 3-4 is formed. , Scans in a discrete manner, and processes both the front and back sides to the depth from the surface to the barrier layer through the base material layer.
When the barrier layer is a metal foil, the laser beam is reflected on the surface of the barrier layer, and even if the barrier layer is not broken, the metal foil is vulnerable to tearing and can be easily torn. If it is irradiated to a depth of 60% and broken, it can be easily torn, so that a fragile line can be easily created at a depth.
A method may be used in which the fragile line is not processed into a perforation shape but is processed into a straight line only by a half cut. In this case, the depth of the fragile line is about 20 to 40% of the thickness of the base material.
Even in the case of half-cut, it can be processed by a biku blade, a rotary blade, scanning of laser light, or the like.

FIG. 6 is an example of the third embodiment of the paper container of the present invention, and FIG. 6-1 shows a perspective view of the shape of the paper container before sealing the closed portion at the upper end.

Since the bottom portion of the third embodiment also has a thread tail formed around the laminated sheet of the body portion, the holdability can be ensured.
FIG. 6-2 is a perspective view showing a
FIG. 7 is a fourth embodiment of the paper container of the present invention, in which the body shape before sealing is the same truncated cone shape as in the first embodiment, but the paper cup is provided on the sealed surface above the paper cup. This is an example of an embodiment of a paper container in which the fragile line is a straight line parallel to the bottom and the fragile line with a step is not used.
FIG. 7-1 is a perspective view showing the appearance thereof, and FIG. 7-2 is a perspective view showing a state in which the paper container is opened and the contents are poured out.

As the paper base material of the laminated sheet used for the paper container of the present invention, a paperboard having a basis weight of 150 to 400 g / m 2 , which is called a cup base paper, is used.
The thermoplastic resin used for the meltable resin layer used for the innermost layer and the outermost layer, and the sand resin for bonding the base material layer and the barrier layer is low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene / acetic acid. Select and use a material suitable for the temperature to be used, such as vinyl copolymer, ethylene / acrylic acid copolymer, high-density polyethylene, and ethylene / propylene copolymer.
Further, as the barrier layer, an aluminum foil which is a metal foil or a film in which a metal oxide such as silicon oxide is vapor-deposited on a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film may be laminated.
For laminating these, either laminating with an extra lamination machine or applying an adhesive and laminating with a dry lamination machine or a wet lamination machine.
Ethylene-based thermoplastic resin such as low-density polyethylene or polypropylene-based thermoplastic resin is sandwiched between the base paper and the barrier layer. The thickness of the
