Abstract
Description
本特許文献は、2018年8月21日に出願された「多層自動車温度制御チューブ」と題する欧州特許出願第18190072.1号の利益及びその優先権を主張するものであり、ここに参照によりその全体を本明細書に組み込むものとする。
−ポリエチレン又は熱可塑性加硫物(thermoplastic vulcanizate:TPV)からなる外層と、
−ポリプロピレン(polypropylene:PP)からなる中間層と、
−ポリエチレン又は熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)からなる内層と
を有する少なくとも3つの層を有し、
本チューブの全層厚は、0.5〜3.0mm、特に0.7〜2.5mm、好ましくは0.75〜2.2mm、より好ましくは0.8〜2mm、非常に好ましくは0.85〜1.8mm、特に好ましくは0.85〜1.6mmである。前記技術的課題の解決に関して、特に様々な利点の達成に関して、本チューブのこの全層厚が特に有利であることが分かっている。
本開示の実施形態の一つによれば、本開示によるチューブは、「外層−第1のプライマ層−中間層−第2のプライマ層−内層」よりなる集合体のみからなり、特に、さらなる層が挿入されることなく、隣接した最外層や最内層をさらに有しない。
Claims (19)
- 多層自動車チューブであり、特に流体温度制御媒体用及び冷却媒体用の自動車温度制御チューブ(1)であって、
前記チューブ(1)は、層構造を備え、該層構造の外側から内側に向かって
−ポリエチレン又は熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)からなる外層(2)と、
−ポリプロピレン(PP)からなる中間層(4)と、
−ポリエチレン又は熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)からなる内層(6)と
を有する少なくとも3つの層(2、4、6)を有し、
前記チューブ(1)の全層厚又は全壁厚は、0.5〜0.3mm、好ましくは0.7〜2.5mm、より好ましくは0.8〜2mm、より一層好ましくは0.85〜1.8mmである

高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)からなる外層、又は、HDPEからなる内層、又はその両方が存在する

前記外層又は前記内層又はその両方に用いられる前記熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)は、エラストマとポリオレフィンの混合物又は合金であり、特にエラストマとポリプロピレン(PP)の混合物又は合金である

ことを特徴とする多層自動車チューブ。 - 請求項9又は10のいずれか一項に記載の多層自動車チューブであって、
前記第1の接着促進層(3)の厚さは、前記外層(2)の厚さの25〜70%である
ことを特徴とする多層自動車チューブ。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の多層自動車チューブであって、
少なくとも1つの第2の接着促進層(5)、好ましくは1つの第2の接着促進層(5)は、前記中間層(4)と前記内層(6)との間に挿入される
ことを特徴とする多層自動車チューブ。 - 請求項12に記載の多層自動車チューブであって、
前記第2の接着促進層(5)の厚さは、前記チューブ(1)の全壁厚の2〜25%であり、好ましくは5〜20%である
ことを特徴とする多層自動車チューブ。 - 請求項12又は13のいずれか一項に記載の多層自動車チューブであって、
前記第2の接着促進層(5)の厚さは、前記中間層(4)の厚さの20〜60%であり、好ましくは25〜55%である
ことを特徴とする多層自動車チューブ。 - 請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載の多層自動車チューブであって、
前記第1の接着促進層(3)又は前記第2の接着促進層(5)又はその両方は、ポリオレフィンを主とした接着促進層(3、5)であり、特にポリエチレンを主とした接着促進層(3、5)である
ことを特徴とする多層自動車チューブ。 - 請求項15に記載の多層自動車チューブであって、
前記第1の接着促進層(3)又は前記第2の接着促進層(5)又はその両方は、ポリオレフィンを主とした接着促進層(3、5)であり、特に変性ポリエチレンを主とした接着促進層(3、5)であり、
前記変性ポリエチレンは、少なくとも1つのカルボン酸誘導体で変性されたものであり、特にマレイン酸誘導体で変性されたものである
ことを特徴とする多層自動車チューブ。 - 請求項1〜7又は9〜16のいずれか一項に記載の多層自動車チューブであって、
前記チューブ(1)は、「外層−第1の接着促進層−中間層−第2の接着促進層−内層」よりなる層集合体を備え、且つ、
選択肢として、さらに、前記外層(2)に隣接した最外層を少なくとも1つのみ備えるか、又は、前記内層(6)に隣接した最内層を少なくとも1つ備えるか、又は、その両方を備える
ことを特徴とする多層自動車チューブ。 - 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の多層自動車チューブであって、
ポリオレフィン製の、特にポリプロピレン製のさらなる層が少なくとも1つ、前記外層の外側に隣接する
ことを特徴とする多層自動車チューブ。 - 請求項18に記載の多層自動車チューブであって、
ポリオレフィン層の集合体が、特にポリプロピレンとHDPEとの交互に層を並べたものを有する層集合体が、前記外層の外側に隣接する
ことを特徴とする多層自動車チューブ。
