閉鎖アクチュエータを備える閉鎖システムであって、前記閉鎖アクチュエータが、前記軸方向に移動可能な閉鎖部材と動作可能にインターフェース接続しており、閉鎖処置中に前記第2のジョーの前記開放位置に対応する非作動位置から第1の閉鎖方向に移動可能であり、前記閉鎖部材に前記閉鎖運動を前記第2のジョーに適用させる、閉鎖システムと、
前記閉鎖処置の完了後、前記閉鎖アクチュエータを前記非作動位置に戻すために、前記閉鎖アクチュエータに開放運動を適用するための第1の手段と、
前記閉鎖処置中に前記第2のジョーが経験する閉鎖抵抗の量に対して、前記閉鎖アクチュエータによって前記閉鎖部材に適用される閉鎖力の量を変化させるための第2の手段と、を備える、外科用器具。
(13) 前記第1のジョーが、外科用ステープルカートリッジを備え、前記第2のジョーが、アンビルを備える、実施態様12に記載の外科用器具。
(14) 前記第1のジョーが、前記外科用ステープルカートリッジを内部に取り外し可能に支持するように構成された細長いチャネルを備える、実施態様13に記載の外科用器具。
(15) 外科用器具であって、
外科用エンドエフェクタを含み、前記外科用エンドエフェクタが、
第1のジョーと、
前記第1のジョーに対して動作可能に支持された第2のジョーであって、前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーが、閉鎖位置と開放位置との間で移動可能である、第2のジョーと、を備え、前記外科用器具が、
前記外科用エンドエフェクタに動作可能に連結され、前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーのうちの少なくとも1つに閉鎖運動及び開放運動を適用するように構成された軸方向に移動可能な閉鎖部材を備える、細長いシャフトアセンブリと、
前記細長いシャフトアセンブリに動作可能に連結されたハウジングであって、前記ハウジングが、
前記軸方向に移動可能な閉鎖部材と動作可能にインターフェース接続し、閉鎖処置中に前記開放位置に対応する非作動位置から閉鎖方向に移動可能であり、前記閉鎖部材に前記閉鎖運動を前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーのうちの前記少なくとも1つに適用させる、閉鎖アクチュエータと、
前記閉鎖処置の完了後、前記閉鎖アクチュエータを前記非作動位置に戻すために、前記閉鎖アクチュエータに開放制御運動を適用するための第1の手段と、
前記閉鎖アクチュエータが前記閉鎖方向に移動されるときに、前記閉鎖部材に可変閉鎖力を適用するための第2の手段と、を備える、ハウジングと、を更に備える、外科用器具。
前記ハウジング内に移動可能に支持され、前記閉鎖部材と動作可能にインターフェース接続する、シャトル部材と、
前記ハウジングによって支持され、前記シャトル部材と動作可能にインターフェース接続して、前記シャトル部材を前記閉鎖方向に選択的に移動させる、閉鎖システムと、を備える、実施態様15に記載の外科用器具。
(17) 前記閉鎖システムが、前記ハウジングによって移動可能に支持された閉鎖トリガを備える、実施態様16に記載の外科用器具。
(18) 前記適用するための第1の手段が、前記閉鎖処置の前記完了後、前記シャトル部材を開放方向に移動させるために、前記ハウジングの一部分と前記シャトル部材との間に支持された第1の付勢部材を備え、前記閉鎖部材に可変閉鎖力を適用するための前記第2の手段が、前記閉鎖部材と前記シャトル部材との間に支持された第2の付勢部材を備える、実施態様16に記載の外科用器具。
(19) 前記第1の付勢部材が、第1の圧縮ばねを備え、前記第2の付勢部材が、第2の圧縮ばねを備える、実施態様18に記載の外科用器具。
(20) 前記第1の圧縮ばねが、第1のばね係数を含み、前記第2の圧縮ばねが、前記第1のばね係数よりも大きい第2のばね係数を含む、実施態様19に記載の外科用器具。
Claims (20)
- 外科用器具であって、
第1のジョーと、
前記第1のジョーに対して動作可能に支持された第2のジョーであって、前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーが、閉鎖位置と開放位置との間で移動可能である、第2のジョーと、
前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーのうちの少なくとも1つに閉鎖運動及び開放運動を適用するように、前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーに対して支持されている、軸方向に移動可能な閉鎖部材と、
前記軸方向に移動可能な閉鎖部材と動作可能にインターフェース接続し、閉鎖処置中に前記開放位置に対応する非作動位置から閉鎖方向に移動可能であり、前記閉鎖部材に、前記閉鎖運動を前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーのうちの前記少なくとも1つに適用させる、閉鎖アクチュエータと、
前記閉鎖処置の完了後、前記閉鎖アクチュエータを前記非作動位置に戻すために、前記閉鎖アクチュエータに開放制御運動を適用するための第1の手段と、
前記閉鎖アクチュエータが前記閉鎖方向に移動されるときに、前記閉鎖部材に可変閉鎖力を適用するための第2の手段と、を備える、外科用器具。 - 前記適用するための第1の手段が、前記閉鎖処置の完了後に前記閉鎖アクチュエータを開放方向に前記非作動位置に戻すために、前記閉鎖アクチュエータとインターフェース接続する第1の付勢部材を備える、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記閉鎖部材に可変閉鎖力を適用するための前記第2の手段は、前記閉鎖アクチュエータが前記閉鎖方向に移動される際に、前記可変閉鎖力を前記閉鎖部材に適用するように、前記閉鎖部材と前記閉鎖アクチュエータとの間に第2の付勢部材を備える、請求項2に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1の付勢部材が、第1の圧縮ばねを備え、前記第2の付勢部材が、第2の圧縮ばねを備える、請求項3に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1の圧縮ばねが、第1のばね係数を含み、前記第2の圧縮ばねが、前記第1のばね係数よりも大きい第2のばね係数を含む、請求項4に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第2のばね係数が、前記第1のばね係数よりも最大10倍大きい、請求項5に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1のジョーが、外科用ステープルカートリッジを備え、前記第2のジョーが、アンビルを備える、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第2のジョーが、前記外科用ステープルカートリッジを内部に取り外し可能に支持するように構成された細長いチャネルを備える、請求項7に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記閉鎖部材が、
前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーのうちの前記1つの上の少なくとも1つのカム面にカム接触するように構成された、前記閉鎖部材内部の少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ表面と、
前記閉鎖部材が開放方向に移動されるときに、前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーのうちの前記1つの対応する開放部分に係合し、前記開放運動を適用するように構成された少なくとも1つの開放特徴部と、を備える、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。 - 前記閉鎖アクチュエータが、
前記閉鎖部材と動作可能にインターフェース接続する、軸方向に移動可能なシャトル部材と、
前記軸方向に移動可能なシャトル部材と動作可能にインターフェース接続して、前記軸方向に移動可能なシャトル部材を前記閉鎖方向に選択的に移動させる、閉鎖システムと、を備える、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。 - 前記閉鎖システムが、閉鎖トリガを備える、請求項10に記載の外科用器具。
- 外科用器具であって、
第1のジョーと、
第2のジョーであって、前記第1のジョーに対して枢動可能に支持されており、開放運動及び閉鎖運動を前記第1のジョーに適用すると、前記第1のジョーに対して開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で移動可能である、第2のジョーと、
前記閉鎖運動及び前記開放運動を前記第2のジョーに適用するように、前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーに対して支持されている、軸方向に移動可能な閉鎖部材と、
閉鎖アクチュエータを備える閉鎖システムであって、前記閉鎖アクチュエータが、前記軸方向に移動可能な閉鎖部材と動作可能にインターフェース接続しており、閉鎖処置中に前記第2のジョーの前記開放位置に対応する非作動位置から第1の閉鎖方向に移動可能であり、前記閉鎖部材に前記閉鎖運動を前記第2のジョーに適用させる、閉鎖システムと、
前記閉鎖処置の完了後、前記閉鎖アクチュエータを前記非作動位置に戻すために、前記閉鎖アクチュエータに開放運動を適用するための第1の手段と、
前記閉鎖処置中に前記第2のジョーが経験する閉鎖抵抗の量に対して、前記閉鎖アクチュエータによって前記閉鎖部材に適用される閉鎖力の量を変化させるための第2の手段と、を備える、外科用器具。 - 前記第1のジョーが、外科用ステープルカートリッジを備え、前記第2のジョーが、アンビルを備える、請求項12に記載の外科用器具。

前記細長いシャフトアセンブリに動作可能に連結されたハウジングであって、前記ハウジングが、
前記軸方向に移動可能な閉鎖部材と動作可能にインターフェース接続し、閉鎖処置中に前記開放位置に対応する非作動位置から閉鎖方向に移動可能であり、前記閉鎖部材に前記閉鎖運動を前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーのうちの前記少なくとも1つに適用させる、閉鎖アクチュエータと、
前記閉鎖処置の完了後、前記閉鎖アクチュエータを前記非作動位置に戻すために、前記閉鎖アクチュエータに開放制御運動を適用するための第1の手段と、

- 前記適用するための第1の手段が、前記閉鎖処置の前記完了後、前記シャトル部材を開放方向に移動させるために、前記ハウジングの一部分と前記シャトル部材との間に支持された第1の付勢部材を備え、前記閉鎖部材に可変閉鎖力を適用するための前記第2の手段が、前記閉鎖部材と前記シャトル部材との間に支持された第2の付勢部材を備える、請求項16に記載の外科用器具。
