Claims (17)
- 液体又は気体から固体材料を分離するための装置であって、
入口接続部(13’)のための少なくとも1つの入口ノズル(5’)を有する圧力容器(1)と、
濾液吐出接続部(12)のための少なくとも1つの濾液吐出ノズル(5’’’)と、
複数のフィルタ要素(10)と、
を備え、
前記フィルタ要素(10)は互いに隣接して並列に配置され且つ互いに接続されてフィルタパッケージを形成し、個々の前記フィルタ要素(10)の間に垂直長手方向延長部の大部分にわたって自由空間が存在し、前記フィルタ要素(10)は、前記圧力容器(1)内に配置されてこれに対して緊密にシールされた可撓性容器(8)内に配置され、前記圧力容器(1)は固体材料を吐出するための少なくとも1つの出口(6)を備え、前記可撓性容器(8)は少なくとも1つの吐出接続部(14)を備え、前記可撓性容器(8)の吐出接続部(14)は、前記圧力容器(1)の出口(6)を通じて案内されて前記圧力容器(1)に対して緊密にシールされ、前記出口(6)及び前記吐出接続部(14)は、閉鎖機構(7,7’,7’’)を用いて前記可撓性容器(8)及び前記圧力容器(1)の外部にある環境(3)に対して緊密にシールすることができる、装置において、
前記フィルタ要素(10)は、共に押圧されて前記可撓性容器(8)を空にすることができるように設計され、前記圧力容器(1)に圧力管路(4)が取り付けられて、前記圧力容器(1)内部の圧力容器ゾーン(2)に加圧空気(4’)を装荷して、前記可撓性容器(8)において前記フィルタ要素(10)を加圧するようにする、
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記閉鎖機構(7)がクランプ装置である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記閉鎖機構(7)がピンチバルブである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性容器(8)の吐出接続部(14)と前記圧力容器(1)の出口(6)との間のシール機構が、シールを用いて達成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記シールは、Oリング又は平坦シールである、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 固体材料を吐出するための前記出口(6)の直径は、少なくとも15mm、詳細には少なくとも20mm、好ましくは少なくとも25mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 固体材料を吐出するための前記出口(6)の前記直径は、前記圧力容器(1)の前記直径と同じである、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ要素(10)が懸架位置に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 互いに並列に配置された前記フィルタ要素が各々、平坦な設計のものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ要素が丸みのある設計のものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の1項に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性容器(8)は、前記圧力容器(1)から取り外し可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 固体材料を吐出するための前記少なくとも1つの出口(6)及び前記可撓性容器(8)の吐出接続部(14)が、前記圧力容器(1)及び前記可撓性容器(8)の下部エリアに配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性容器(8)が、入口及び出口接続部(13’、13’’)を有し、前記入口及び出口接続部(13’、13’’)は、前記可撓性容器(8)の内部に管体が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性容器(8)上の前記管体の端部には、ノズルが設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 液体又は気体からの固体材料の濾過のため及び前記装置から前記固体材料を吐出するための、請求項1乃至14の何れか1項に記載の前記装置の使用方法。
- 請求項1乃至14の何れか1項に記載の前記装置を用いて液体又は気体から固体材料を濾過するため及び前記固体材料を吐出するための方法であって、
a)前記可撓性容器(8)の内部と濾液吐出器との間に圧力差を加えるステップと、
b)懸濁液又は気体を前記可撓性容器(8)に充填するステップと、
c)前記濾液吐出器に負圧を加えるか、又は前記可撓性容器(8)に過圧を加えるステップと、
d)前記可撓性容器(8)を押しつぶすステップと、
e)前記入口接続部(13’)を通じてフラッシング液又は気体で前記固体材料を流し出すステップと、
f)次のサイクル用の前記フィルタ要素(10)の再生のため、前記濾液吐出接続部(12)を通じて前記フィルタ要素(10)から前記固体材料をすすぐステップと、
g)前記閉鎖機構(7、7’、7’’)を開放して、前記可撓性容器(8)の前記吐出接続部(14)を通じて前記圧力容器(1)の前記出口(6)において前記固体材料を吐出するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - ステップa)からg)が、1又は2以上繰り返される、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
