Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年6月25日に出願された、「Ligament Revision System」と題する米国仮特許出願第62/689,391号の優先権を主張する。
本発明は、概して、外科手術システム、より具体的には、骨孔内に骨ダボ同種移植片または骨片を挿入およびインパクションを行うための装置およびシステムを対象とする。
Claims (26)
- 外科手術用インパクションシステムであって、
その間に延在する細長いシャフトを備えた近位端と遠位端を有する外科手術用タンプ、
前記近位端に位置付けられたハンドル、および前記遠位端に位置付けられた遠位先端、及び、
前記近位端から前記遠位端まで前記細長いシャフトを貫通する内側チャネル、
を含む、外科手術用インパクションシステム。 - 前記遠位端と前記ハンドルとの間に延在する前記細長いシャフトの外表面を通して形成されたスロットをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スロットが、前記外表面を通って、前記内側チャネル内に延在する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端が透明である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端が、前記内側チャネルに接続された遠位開口を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端が丸みを帯びている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- その間に延在する内側チャネルを備えた開放された近位端および開放された遠位端を有する送達チューブをさらに含み、前記外科手術用タンプが前記送達チューブの前記内側チャネル内で移動可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端が円筒形状である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端が、前記細長いシャフトの直径よりも大きな直径を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 外科手術用インパクションシステムであって、
その間に延在する細長いシャフトを備えた近位端と遠位端を有する外科手術用タンプ、
前記近位端に位置付けられた近位先端、および前記遠位端に位置付けられた遠位先端、及び、
前記近位端から前記遠位端まで貫通する内側チャネル、
を含む、外科手術用インパクションシステム。 - 前記細長いシャフトの外表面を通って、前記細長いシャフトの中央部分と前記近位先端との間に延在する近位スロットをさらに含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長いシャフトの外表面を通って、前記細長いシャフトの中央部分と前記遠位先端との間に延在する遠位スロットをさらに含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記近位先端および前記遠位先端が透明である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記近位先端が、前記内側チャネルに接続された近位開口を含み、前記遠位先端が、前記内側チャネルに接続された遠位開口を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- その間に延在する内側チャネルを備えた開放された近位端および開放された遠位端を有する送達チューブをさらに含み、前記外科手術用タンプが前記送達チューブの前記内側チャネル内で移動可能である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達チューブが、その外表面を通って延在する開口を含み、前記開口が前記送達チューブの前記内側チャネルまで延在する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達チューブの外表面上に一つまたは複数の深度インジケータをさらに備える、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端および前記近位先端の少なくとも一つが円筒形状である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端および前記近位先端の少なくとも一つが、前記細長いシャフトの直径よりも大きな直径を有する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 骨孔内に物体を挿入するための方法であって、前記方法が、
その間に延在する細長いシャフトを有する近位端および遠位端、前記遠位端に位置付けられた遠位先端、および前記近位端から前記遠位端まで前記細長いシャフトを貫通する内側チャネルを含む外科手術用タンプを提供する工程、
前記外科手術用タンプの前記近位端で前記内側チャネル内に物体を挿入する工程、及び、
前記内側チャネル内の前記物体を前記外科手術用タンプの前記遠位端まで前進させる工程、
を含む、方法。 - 前記送達チューブの内側チャネル内に前記外科手術用タンプを挿入する工程をさらに含み、
前記送達チューブが、その間に延在する前記内側チャネル備えた開放された近位端および開放された遠位端を有する、請求項20に記載の方法。 - 前記物体を、前記外科手術用タンプの前記遠位先端を通過して所望の位置まで前進させる工程をさらに含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記物体に、前記外科手術用タンプの前記遠位先端を用いてインパクションを加える工程をさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記物体が、骨ダボまたは骨片である、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記遠位先端が円筒形状である、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端が、前記細長いシャフトの直径よりも大きな直径を有する、請求項20に記載のシステム。
