Claims (15)
- 1つまたは複数の縫合糸を固定するための縫合糸クリップであって、
環状外側本体を有する全体的にディスク形状の本体と、
前記環状外側本体の第1の側部から内方向に径方向に延びる第1のタブと、
前記環状外側本体の第2の、対向する側部から内方向に径方向に延びる第2のタブと、
前記縫合糸クリップの厚さを貫通し、前記環状外側本体を前記第1のタブおよび第2のタブの側面から分離する第1のスロットおよび第2のスロットと、
前記第1のタブと前記第2のタブとの間で前記縫合糸クリップの厚さを貫通し、前記第1および第2のスロットを連結する縫合糸係合スロットであって、前記第1のタブと第2のタブとの間に1つまたは複数の縫合糸を受け入れ、保持するようにサイズ設定される、縫合糸係合スロットとを備え、
前記第1および第2のスロットは、クリップ展開装置のレール上に前記縫合糸クリップを位置合わせするように構成された段付き部分を含む、縫合糸クリップ。 - 前記段付き部分が、前記縫合糸係合スロットの両側に位置する、請求項1に記載の縫合糸クリップ。
- 前記段付き部分が、前記第1のスロット内の2つの段付き部分と、前記第2のスロット内の2つの段付き部分とを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の縫合糸クリップ。
- 前記段付き部分が、前記環状外側本体から内方向に延びる段を画定する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の縫合糸クリップ。
- 前記段付き部分が、前記第1および第2のタブの側面内にくぼみを画定する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の縫合糸クリップ。
- 前記段付き部分は、前記縫合糸クリップが装着されるように構成されているクリップ展開装置のレールの幅寸法に対応する距離だけ離間されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の縫合糸クリップ。
- 前記第1および第2のスロットが、前記段付き部分間を延びるまっすぐな部分を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の縫合糸クリップ。
- 前記第1および第2のタブが、弾性的に変形するように構成され、それによって前記縫合糸係合スロットのサイズを増大させて、縫合糸クリップ展開装置のレールが前記第1のタブと第2のタブとの間で前記縫合糸クリップを通り抜けることを可能にする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の縫合糸クリップ。
- 前記第1および第2のスロットは、前記第1および第2のタブが前記環状外側本体と接合するところに位置する拡大された円形部分内で終端し、それにより、前記拡大された円形部分間を延びるヒンジ軸に沿って前記環状外側本体に対して前記第1および第2のタブが弾性的に変形するとき、前記拡大された円形部分は応力集中を低減する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の縫合糸クリップ。
- 前記第1および第2のタブが、対向する縫合糸係合面を含み、前記縫合糸係合面は、丸みのある縁を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の縫合糸クリップ。
- 縫合糸クリップ展開システムであって、
矩形の断面形状を有するレールと、
前記レール上に装着された縫合糸クリップであって、
前記レール周りに配置された環状外側本体を有する全体的にディスク形状の本体と、
前記環状外側本体の第1の側部から内方向に径方向に延び、前記レールの第1の側部と接触する第1のタブと、
前記環状外側本体の第2の、対向する側部から内方向に径方向に延び、前記レールの前記第1の側部とは反対の前記レールの第2の側部と接触する第2のタブと、
前記縫合糸クリップの厚さを貫通し、前記環状外側本体を前記第1のタブおよび第2のタブの側面から分離する第1のスロットおよび第2のスロットであって、それにより、前記第1および第2のタブは、その間に前記レールを受け入れるように変形することができる、第1のスロットおよび第2のスロットとを備え、
前記第1および第2のスロットは、前記レールの矩形断面形状に対して前記縫合糸クリップを位置合わせするように構成された段付き部分を含む、縫合糸クリップとを備える、縫合糸クリップ展開システム。 - 前記第1のスロットが、前記段付き部分のうちの2つの間を延び、前記レールの第3の側部に隣接して配置されたまっすぐな部分を含み、前記第2のスロットが、前記段付き部分のうちの2つの間を延び、前記レールの前記第3の側部とは反対の、前記レールの第4の側部に隣接して配置されたまっすぐな部分を含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記段付き部分は、前記環状外側本体から内方向に延び、前記レールの前記第1および第2の側部と接触し、それにより前記縫合糸クリップが前記レールの長手方向軸に垂直にシフトすることを制限する段を含む、請求項11または請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1および第2のタブが、対向するレール係合面を含み、前記レール係合面は、丸みのある縁を含む、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記レールが、前記レールと前記縫合糸クリップとの間の摩擦を低減するコーティングまたは潤滑剤を含む、請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
