Abstract
Description
a)成分a)〜c)の総重量に基づいて、30〜90重量%の非官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂であって、その中に分散されている、非官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂と、
b)成分a)〜c)の総重量に基づいて、10〜60重量%の粒子状繊維強化熱硬化性複合体であって、粒子状物質が10mmの最大粒子サイズを有する、粒子状繊維強化熱硬化性複合体と、
c)成分a)〜c)の総重量に基づいて、1〜50重量%の官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィンと、を含み、
成分b)が、成分a)に分散され、成分c)が、成分a)に分散または溶解される、充填ポリオレフィンである。
I.繊維強化熱硬化性複合体を、最大10mmの粒子サイズを有する粒子に形成するステップと、
II.ステップIからの粒子を、熱軟化した非官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂および官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂と、30〜90重量%の非官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂、10〜60重量%の粒子、および1〜50重量%の官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂の重量比で組み合わせて、その中で粒子が分散され、かつその中で官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂が分散または溶解されている熱軟化した非官能化熱可撓性ポリオレフィン樹脂を含む充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を形成するステップと、
III.ステップIIからの充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を冷却して、充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を固化するステップと、を含む、方法である。
A.熱軟化した非官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂を、最大10mmの粒子サイズを有する繊維強化熱硬化性複合体粒子および官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂と、30〜90重量%の非官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂、10〜60重量%の繊維強化熱硬化性複合体粒子、および1〜50重量%の官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィンの重量比で組み合わせて、その中で繊維強化熱硬化性複合体粒子が分散され、かつその中で官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィンが分散または溶解されている熱軟化した熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂を有する充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を形成するステップと、
B.ステップAからの充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を冷却して、充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を固化するステップと、を含む、方法である。
市販のシート成形化合物を圧縮成形して作製した繊維強化エポキシ複合体を、10mm未満のサイズの粒子に細断する。出発複合体および得られた粒子は、33重量%の硬化したエポキシ樹脂および67重量%の炭素繊維を含有する。
Claims (12)
- 充填ポリオレフィンであって、
a)成分a)〜c)の総重量に基づいて、30〜90重量%の非官能化ポリオレフィン樹脂であって、その中に分散されている、非官能化ポリオレフィン樹脂と、
b)成分a)〜c)の総重量に基づいて、10〜60重量%の粒子状繊維強化熱硬化性複合体であって、前記粒子状物質が、10mmの最大粒子サイズを有する、粒子状繊維強化熱硬化性複合体と、
c)成分a)〜c)の総重量に基づいて、1〜50重量%の官能化ポリオレフィンと、を含む、充填ポリオレフィン。 - 前記非官能化ポリオレフィン樹脂が、非官能化ポリプロピレンである、請求項1に記載の充填ポリオレフィン。
- 前記官能化ポリオレフィンが、カルボン酸無水物、イミド、アミノおよびヒドロキシル基、またはそれらの2つ以上の混合物から選択される官能基を含有する、請求項1または2に記載の充填ポリオレフィン。
- 前記官能化ポリオレフィンが、カルボン酸無水物、環状イミド、N−ヒドロキシアルキルイミド、またはN−アミノアルキルイミド基、またはそれらの2つ以上の混合物から選択される官能基を含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の充填ポリオレフィン。
- 前記官能化ポリオレフィンが、官能化ポリプロピレンである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の充填ポリオレフィン。
- 前記官能化ポリオレフィンが、官能化エチレン−アルファ−オレフィンエラストマーである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の充填ポリオレフィン。
- 30〜75%の成分a)、10〜50%の成分b)、および5〜20%の成分c)を含有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の充填ポリオレフィン。
- 前記繊維強化熱硬化性複合体が、繊維強化エポキシ複合体である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の充填ポリオレフィン。
- 繊維強化熱硬化性複合体をリサイクルするための方法であって、
I.前記繊維強化熱硬化性複合体を、最大10mmの粒子サイズを有する粒子に形成するステップと、
II.ステップIからの前記粒子を、熱軟化した非官能化熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂および官能化ポリオレフィン樹脂と、30〜90重量%の前記非官能化ポリオレフィン樹脂、10〜60重量%の前記粒子、および1〜50重量%の前記官能化ポリオレフィン樹脂の重量比で組み合わせて、その中で前記粒子が分散され、かつその中で前記官能化ポリオレフィン樹脂が分散または溶解されている前記熱軟化した非官能化ポリオレフィン樹脂を含む充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を形成するステップと、
III.ステップIIからの前記充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を冷却して、前記充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を固化するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記繊維強化熱硬化性複合体が、繊維強化エポキシ複合体である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ポリオレフィンを強化するための方法であって、
A.熱軟化した非官能化ポリオレフィン樹脂を、最大10mmの粒子サイズを有する繊維強化熱硬化性複合体粒子および官能化ポリオレフィン樹脂と、30〜90重量%の前記非官能化ポリオレフィン樹脂、10〜60重量%の前記繊維強化熱硬化性複合体粒子、および1〜50重量%の前記官能化ポリオレフィンの重量比で組み合わせて、その中で前記繊維強化熱硬化性複合体粒子が分散され、かつその中で前記官能化ポリオレフィンが分散または溶解されている前記熱軟化したポリオレフィン樹脂を有する充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を形成するステップと、
B.ステップAからの前記充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を冷却して、前記充填ポリオレフィン樹脂を固化するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記繊維強化熱硬化性複合体が、繊維強化エポキシ複合体である、請求項11に記載の方法。
