- コンプレッサであって、
該コンプレッサを通して空気流を発生させるための羽根車を有するロータアセンブリと、
前記羽根車の回転を引き起こすためのステータコアアセンブリと、
前記羽根車によって発生された前記空気流に作用するためのディフューザアセンブリと、を含み、
前記ディフューザアセンブリは、第1のディフューザ段及び第2のディフューザ段を含み、該第1及び第2のディフューザ段は、ファスナによって互いに接続された別々の構成要素から成る、コンプレッサ。 - 前記第1及び第2のディフューザ段は、別々の成形工程によって形成されている、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第1のディフューザ段は、第1のハブと、第1の外壁と、該第1のハブと該第1の外壁との間を延びる第1の複数のディフューザブレードと、を含み、
前記第2のディフューザ段は、第2のハブと、第2の外壁と、該第2のハブと該第2の外壁との間を延びる第2の複数のディフューザブレードと、を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のコンプレッサ。 - 前記第1及び第2のハブと前記第1及び第2の外壁は、円筒形の全体形状を構成する、請求項3に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記ファスナは、前記第1及び第2のハブの間を延びる、請求項3又は4に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第1又は第2のハブのうちの少なくとも一方が中空であり、該第2又は第1のハブのうちの他方が、該第1又は第2のハブの該中空の内部の中に延びる位置決め突起を含む、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第2のディフューザ段は、前記第1のディフューザ段の外径よりも小さい外径を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第1のディフューザ段は、前記第2のディフューザ段の対応する第2の回転防止凹部及び/又は突起に係合するための第1の回転防止突起及び/又は凹部を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第2のディフューザ段は、前記第1のディフューザ段よりも多い数のディフューザブレードを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第1及び第2のディフューザ段の間でディフューザブレードの入口角が変化する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第1及び第2のディフューザ段の間でディフューザブレードの出口角が変化する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第1のディフューザ段は、前記第2のディフューザ段のディフューザブレードの入口角よりも小さいディフューザブレードの出口角を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第2のディフューザ段は、前記第1のディフューザ段の食い違い角よりも小さい食い違い角を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第1のディフューザ段の最大ディフューザブレード厚が、前記第2のディフューザ段の最大ディフューザブレード厚よりも大きい、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第2のディフューザ段は、前記第1のディフューザ段のディフューザブレード翼弦長よりも小さいディフューザブレード翼弦長を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第2のディフューザ段は、前記第1のディフューザ段よりも大きいディフューザブレードのソリディティを有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記羽根車は、混合流れ羽根車を含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記ディフューザアセンブリは、第3のディフューザ段を含み、前記第2のディフューザ段は、前記第1のディフューザ段の下流に位置付けられ、該第3のディフューザ段は、該第2のディフューザ段の下流に位置付けられる、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサを含む真空掃除機。
- コンプレッサのためのディフューザアセンブリであって、
第1のディフューザ段と、第2のディフューザ段と、を含み、
前記第1及び第2のディフューザ段は、ファスナによって互いに接続された別々の構成要素を含む、ディフューザアセンブリ。
