請求項3に記載の超音波撮像システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記剛性が増加した領域の決定された前記境界に基づいて、ハイブリッド組織弾性マップを生成する、請求項1に記載の超音波撮像システム。
- 前記決定された境界の外側の前記ハイブリッド組織弾性マップの少なくとも1つの領域をマスキングすることによって前記ハイブリッド組織弾性マップを生成する、請求項7に記載の超音波撮像システム。
- 前記ハイブリッド組織弾性マップを表示するユーザーインターフェースをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の超音波撮像システム。
- 前記定量的組織弾性マップは、組織弾性勾配マップを含む、請求項4に記載の超音波撮像システム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記等高線プロット内の各等高線に沿って勾配値を合計し、各等高線の勾配値の合計を各等高線の長さで割り、平均勾配が最大の等高線を選択することによって、前記最適適合の前記等高線を決定する、請求項10に記載の超音波撮像システム。
- 前記超音波トランスデューサは、焼灼デバイスに結合され、前記焼灼デバイスは、前記剛性が増加した領域又は前記剛性が増加した領域を含むより大きな領域を焼灼する、請求項1に記載の超音波撮像システム。
- 前記剛性が増加した領域は、熱的病変を含む、請求項1に記載の超音波撮像システム。
- 標的組織に向けて送信された超音波パルスに応答する超音波エコーを取得するステップと、
前記標的組織内にせん断波を生成するように、前記標的組織内へとプッシュパルスを送信するステップと、
1つ又は複数の場所で、前記せん断波と交差するように空間的に計画された追跡パルスを送信するステップと、
前記追跡パルスが前記せん断波と交差した場所からエコー信号を受信するステップと、
受信した前記エコー信号から生成される追跡エコーデータを記憶するステップと、
受信した前記エコー信号に基づいて、前記標的組織の定性的組織弾性マップを生成するステップと、
受信した前記エコー信号に基づいて、前記標的組織の定量的組織弾性マップを生成するステップと、
前記定性的組織弾性マップと前記定量的組織弾性マップとを組み合わせることにより前記標的組織内の剛性が増加した領域の境界を決定するステップと
を含む、せん断波撮像方法。 - 前記定性的組織弾性マップから均一剛性の領域の境界を定める等高線プロットを導出するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記定性的組織弾性マップを前記定量的組織弾性マップと組み合わせるステップは、前記等高線プロットを前記定量的組織弾性マップにオーバーレイするステップを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記剛性が増加した領域の境界を決定するステップは、前記剛性が増加した領域の周りに最適適合の等高線を決定するステップを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記決定された境界の外側の少なくとも1つの領域をマスキングすることによって、前記剛性が増加した領域の決定された境界に基づいて、ハイブリッド組織弾性マップを生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記剛性が増加した領域は、熱的病変を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 実行されると、超音波撮像システムのプロセッサに、請求項14から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行わせる、実行可能命令を含む、非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
