- 等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)であって、
出力シャフト(7)と、
前記出力シャフト(7)を駆動するように構成されたカプリング構造体(5)と、
を含み、
前記出力シャフト(7)と前記カプリング構造体(5)は、一定回転速度での該カプリング構造体(5)に対する該出力シャフト(7)の傾斜を可能にするように構成された第1のジョイントを形成し、
前記カプリング構造体(5)には、前記出力シャフト(7)によって与えられる該カプリング構造体(5)に作用するトルクを検出するように構成されたトルク変換器(5f)が設けられる、
ことを特徴とする等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。 - 前記トルク変換器(5f)は、歪みゲージ要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記トルク変換器(5f)は、前記カプリング構造体(5)の外周面上に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。
- 固定部分(17a)と、該固定部分(17a)と相互作用するように構成された回転可能部分(17b)とを有する電力及び信号伝達デバイス(17)を含み、
前記カプリング構造体(5)は、中心チャネル(2)を有し、前記回転可能部分(17b)は、該中心チャネル(2)内で該カプリング構造体(5)に固定的に取り付けられ、かつ前記トルク変換器(5f)に接続され、
前記固定部分(17a)は、前記カプリング構造体(5)から切り離されて前記中心チャネル(2)に設けられ、それによって前記回転可能部分(17b)は、該固定部分(17a)に対して回転することができる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。 - 前記電力及び信号伝達デバイス(17)は、スリップリングであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。
- クラウンホイール(3)を含み、
前記カプリング構造体(5)と前記クラウンホイール(3)は、一体構成要素を形成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。 - クラウンホイール(3)を含み、
前記カプリング構造体(5)は、前記クラウンホイール(3)と前記出力シャフト(7)の間に駆動接続を与えるように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。 - 前記クラウンホイール(3)と前記カプリング構造体(5)は、該カプリング構造体(5)に対する該クラウンホイール(3)の傾斜を可能にするように構成された第2のジョイントを形成し、
前記トルク変換器(5f)は、前記出力シャフト(7)と前記クラウンホイール(3)とによって与えられる前記カプリング構造体(5)に作用するトルクを検出するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。 - 一定回転速度での前記カプリング構造体(5)に対する前記クラウンホイール(3)の前記傾斜を可能にするように構成された第1の組の軸受球(4)と、該カプリング構造体(5)に対する前記出力シャフト(7)の傾斜を可能にするように構成された第2の組の軸受球(6)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記カプリング構造体(5)は、前記第1の組の軸受球(4)のうちのそれぞれの1つを受け入れる第1の組のカップ溝(5d)が設けられた第1の端部(5b)と、前記第2の組の軸受球(6)のうちのそれぞれの1つを受け入れる第2の組のカップ溝(5e)が設けられた第2の端部(5c)とを有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記出力シャフト(7)は、前記第2の組の軸受球(6)のうちのそれぞれの1つを受け入れる第3の組のカップ溝(7c)が設けられた中心出力シャフトチャネル(7)を有し、
前記クラウンホイール(3)は、前記第1の組の軸受球(4)のうちのそれぞれの1つを受け入れる第4の組のカップ溝(3b)が設けられた中心クラウンホイールチャネル(3a)を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。 - 前記カプリング構造体(5)は、第1の端部(5b)と該第1の端部(5b)に対向する第2の端部(5c)とを有し、
前記クラウンホイール(3)は、前記第1の端部(5b)を受け入れるように構成され、前記出力シャフト(7)は、前記第2の端部(5c)を受け入れるように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項8から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。 - 前記第1のジョイントは、Rzeppaジョイントであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)。
- 請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイントアセンブリ(1)、
を含むことを特徴とする電動工具(9;9’)。 - 遊星歯車システム(23)と、該遊星歯車システム(23)と機械的に相互作用して補助トルク測定値を提供するように構成された補助トルク変換器(25)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の電動工具(9’)。
