Claims (5)
- LIDAR測定システム(10)であって、
エミッタ素子(18)と、センサ素子(28)と、光学素子とを備え、
前記エミッタ素子(18)が、第1の波長(22a)のレーザー光を放射し、該レーザー光が、物体(24)における反射の後に前記LIDAR測定システム(10)に再び衝突し、
入射した前記レーザー光が、前記光学素子(30)を通過し、前記センサ素子(28)に衝突し、
波長変換器(36)が、前記LIDAR測定システム(10)上に搭載され、前記波長変換器(36)が、前記レーザー光の前記第1の波長(22a)を第2の波長(22b)に変換することによって、該第2の波長(22b)の前記レーザー光が前記センサ素子(28)に衝突する、LIDAR測定システム(10)。 - 前記波長変換器(36)が、受信側ビーム経路内の波長変換器素子(36)によって形成される、LIDAR測定システム(10)。
- 前記波長変換器素子(36)が、光学素子(30)とセンサ素子(28)との間に、または入射した前記レーザー光に対して前記光学素子(30)の前方に配置される、LIDAR測定システム(10)。
- 前記波長変換器(36)が、前記光学素子(30)上のコーティングとして適用される、LIDAR測定システム(10)。
- 前記波長変換器(36)が、前記センサ素子(28)上または前記センサチップ(16)上のコーティングとして適用されるLIDAR測定システム。
