前記芳香族ポリマーは、液晶ポリマー、アラミドポリマーまたはそれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
前記シースは2本〜約48本の前記ヤーンを含み、前記シース内の複数の前記ヤーンのそれぞれは1本〜約72本のフィラメントを含むことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
前記シースは少なくとも2つのシース層を含むことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
前記ヤーンは、約3本〜約96本のフィラメントを含むことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
前記超高分子量ポリオレフィンは、少なくとも約500,000g/molの重量平均分子量を有する超高分子量ポリエチレンを含むことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
当該編組構造が、約15分後に8%未満の伸びであるクリープを示すことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
当該編組構造は、前記編組構造に200gの重量を加えた状態で半径1mmの金属エッジを横切るように、前記編組構造を後方方向に20mm及び前方方向に20mm、合計40サイクルにわたって反復させた後に耐摩耗性を示し、
当該編組構造には、反復後のリニアインチあたり50未満の破損フィラメントが含まれることを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
前記編組構造が、約22.2N〜約266.9Nの範囲の破断荷重を示すことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
当該編組構造が、約2%〜約5.5%の範囲の破断伸度を示すことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
当該編組構造が、約1.75N/mm〜約15.8N/mmの範囲の剛性を示すことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
当該編組構造が、約550MPa〜約2710MPaの範囲の引張強度を示すことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
当該編組構造が、1インチあたり約10〜約90のヨコ糸を含むことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
前記シースの前記ヤーンは、1インチあたり0〜約12ツイストを含むことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
前記コアの前記ヤーンは、1インチあたり0〜約2ツイストを含むことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
前記シース内の複数の前記ヤーンのそれぞれは、約8〜約125デニールの範囲の線密度を有することを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造であって、
前記コア内の前記ヤーンは、約8〜約1110デニールの範囲の線密度を有することを特徴とする編組構造。 - 請求項1に記載の編組構造を含む、医療機器用の作動ケーブル、縫合糸、耐荷重性の整形外科用途、人工腱もしくは人工靭帯、組織修復及び作動ケーブル用の構成要素、または固定装置。
- 編組構造であって、
芳香族ポリマーを含む少なくとも1本のヤーンを有するコアと、
前記コアの周囲に編組されたシースであって、前記シースが複数の超高分子量ポリオレフィンヤーンを含み、当該編組構造は、前記編組構造に200gの重量を加えた状態で半径1mmの金属エッジを横切るように、前記編組構造を後方方向に20mm及び前方方向に20mm、合計40サイクルにわたって反復させた後に耐摩耗性を示し、当該編組構造には、反復後のリニアインチあたり50未満の破損フィラメントが含まれる、該シースと、を含むことを特徴とする編組構造。 - 編組構造であって、
芳香族ポリマーを含む少なくとも1本のヤーンを有するコアと、
前記コアの周囲に編組されたシースであって、前記シースが複数の超高分子量ポリオレフィンヤーンを含み、当該編組構造が約15分後に約8%未満の伸びであるクリープを示す該シースと、を含むことを特徴とする編組構造。
