Claims (13)
- スイッチングチャンバ(11)内に少なくとも2つの固定接点(2、3)と1つの可動接点(4)を有するスイッチングデバイス(100)であって、
ここで、前記スイッチングチャンバ(11)にはスイッチングチャンバ壁(12)を有し、
前記固定接点(2、3)のそれぞれは、前記スイッチングチャンバ壁(12)のそれぞれの開口部(122)を通って前記スイッチングチャンバ(11)に突き出ており、且つ、
前記開口部(122)間の前記スイッチングチャンバ壁(12)の前記可動接点(4)に面する前記スイッチングチャンバ(11)の内側(121)上に、前記固定接点(2、3)によってシェーディングされる連続的な表面領域(123)が形成される、スイッチングデバイス(100)。 - 前記表面領域(123)が、前記固定接点(2、3)から見てアンダーカットを形成するトレンチ(124)の一部によって少なくとも形成される、請求項1に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
- 前記トレンチ(124)が角断面を有する、請求項2に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
- 前記トレンチ(124)が波伏の断面を有する、請求項2に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
- 前記トレンチ(124)が幅B及び深さTを有し、B<Tである、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
- 2・B<Tである、請求項5に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
- Bが0.5mm以上且つ2mm以下である、請求項5及び6のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
- Tが1mm以上且つ4mm以下である、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
- 前記表面領域(123)が、前記スイッチングチャンバ(11)の前記内側(121)上に延在する少なくとも2つのダム形状の隆起(125)の間に配置される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
- 前記表面領域(123)が前記固定接点(2、3)に対して対称に配置されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
- 前記スイッチングチャンバ壁(12)が、金属酸化物セラミック又はプラスチックを含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
- 前記スイッチングチャンバ(11)に、H2を含むガス(14)が含まれる、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
- 前記ガスが少なくとも50%のH2の割合を有する、請求項12に記載のスイッチングデバイス(100)。
