Description
Claims (20)
- 硬質気体透過性眼用レンズの形成方法であって、
硬質気体透過性眼用レンズの前面を形成するように形状付けられたプロファイルを有する第1の面を含む型の少なくとも一部を形成するステップと、
液体レンズ材料を該型の一部の該第1の面に提供するステップと、
硬質気体透過性眼用レンズを形成するように該液体レンズ材料を少なくとも部分的に硬化させるステップと、
を有する硬質気体透過性眼用レンズの形成方法。 - 該硬質気体透過性眼用レンズの少なくとも1つの表面が、約5ナノメートル未満のRa粗さを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該硬質気体透過性眼用レンズをキャスト成型することをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 該型の該少なくとも一部は、約5ナノメートル未満のRa粗さを有する該硬質気体透過性眼用レンズを製造するために該硬質気体透過性眼用レンズを形成する前に研磨されていない、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 該液体レンズ材料を少なくとも部分的に硬化させるステップが、該液体レンズ材料を化学線に曝露することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該型の該少なくとも一部を形成するステップが、
型材料を提供するステップと、
該眼用レンズの前面に対応する表面を有する雄型の射出成型工具を形成するように、該ブランク材を機械加工するステップと、
該雄型の射出成型工具を使用して該型の一部を射出成型して、該硬質気体透過性眼用レンズの前面を形成するように形状付けられたプロファイルを有する第1の面を含む型の該一部を形成するステップと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 該ブランク材を機械加工するステップが、約10ナノメートル未満の位置決め分解能を有する多軸フライス盤を使用することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 該硬質気体透過性眼用レンズがオルソケラトロジーレンズを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該硬質気体透過性眼用レンズの後方光学ゾーンの曲率半径が約0.005ミリメートル以下の寸法公差を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該硬質気体透過性眼用レンズが使用者の目の表面を変形させるように構成されている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 該液体レンズ材料は、20℃で5,000cpsを超える粘度を有する等方性材料を含み、
該硬質気体透過性眼用レンズは500MPaを超える弾性率を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 硬質気体透過性眼用レンズの前面を形成するように形状付けられたプロファイルを有する第1の面を含む型を提供するステップと、
該型の一部の該第1の面に、20℃で5,000cpsより大きい粘度を有する等方性材料を含む液体レンズ材料を提供するステップと、
該液体レンズ材料を少なくとも部分的に硬化させて、500MPaより大きい弾性率を有する硬質気体透過性眼用レンズを形成するステップと、
を有する、硬質気体透過性眼用レンズを形成する方法。 - 該硬質気体透過性眼用レンズがオルソケラトロジーレンズを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 該硬質気体透過性眼用レンズをキャスト成型するステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前面および後面を含む成型レンズ本体を有し、500MPaを超える弾性率と100を超えるDkを有する、成型された硬質気体透過性眼用レンズ。
- 該成型された硬質気体透過性眼用レンズがオルソケラトロジーレンズを含む、請求項15に記載の成型された硬質気体透過性眼用レンズ。
- 該レンズが、該成型レンズ本体の前面に形成された、光学ゾーン、リバースゾーン、位置合わせゾーン、および周辺ゾーンを含む、請求項16に記載の成型された硬質気体透過性眼用レンズ。
- 該レンズがキャスト成型されている、請求項15に記載の成型された硬質気体透過性眼用レンズ。
- 該レンズ本体は、約10μmから80μmを超えるまで変化する厚さを有する、請求項15に記載の成型された硬質気体透過性眼用レンズ。
- 該レンズは、角膜に取り付けられて該前面と角膜との間に5μm〜40μmの頂点クリアランスを画定するようにされた、請求項15に記載の成型された硬質気体透過性眼用レンズ。
