- 特に、円型、楕円型、又は、平型スライダ構造の、化学設備及び/又は石油化学設備のためのスライダ弁であって、
スライダロッド(12)によって、開位置及び閉位置へ動かすことができる遮断装置(11)と、前記スライダロッド(12)を移動調節するための電動モータを有する駆動装置(13)とを備えている形式のものにおいて、
前記遮断装置(11)は、2つの遮断プレート(14,15)であって、前記2つの遮断プレートの間に、前記スライダ弁の前記ハウジングシール座部(17)に前記遮断プレート(14,15)を圧着するための楔装置(16)が配置されると共に、前記スライダロッド(12)と連結されている、2つの遮断プレート(14,15)を有しており、
前記駆動装置は、前記スライダロッド(12)と並んでおり、調節力を伝達するために該スライダロッドと連結されている、スピンドル駆動装置(18)を有している、
ことを特徴とする、スライダ弁。 - 前記スピンドル駆動装置(18)は、スピンドル(19)と、スピンドルナットと、を有しており、連結部品(20)が、前記スピンドル(19)と前記スライダロッド(12)とを連結する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスライダ弁。
- 前記スピンドル駆動装置(18)は、ボール循環エレメントを有している、ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のスライダ弁。
- 前記スピンドル駆動装置(18)は、遊星ローラスピンドルを有している、ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のスライダ弁。
- 前記スピンドル駆動装置(18)と前記電動モータ(13)との間に、伝動装置、特に、ウォーム伝動装置が配置されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4までの何れか1項に記載のスライダ弁。
- 前記スピンドル駆動装置(18)と前記電動モータ(13)とは、L字形状に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までの何れか1項に記載のスライダ弁。
- 前記電動モータ(13)は、機械的ブレーキを備えたブレーキモータとして形成されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6までの何れか1項に記載のスライダ弁。
- 前記電動モータ(13)は、トルク制限のためのカップリングを有している、ことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7までの何れか1項に記載のスライダ弁。
- 前記電動モータ(13)は、周波数変換器に接続されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項8までの何れか1項に記載のスライダ弁。
- プロパン脱水素化のための設備(PDH設備)内の遮断スライダとしての、請求項1に記載のスライダ弁の使用。
- 遅延コークスプラントのコークスバルブとしての、請求項1に記載のスライダ弁の使用。
- エチレン設備の主移送ライン及びデコーキングライン内、又は流動接触分解ユニット(FCCU)内、特に、流動接触分解ユニットのオーバヘッド蒸気ライン及び精留塔ボトムライン内、又は、石炭ガス化設備内、又は、ビスブレーカ設備内、又は、エピクロルヒドリン設備内のダブルプレート誘導管スライダとしての、請求項1に記載のスライダ弁の使用。
- UOP法に基づくイソシブ/TIP設備、又は、サイクリック・パワー・フォーマ・ユニット、又は、エチレン設備、又は、流動接触分解ユニット(FCCU)、又は、石炭ガス化設備、又は、キューポラ炉設備、又は、亜鉛溶融炉、又は、廃熱ボイラ内の遮断スライダとしての、請求項1に記載のスライダ弁の使用。
