Abstract
Description
・1100MPa以上、好ましくは1150MPaを超える極限引張強さ
・20℃で70J・cm−2以上の衝撃靱性
・800MPa以上、好ましくは850MPaを超える降伏強さ
を同時に有する熱間鍛造に好適なベイナイト鋼を提供することによってこれらの問題を解決することである。
Bs=962−288C−84Mn−81Si−6Ni−95Mo−153Nb+108Cr2−269Cr
Ms=539−423C−30Mn−18Ni−12Cr−11Si−7Mo
を使用して計算され、
式中、元素含有量は重量パーセントで表される。
表2は、1150℃〜1300℃の間で再加熱し、次に、915℃超で仕上げ熱間鍛造した後の表1の鋼から製造した半製品に対して実施した加工パラメータをまとめたものである。鋼組成I1〜I3は、本発明による鍛造機械部品の製造に役立つ。この表は、表中R1〜R3に示されている参照の鍛造機械部品も記載している。表2は、Bs及びMsの表も示す。これらのBs及びMsは、本発明の鋼及び参照の鋼に対して以下のように定義されている。

式中、元素含有量は重量パーセントで表される。
表3は、走査型電子顕微鏡などの種々の顕微鏡の標準に従って実施された、本発明の鋼及び参照の鋼の両方のミクロ組織を、面積率を基準にして決定する試験の結果を例示する。誤配向粒界の割合の測定は、ベイナイト粒の相対頻度が誤配向プロファイルで測定されるEBSDによって行われた。
表4は、本発明の鋼及び参照の鋼の両方の機械的特性を例示する。引張強さを決定するために、降伏強さ引張試験は、NF EN ISO6892−1規格に従って実施された。本発明の鋼及び参照の鋼の両方の衝撃靱性を測定するための試験は、U字型切り欠き標準DVM試験片に対して20℃でEN ISO148−1に従って実施された。
Claims (18)
- 機械部品を鍛造するための鋼であって、重量パーセントで表される、以下の元素
0.15%≦C≦0.22%、
1.6%≦Mn≦2.2%、
0.6%≦Si≦1%、
1%≦Cr≦1.5%、
0.01%≦Ni≦1%、
0%≦S≦0.06%、
0%≦P≦0.02%、
0%≦N≦0.013%
を含み、以下の任意の元素
0%≦Al≦0.06%、
0.03%≦Mo≦0.1%、
0%≦Cu≦0.5%、
0.01%≦Nb≦0.15%、
0.01%≦Ti≦0.03%、
0%≦V≦0.08%、
0.0015%≦B≦0.004%
を1つ以上含むことができ、
残部組成が、鉄及び加工から生じる不可避の不純物から構成され、前記鋼のミクロ組織は、面積率により、1%〜20%の間の残留オーステナイト及び島状マルテンサイト−オーステナイトの累積的な存在を含むミクロ組織を有し、残りのミクロ組織は少なくとも80%のベイナイトであり、ここで、59.5°の誤配向角度を有するベイナイト粒界の割合が少なくとも7%であり、0%〜10%の間のマルテンサイトが任意に存在する、機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。 - 前記組成が、0.7%〜1%のケイ素を含む、請求項1に記載の機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。
- 前記組成が、0.15%〜0.2%の炭素を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。
- 前記組成が、0%〜0.05%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項1〜3に記載の機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。
- 前記組成が、1.6%〜1.9%のマンガンを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。
- 前記組成が、1.1%〜1.5%のクロムを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。
- 前記ベイナイトが、85%以上である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。
- 残留オーステナイト及び島状マルテンサイト−ベイナイトの合計が、1%〜15%の間である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。
- 前記鋼板が、1100MPa以上の極限引張強さ及び800MPa以上の降伏強さを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。
- 前記鋼が、1150MPa以上の極限引張強さ及び850MPa以上の降伏強さを有する、請求項9に記載の機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。
- 前記鋼板が、70J/cm2以上の衝撃靱性を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。
- 前記鋼板が、90J/cm2以上の衝撃靱性を有する、請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の機械部品を鍛造するための鋼。
- 鋼の鍛造機械部品の製造方法であって、以下の連続ステップ
− 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の鋼組成を半製品の形態で提供するステップ、
− 前記半製品を1150℃〜1300℃の間の温度に再加熱するステップ、
− オーステナイト域において前記半製品を熱間鍛造するステップであって、熱間鍛造仕上げ温度を915℃超として熱間鍛造部品を得る、ステップ、
− 3段階冷却で熱間鍛造部品を冷却するステップであって、段階1では、前記熱間鍛造部品を熱間鍛造仕上げ温度からT1間の温度範囲まで、0.2℃/秒〜10℃/秒の間の冷却速度で冷却し、ここで、前記熱間鍛造部品を任意に0秒〜3600秒の間の時間保持することができ、
− その後、段階2では、前記熱間鍛造部品をT1間の温度範囲からT2間の温度範囲まで、0.40℃/秒〜2℃/秒の間の平均冷却速度で冷却し、
− 次に、段階3では、前記熱間鍛造部品をT2間の温度範囲から室温まで、0.8℃/秒未満の平均冷却速度で冷却して、鍛造機械部品を得るステップ
を含む、製造方法。 - 冷却の段階1において、前記熱間鍛造部品が、780℃〜750℃の間の温度範囲からT1間の温度範囲まで、0.2℃/秒〜2℃/秒の間の平均冷却速度で冷却され、ここで、前記熱間鍛造部品を任意に0秒〜3600秒の間の時間保持することができる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 冷却の段階2において、前記熱間鍛造部品が、T1間の温度範囲から470℃〜450℃の間の温度範囲まで、1.0℃/秒〜2.0℃/秒の間の平均冷却速度で冷却される、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 段階3において、前記熱間鍛造部品が、T2間の温度範囲から室温まで、0.5℃/秒未満の冷却速度で冷却される、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 車両の構造部品若しくは安全部品又はエンジンの製造のための、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の鋼又は請求項13〜16の方法に従って製造された鍛造機械部品の使用。
- 請求項17に従って得られた部品を含む、車両。
