Claims (10)
- 過電圧保護機能を含む電圧制限器であって、第1の接続点(1)を有する電気伝導性および熱伝導性の第1の接触プレート(2)によって上部が閉じられ、第2の接続点(9)を有する電気伝導性および熱伝導性の第2の接触プレート(10)によって下部が閉じられている絶縁シェル(26)からなり、逆方向を向いた2つのトリガ半導体要素(5、13)の形態が、前記絶縁シェル(26)の内部に位置し、前記トリガ半導体要素に並列接続していて1つのバリスタまたはそれ以上のバリスタからなる保護部材(17)、前記保護要素(17)は、2つの内プレート(3、11)の間に位置し、前記半導体要素(5、13)は、補助線を介して電気制御装置および接続点(1、9)と同時に相互接続し、制限器は、個々の部品を互いにクランプして電気的に相互接続するために圧縮構造を有し、前記部品は、陰極(7)と接触している熱伝導性および電気伝導性の第1の内プレート(3)と、陽極(6)と接触している熱および電気伝導性の第1の接触プレート(2)との間に位置している前記第1のトリガ半導体要素(5)、ならびに陰極(15)と接触している熱伝導性および電気伝導性の前記第2の内プレート(11)と、陽極(14)と接触している熱伝導性および電気伝導性の前記第2の接触プレート(10)との間に位置している第2のトリガ半導体要素(13)があり、前記第1の接触プレート(2)および前記第2の内プレート(11)は少なくとも、前記第1の絶縁シェル(20)によって前記第1の内プレート(3)から電気的に絶縁されてX軸に対して垂直に位置している2つの電気伝導性の第1のスラスト部材(18)によって、前記第1のトリガ半導体要素(5)と前記第1の内プレート(3)および前記保護要素(17)とを介して互いに押圧し合い、前記第1の接触プレート(2)および前記第2の内プレート(11)は、同時に電気的に相互接続し、前記第2の接触プレート(10)および前記第1の内プレート(3)は、第2の絶縁シェル(21)によって前記第2の内プレート(11)から電気的に絶縁されて前記X軸に対して垂直に位置している2つの電気伝導性の第2のスラスト部材(19)によって、前記第2のトリガ半導体要素(13)と前記第2の内プレート(11)および前記保護要素(17)とを介して互いに押圧し合い、前記第2の接触プレート(10)および前記第1の内プレート(3)は、同時に電気結合されている
ことを特徴とする電圧制限器。 - 前記電気制御装置は、前記絶縁シェル(26)の外部に位置し、前記第1のトリガ半導体要素(5)の制御電極(8)、前記第1の接触プレート(2)および前記第1の内プレート(3)と相互接続している第1の制御装置(4)と、前記第2のトリガ半導体要素(13)の制御電極(16)、前記第2の接触プレート(10)および前記第2の内プレート(11)と相互接続している第2の制御装置(12)とからなる
請求項1に記載の電圧制限器。 - 前記電気制御装置は、前記絶縁シェル(26)の内部に位置し、前記第1の制御装置(4)および前記第2の制御装置(12)からなり、また、前記第1の内プレート(3)は、第1の平坦プレート(3A)および、前記第1の平坦プレートの上面に載っている断面が逆U字型の第1の追加プレート(3B)とからなり、前記第1の制御装置(4)は、形成された第1の凹部(24)に位置し、前記第1の追加プレート(3B)にある開口を貫通している第1の相互接続ピン(22)を介して、前記第1の追加プレート(3B)と前記第1の接触プレート(2)との間に位置している前記第1のトリガ半導体要素(5)の前記制御電極(8)と相互接続し、前記補助線を介して前記第1の接触プレート(2)および前記第1の追加プレート(3B)と相互接続し、前記第2の内プレート(11)は、前記第2の平坦プレート(11A)および、前記第2の平坦プレートの下面に接している断面がU字型の第2の追加プレート(11B)とからなり、形成された第2の凹部(25)に位置している前記第2の制御装置(12)は、前記第2の追加プレート(11B)にある開口を貫通している前記第2の相互接続ピン(23)を介して、前記第2の追加プレート(11B)と前記第2の接触プレート(10)との間にある前記第2のトリガ半導体要素(13)の前記制御電極(16)と相互接続し、前記補助線を介して前記第2の接触プレート(10)および前記第2の追加プレート(11B)と相互接続している
請求項1に記載の電圧制限器。 - 前記第1のトリガ半導体要素(5)および前記第2のトリガ半導体要素(13)は、密閉されたサイリスタからなる
請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電圧制限器。 - 前記第1のトリガ半導体要素(5)および前記第2のトリガ半導体要素(13)は、半導体チップからなる
請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電圧制限器。 - 前記絶縁シェル(26)は、表面と前記制限器の他の部品との間の空間に充填するシーリング性かつ絶縁性の材料からなる
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の電圧制限器。 - 前記第1のスラスト部材(18)および前記第2のスラスト部材(19)は、スタッドボルトおよびナットからなる
請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の電圧制限器。 - 前記保護要素(17)は、前記絶縁シェル(26)のX軸に直接位置し、前記第1のトリガ半導体要素(5)および前記第2のトリガ半導体要素(13)は、前記X軸に対して互いに対称に位置している
請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の電圧制限器。 - 前記第1の接触プレート(2)、第2の接触プレート(10)、簡易で複合型の前記第1の内プレート(3)、それぞれ(3A、3B)および簡易で複合型の前記第2の内プレート(11)、それぞれ(11A、11B)は、筒形状である
