Claims (17)
- 弁座(2)と、弁押さえ(3)と、長手方向軸(L)と、前記弁座(2)と前記弁押さえ(3)との間に配置され、かつ、前記長手方向軸(L)の方向において前後に可動である弁要素(7)とを備える自動の板弁(1)であって、前記弁座(2)は、前記弁押さえ(3)を向くように方向づけられた複数の弁座開口部(2b)を有する1つの端面(2a)を備え、前記弁座(2)は、前記弁座開口部(2b)との流体伝達接続を有する複数の通路(6)を備え、前記弁要素(7)は、前記弁座開口部(2b)とともに作用して封止する少なくとも1つの封止要素(7a)を備え、前記通路(6)の少なくともいくつかは、前記長手方向軸(L)に対して径方向(R)において前記長手方向軸(L)までの異なる距離を有し、前記弁座(2)の前記端面(2a)は、前記端面(2a)において前記弁座開口部(2b)を形成する複数の溝構造凹部(2c)を備え、前記複数の通路(6)は、同じ凹部(2c)に通じており、前記複数の通路(6)は、対応する凹部(2c)のそれぞれを通じて同じ弁座開口部(2b)との流体伝達接続を有し、前記同じ弁座開口部(2b)との流体伝達接続を有するこれらの通路(6)の少なくともいくつかは、前記長手方向軸(L)までの異なる距離を有する、板弁。
- 前記弁座(2)は、前記長手方向軸(L)において第1の板部材(2m)と、これにすぐ続く第2の板部材(2n)と、を備え、前記第1の板部材(2m)は、前記端面(2a)において前記弁座開口部(2b)を形成する複数の溝構造凹部(2c)を備え、前記第2の板部材(2n)は、前記複数の通路(6)を備え、前記複数の通路(6)のそれぞれは、前記同じ凹部(2c)に通じており、これによって、前記複数の通路(6)は、前記対応する凹部(2c)のそれぞれを通じて前記同じ弁座開口部(2b)との流体伝達接続を有する、請求項1に記載の板弁。
- 前記通路(6)は、円形状の管として設計される、請求項1または2に記載の板弁。
- 前記通路(6)は、前記長手方向軸(L)に対して前記凹部(2c)の外側(2x)および前記長手方向軸(L)に対して前記凹部(2c)の内側(2y)の両方の少なくとも2つの前記長手方向軸(L)対して径方向において異なる点において前記同じ凹部(2c)に通じている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の板弁。
- 前記凹部(2c)は、前記長手方向軸(L)に同心に延在する円形状、環状、または円形状のセグメント形状の溝構造として設計される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の板弁。
- 前記対応する凹部(2c)に通じている複数の外側通路(6a)および複数の内側通路(6i)は、前記凹部(2c)の各々に割り当てられ、前記外側通路(6a)は、前記長手方向軸(L)と同心に第1の円(K1)に沿って周方向において規則的な間隔で互いから離間して配置され、前記内側通路(6i)は、前記長手方向軸(L)と同心に第2の円(K2)に沿って周方向において規則的な間隔で互いから離間して配置され、前記第1の円(K1)と前記第2の円(K2)とは径方向において規則的な間隔で互いから離間している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の板弁。
- 前記外側通路(6a)および前記内側通路(6i)は、前記長手方向軸(L)の方向において延在し、前記外側通路(6a)および前記内側通路(6i)は、穴として設計される、請求項6に記載の板弁。
- 前記弁座(2)は、径方向(R)において外側から前記長手方向軸Lに向かって第1の凹部(2d)、第2の凹部(2e)、および第3の凹部(2f)の順に少なくとも3つの凹部(2c)を備え、少なくとも1つの外側通路(6a)および少なくとも1つの内側通路(6i)は、前記凹部(2c)の各々に通じている、請求項6または7に記載の板弁。
- 対応する凹部対(2d,2e)および凹部対(2e,2f)の両方の凹部に通じている通路(6)は、径方向(R)において前記長手方向軸(L)に向かって直列に配置される2つの凹部対の各々である凹部対(2d,2e)および凹部対(2e,2f)の間に配置され、前記通路(6)は、径方向(R)において外側に配置される前記凹部(2d,2e)の前記内側通路(6i)と、対応する凹部対(2d,2e)および凹部対(2e,2f)の径方向(R)において内側に配置される前記凹部(2e,2f)の前記外側通路(6a)との両方を形成する、請求項8に記載の板弁。
- 前記弁座(2)は、径方向(R)において前記長手方向軸(L)に向かって規則的な間隔で互いから離間している少なくとも6つの円形状の弁座開口部(2b)を備え、前記弁座(2)は、前記長手方向軸(L)と同心に延在する複数の円(K1〜K7)に沿って規則的な間隔で互いから離間している多様の通路(6)を備え、前記弁座(2)は、径方向(R)において前記長手方向軸(L)に向かって規則的な間隔で互いから離間して配置される少なくとも7つの円(K1〜K7)を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の板弁。
- 前記長手方向軸(L)と同心に延在する複数の円(K1〜K7)に沿って規則的な間隔で互いから離間して配置される前記通路(6)は、同一の直径を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の板弁。
- 径方向(R)において直列に配置される通路(6)の各々は、異なる直径を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の板弁。
- 前記長手方向軸(L)に対して径方向(R)において前記弁座開口部(2b)は、最大5ミリメートル(mm)の幅を有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の板弁。
- 前記弁要素(7)の持ち上がりの最大値は、前記長手方向軸(L)の方向における前記弁座開口部(2a)の幅の0.6倍である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の板弁。
- 前記弁座(2)は、径方向において前記弁押さえ(3)に向かう方向に狭くなる凹部(2c)を有する端部材(2l)を備え、これによって、前記弁押さえ(3)に向かう方向において前記弁座開口部(2a)の径方向ギャップ幅を狭める、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の板弁。
- 前記端部材(2l)は、分離された部材として設計され、かつ、前記弁座(2)の表面に配置される、請求項15に記載の板弁。
- 弁座(2)と、弁押さえ(3)と、長手方向軸(L)と、前記弁座(2)と前記弁押さえ(3)との間に配置され、かつ、前記長手方向軸(L)の方向において前後に可動である弁要素(7)とを備える自動の板弁(1)を作動させる方法であって、前記弁座(2)は、その端面(2a)において複数の弁座開口部(2a)を備え、前記弁座開口部(2a)は、前記可動弁要素(7)によって開閉され、前記弁座(2)の前記端面(2a)は、前記端面(2a)において前記弁座開口部(2b)を形成する複数の溝構造凹部(2c)を備え、流体(F)は、前記弁座(2)内に延在する複数の通路(6)を通じ、次いで、前記凹部(2c)を通じて前記弁座開口部(2a)に送られ、前記流体(F)は、前記長手方向軸(L)に対して径方向において離間する分離された通路(6)を通じて、対応する前記凹部(2c)のそれぞれに、次いで、対応する弁座開口部(2a)のそれぞれに送られる、方法。
