- ハウジング(10)と、

前記屈曲室(21)と前記伸長室(22)との間に流体接続部を生成するために、前記屈曲室(21)と前記伸長室(22)の各々から前記ハウジング(10)内につながる油圧流体用の流路(41、42)と、を具備し、
前記流体接続部に少なくとも1つの弁(51、52、53、54)が配置されている油圧アクチュエータであって、

- 前記弁ブロック(60)内に配置される複数の流動流路(63,64,65,66,67)を備え、前記流動流路のすべてが互いに流体結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記弁ブロック(60)内の全ての前記流動流路(63,64,65,66,67)は、空洞(68)と流体的に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記流動流路(63,64,65,66,67)を互いに接続する接続流路(83,84,85,87)を有するネジ(80)が、前記空洞(68)に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記ネジ(80)は、前記弁ブロック(60)を前記ハウジング(10)に固定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記弁ブロック(60)には、前記屈曲室(21)および前記伸長室(22)からの流路(41,42)用の接続部(61,62)が形成されており、
前記接続部(61,62)は流動流路(63,64)と流動流路(65,66)との2つに分岐され、一方の分岐流路には調整可能な絞り弁(51,52)が設けられ、他方の分岐流路には逆止弁(53,54)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記絞り弁(51,52)は、前記流動流路(63,64,65,66,67)の結合点の流入方向の上流に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 正確に2つの流路(41,42)が、前記ハウジング(10)から導出されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記弁ブロック(60)は、前記ハウジング(10)の端面(11、12)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記油圧アクチュエータは、円筒形状のチャンバ(20)と、前記チャンバ内に長手方向に変位可能な方法で取り付けられたピストン(30)と、前記ハウジング(10)から案内されるピストンロッド(35)とを備えるリニア油圧アクチュエータとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
